Siberian Husky

Puppy – 4, 1a

1st Fraser & Greenland’s, Rajarani Raphael, Lovely young pup with everything in the right place. Loved his head and dark almond shaped eyes which were correctly set giving him the characteristic mischievous expression. An easy winner with effortless movement that was very together for such a youngster. RBOB

2nd Johns’ – Alepenkye Special Kay, a nice medium sized bitch, with nice height to length ratios. A lovely head again both mischievous and expressive. Good coat. Not the movement of 1 and hopefully this will tighten as she matures.

3rd Yerrill’s – Alepenkye Fruit Loops.

Yearling – 2

1st, Riaubyte’s – Demidoff Shake The World, A little unsettled but sympathetically handled allowing me to assess him. Large male with good coat and good angulation. In profile giving a good picture of balance which is what won him the class today. Would have liked to see him cover the ground more.

2nd Bowden & Hughes, Arcticskies The Wow Factor at Staggan. A masculine dog, with good hard muscle. Was light on his feet when moved but not as balanced in profile as 1.

Open 9, 2a

1st Norman’s – Skimarque Silver Sno Star, Lovely bitch of correct size, lovely angles and gave a good picture of balance, well-muscled. Super double coat. When moved had lovely easy free flowing movement was light on her feet and covered the ground with minimal effort. BOB

2nd Fraser’s – Rajarani Unified Heart JW, another super bitch, with the prettiest of heads. Currently going through a coat change which left nothing to the imagination. Nice shape, covered the ground with both reach and drive.

3rd Norman’s – Skimarque Anna Pavlova.
