Northern Counties Whippet Club
Northern Counties Whippet Club Championship Show
(Dogs) 19.04.09
I was delighted to be invited to judge the dog entry at NCWC. My thanks to the officers and committee for a very pleasant day and to my stewards for their hard work. There were quite a few whippets too well covered to be able to move like athletes. The standard describes ‘Muscular power, and ‘Grace of outline’, - neither of which can be attributed to an overweight whippet. There were also several ‘split’ teeth and overshot mouths.
