Breed: Shih Tzu

SHIH TZU CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW - 16th October 2016

I would like to thank the officers and committee of the Shih Tzu Club for the invitation to judge their show. I would also like to thank all the exhibitors who entered their dogs under me; it was a privilege to judge them.

Overall I was pleased with Quality of the dogs, but I was concerned however with the number of dogs with small eyes and in some cases almond shaped eyes, which is totally wrong. Also, poor nose placements in relation to the lower eye rim which gave a dour, down faced expression and not the soft oriental express the standard asks for.
