Veteran Dog 

1st Mr & Mrs Hixson – Scaf Big Boyz  8years old and looked like he enjoyed every minute of his time in the ring. Stood alone but most worthy of this award, nice size, pleasing outline and proportions. Nice head type with neck of good length, pleasing rib cage, strong and well muscled loin for age. Moved with a freely and covered the ground 

MIN PUPPY DOG  

1st MR  & MRS Ansell  -  Justlazare Dark Kinight  Good strong head piece for a young male with good broad skull displaying typical expression correct stop and prominent cheeks, good strong jaw with correct dentition with correct undershot. Nice clean dark eye strong neck set well on to shoulders, strong topline and nice bone and well made. Once settled he moved soundly. 

2nd Mr & Mrs Johnson – Justlazare Colossus  Another correct head type of correct proportions with correct bite and clean clear eyes. Well bodied for age with correct amount of bone. Good hindquarters and moved well.     

PUPPY DOG 

1st    MR Tonge  -  Harleydeaux Hennessy  A very typical young male with good broad skull displaying typical expression correct stop and prominent cheeks. Good strong jaw with correct dentition and bite. Nice clean dark eye with closely fitting lids showing no haw, good strong neck set well on to shoulders. Strong topline which he held on the move, well off for bone, and well made hind quarters moved soundly with drive. Best Puppy 

2nd    MR Baker  -  Gomez Burdemo Ranch to Maruba  Another promising puppy Classic head type and the correct amount of wrinkles, good dentition and broad lower jaw. Nice front with a deep chest and correct strong top line. Well angulated rear moved well for age. 

3rd Mr Fallon – Emberez Tornado  Good head with correct bite. Well proportioned with head to body ratio about right, looked the baby of the class and needs the time to mature. 

JUNIOR DOG 

1st   Mrs Bamforth  -  Temptress Ice Warrior for Bellamiabam  Well developed typical head piece for a young male with good broad skull displaying typical expression correct stop and prominent cheeks, good strong jaw with correct dentition, nice clean dark eye strong neck set well on to shoulders, strong bone, correct coat texture and well made hind quarters moved soundly. He is one to watch out for in the future. 

2nd   Mrs Jones  -  Willsanburg’s Unstoppable  Another good head type with correct stop dark clear eyes and correct bite, well set ears nice front but would prefer more fore chest. Lovely coat with good texture Topline was good on the stand and held well on the move. 

3rd   Mr Tonge  - Harleydeaux Vantage  Another good example of the breed. Good head which is correct when viewed from all angles, good eye and bite. Correct neck leading to well placed shoulders and a correct front. Moved well with drive.  

YEARLING DOG

1st  Mrs & Mr Arnts & Harrison  -  Cerisier Cullan  A powerful male with great substance, lovely expression, strong forehead dominating the face, clean dark eye strong neck set well into muscular shoulders deep chest and correct forechest level topline and well muscled hindquarters. 

2nd  Hanks  - Casa Haff Be My Apllo (Imp Rom)  Very well put together boy of different type to 1’ strong masculine head,  good dentition with a wide lower jaw allowing for the correct expression to come through. Well constructed front with correct shoulder placement, deep chest and strong topline which he held on the move. 

3rd  Miss & Mr McEnaney & Oldman  -  Bravadogue Lord Claude   A well boned young man, correct head type with a pleasing neck and top line. Good front with correct depth of chest. 

POST GRAD DOG

1st  Mrs Darley  -  Brocorshay Bruno via Cymrygold  Powerful male with pleaseing head type well proportioned with typical expression correct undershot, powerful broad jaw and nicely defined chin correct deep chest and well off for bone moved well. 

2nd  Miss & Mr Smillie & Greig  -  Chabanais First Descent  Nice head type with well marked chin correct dentition and clear eyes, well constructed shoulder with good substance correct top line which he held on the move.  

LIMIT DOG

1st  Mr & Mrs Ansell  -  Justlazares Everlong  Excellent head type with good clean eyes, broad skull and muzzle with correct undershot and bite . Strong powerful neck leading to well laid back shoulders, good straight front with deep chest strong topline Rear quarters are correct and straight with plenty of muscle. Moved well. RCC 

2nd  Mrs Korableva  -  Cooper Perle De France  Another excellent dog. typical head type, with correct bite stop and muzzle. Power full neck with good shoulder placement. Good front and chest with a strong top line, moved soundly with drive and expertly handled.   

3rd  Mr Baker  -  IMK Invictus by Maruba  Good head and muzzle. Strong well muscled neck, good straight front with a deep chest.  Good firm topline, well muscled all through, steady mover.   

OPEN DOG

1st  Mr Rainger  -  CH/FR/N/BEL/LUX/ INT CH  LOGGERHEADS ASTON MARTIN  This was the best class of Dogue de Bordeaux on the day. Some good examples went unplaced. My first place is a strong, masculine, powerful and imposing male that fits my image of breed type. Typical sour puss expression correct upturn, undershot and dentition broad head with pronounced stop fine wrinkling without excess well defined chin strong prominent cheeks correct ear set and clear dark eyes strong muscular neck and shoulders powerful with muscular body and harmonious outline. Strong legs well off for bone correct forechest with good depth of brisket strong level topline which held perfectly on the move. Broad loin with strong well angulated hind quarters moved soundly, freely and with drive. Did not hesitate to award him Dog CC and Best of Breed. 

