Thank you all for a very enjoyable day, a super venue and a well run show. I was a bit surprised at the lack of condition on some exhibits and movement was affected.

Puppy 10 – 3 abs

1st Barnes ROSINANTE TUNEFUL MELODY AT MILLGREEN

7 mth old bitch who commands your attention, stand foursquare from every angle, beautiful feminine head with gentle but cheeky expression, enhanced with good pigment and correct ear set. Lovely length of neck flowing into correct shoulder placement and straight forelegs, tight feet, level topline with tail straight of back and held level on the move, gentle bend of stifle with straight hocks, she moves so well for her age, am sure she will have a bright future. 1st Clark OUSEVALE WHERE IT’S AT

Very feminine head on the young lady, with a lovely expression, good pigment, good length of neck flowing into textbook front construction, close fitting elbows, good tight feet. Level topline which she held on the move, holding her tail straight off her back, lovely width of thigh with good bend of stifle, moved well once settled.

1st Linsell GOFFS DANCING BRAVE JW

This young man is maturing into a very handsome dog. Won this class with ease. All male head, broad skull, so balanced, with a soft expression enhanced with good pigment, carried well on to a strong muscular neck flowing into correct front assembly, straight legs with nice tight feet. Good depth of ribs, level topline and tail carried straight off back; on the move he covers the ground with ease and am sure he has a very bright future.

1st Seamons MESSANO URBAN MYTH JW

All male dogs presented in gleaming golden coat and in hard condition compared with some of today’s exhibits. Beautifully balanced from any angle, stands foursquare, balanced head with good pigment, good length of neck into correct front assembly, straight legs with good feet, level topline which held on the move, good bend of stifle and straight hocks which he uses with ease to drive around the ring, no hesitation to award him BOB at a later stage.

Open Bitch 8 – 2 abs

1st Griggs MULFIELD FORTUNA JW

Mature blonde bitch who looked a picture standing and on the move, lovely feminine head with such a sweet expression, neck of good length into correct shoulder placement, legs tucked well under body, good feet, level topline with tail straight off back, lovely bend of stifle and in hard condition, she covered the ground well moving around the ring, just lacked the animation of the dog, but pleased to award her RBOB
