Alaskan Malamute Club of the United Kingdom
Alaskan Malamutes - Dogs
I would like to thank the committee for putting me forward for the membership ballot, I was honoured to have won outright and I chose to judge the dogs. I would like to thank my steward Colin Langhan, who, on his own, ran the ring with efficiency and professionalism. Thank you to the exhibitors, who accepted my decisions with grace. I was pleased in general with my exhibits, but disappointed with the number of incorrect bites shown and with the handful of dogs that growled.

I was honoured to judge this inaugural class. Stuart & I first published an article introducing the AMCA working dog program to the UK members in Autumn 2003, and to now see the amount of dogs that hold the various titles makes me very proud. It is extremely important that we maintain the working abilities in this breed.

3rd – Botterill’s Cinneli Delta Tag. This dog moved better here than in his breed class. His purposeful movement showed his working abilities fully.
