I would like to thank the officers and committee for inviting me to judge their open show, I would also like to thank the exhibitors for their entry and finally to my steward Pam Blay.

AVNSC Gundog

Junior D/B 3 

1st & Best AVNSC, Bavin’s Rojoys Chase the Dream JW (Cocker Spaniel), Blue roan bitch with the sweetest head and expression, without being done in anyway, good clean neck going into good shoulders, good topline which was held on the move, good bone and nice tight feet, moved with Drive.

2nd & Best Puppy AVNSC Skippings & Gough’s Geenawell Honey Ryder (American Cocker), Nice feminine head and expression, good neck flowing into correct topline, good angles front and rear, moved well.

3rd Clifford & Cook’s Abide with Me (Cocker Spaniel)

Post Graduate D/B 2

1st Martin’s You Can Put Me High In The Sky (Bracco Italiano), Bitch with a nice head and shape, nice eye colour and shape, good strong neck into correct shoulder placement, standing four square on good angles, moved well when settled, could have done with a bigger ring to see full movement.

2nd Salvatierra’s Sierrasalva’s Amor De Elena (Spanish Water Dog)

2nd & Res Best AVNSC (Weimaraner) Sadly no details in catalogue, bitch with a good head and expression, good lenth of neck into well placed shoulders, good angles front and rear, moved well once settled.

3rd Covington’s Molkara Crystal Rose with Silverdust JW ShCM

1st & Best Puppy Maxwell-Robert’s Gamerights Top Note, Black dog with a kind but masculine head and expression, good length of neck going into well placed shoulders, good level topline which was held on the move, good turn of stifle, moved well

1st & Res BOB Cook’s Glenturret Cutting Edge, Black dog, with a masculine head and expression but without being overdone, good neck into good front, standing four square on good bone and feet, correct angles front and rear, good topline which was held on the move.

1st & BOB Tapplenden’s Lornabbel Fancy Free, Black bitch, with a sweet feminine head and expression which just melted my heart, good angles front and rear, good length of neck going into correct shoulder placement, good level topline which was held firm on the move, moved with drive, good body shape and spring of rib.

1st & BOB Dunsdon’s Seaspring Becalmed, Black & White bitch, with a sweet feminine head and expression without any exaggeration at all, good length of neck going into well laid shoulders, good depth chest and spring of ribs, good angles front and rear standing foursquare on good bone and feet, moved well with drive and topline held well.

1st & Res BOB Rowlinson’s Cassapple Kentucky Dream at Meltarose, Liver and White with tan marking male, good masculine head and expression without being overdone, good strong neck into well laid shoulders, good front and rear, good chest with spring and ribs, moved well.

1st & BOB Welch’s Oxfordacres Trinity by Hookwood JW, Black and White bitch, caught my eye as soon as she entered the ring, nice head and expression without being overdone in any way, good length of neck going into correct front angulation, good depth of chest, with a good depth and spring of ribs, good turn of stifle, correct topline that was held standing and on the move, moved with drive and with ease without any exaggeration at all.

2nd & Res BOB Smith’s Hawfield Lets Cause Truble JW, Black & White bitch, feminine head and expression, good neck and front, correct topline held well on the move, good turn of stifle.

3rd Dighton’s Monilu’s Cacao (Imp COL)

1st & Res BOB & BP Barkley’s Cherryheath’s Miss Velocity, sweet feminine bitch with a lovely head and expression, good length of neck going into slopping shoulders, good angles front and rear, good depth of brisket and spring of ribs, well coupled, standing good on feet and bone, correct firm topline which was held standing and on the move, moved with drive, pushed hard for BOB but just lost out on maturity.