2nd  Mr Burn & Keizer  -  Dutch/LU/HR CH Emberez Blake  Typical expression with correct head type with broad skull, distinct median grove clean dark eye correct stop, prominent cheeks a nicely marked chin with correct undershot and dentition. Strong muscular neck and shoulders, good width and depth of chest strong topline and well off for bone, so soundly made moved well with drive and purpose.  

3rd  Mr & Mrs Greer  - IR CH Althateano The Boss  Good sized head with correct proportions. Clear dark eyes, broad muzzle of correct length with correct strong bite. Strong correct neck leading to well placed shoulders, strong straight front on well arched feet, deep broad chest well ribbed, balanced angulation good mover.

1st Miss & Mr Smillie & Greig  -  Chabanais First Descent  Nice head type with well marked chin correct dentition and clear eyes, well constructed shoulder with good substance correct top line which he held on the move. 

Veteran Bitch

1st Miss Farish & Davison – Dancer In The Storm  A wonderful sound moving girl. She certainly enjoyed her day and well handled by her owner.  Good head proportions dark eyes strong neck leading to well set shoulders. Good topline and body proportions, sound active movement a pleasure to judge. Best Veteran   

MIN PUPPY BITCH 

1st  Mr Corbett  -  Imperatix Imperious  Feminine young bitch with a strong head type, correct clear dark eyes and dentition with a good undershot bite with a well-defined chin. Powerful neck and strong laid back shoulders. Good front with a deep chest and ample bone, topline strong and correct rear angulation moved soundly with drive. Will follow her career as she grows. 

2nd  Mr & Mrs Ansell  -  Justlazare Poison Ivy  Another pretty young girl with correct head shape, clear eyes and good bite. Correct powerful neck with a good front and strong bone. Correct body proportions and strong rear end, moved well.   

PUPPY BITCH

1st  Mr Tonge  -  Harleydeaux Carven  Such a typical expression on a well-proportioned head but has kept the desired feminine qualities. Good jaw with well-marked chin correct undershot and dentition, strong neck set well onto well laid shoulders lovely deep chest. Good forechest giving a typical outline strong bone and good topline, moved freely, definitely one to watch in the future.     

2nd  Mr Rainger  - Harleydeaux Annick by Loggerheads  A lovely expression from this promising girl, well-proportioned head with correct undershot and nicely curved lower jaw clean dark eye and well set ears. Pleasing outline from head to tail strong straight bone nice topline moved soundly. 

3rd  Mr & Mrs Harris  - Triggouie Must Be Love.  Nice head with showing a feminine expression, good bite with correct chin. Nice neck and forequarters, strong body and hindquarters. Moved well.    

JUNIOR BITCH

Muscular neck and shoulder good forechest and depth of brisket, strong topline which held on the move good hindquarters moved soundly with drive and purpose.    

2nd  Mr & Mrs Greer  -  Temptress She’s The One  Another typical bitch with excellent head type correct dentition clean dark eye distinct median grove nicely set ear, heavier type with great bone and substance deep chest and muscular shoulder moved well. 

3rd    Mr Van Os  -  No Bodys Wife Van De Madroelhoeve JW  Well-proportioned with correct substance, strong in head with correct proportions, correct ears and strong neck good front and bone. Nice topline and moved out well.   

YEARLING BITCH    

1st  Miss & Mr & Mrs McGurk & Williams   - Xardox She’s On Fire SHCM  Feminine girl lovely head type with correct proportions good stop clear eye and correct bite  wide lower jaw and nice upturn allowing for correct expression. Strong neck and correct shoulders with a straight front and good depth of chest. Body well-proportioned to her size and strong topline. Correct rear angulation and moved well.   

2nd   Miss Farish & Davison  - Loggerheads Summer Lilac  Lovely feminine expression from this promising girl, well proportioned head with correct undershot and nicely curved lower jaw clean dark eye and well set ears, strong straight bone nice topline moved soundly.   

3rd   Mr & Mrs Ansell  -  Justlazare Hit Em High  Good head type with nice dark eye and good bite. Correct neck and well placed shoulders. Good straight front with good depth of chest. Good topline and moved well.    

POST GRAD BITCH   

1st   Mrs Darley  -  Cymrygold Tango  Correct head proportions giving a typical expression, good dentition but would have preferred more undershot. Well set ears clear dark eye, strong neck leading to well laid shoulders, good depth of brisket and correct forechest strong bone and nice tight feet. Moved soundly with drive and purpose.    

2nd  Miss Strong  -  Doris The Precious of Strongzbeaux  Another very nice bitch that could swap laces with No1 on another day, strong head type and lovely expression, correct undershot good prominent cheeks nice clean dark eye well set ears, strong and muscular with clean outline and well off for bone moved with drive but seemed slightly unsettled.   

LIMIT BITCH

1st  Mr & Mrs Lewis & Lewsly-Lewis  -  Redlouis Swaggers Star  Correct head type with good proportions and typical expression correct undershot, nicely defined chin, clean dark eye. Muscular neck and shoulder good forechest and depth of brisket, giving typical outline, good strong hindquarters. Moved well.   

2nd Mr & Mrs Ansell  -  Justlazares In Your Honour  Pleasing head type correct undershot, clean dark eye well set ears, strong muscular neck and well made forequarters, muscular shoulders lovely deep chest good bone and tight feet strong topline moved soundly. 

3rd  Mr & Mrs Greenway  -  Imperatrix Purpurisso at Regalrouge JW SHCM  Nice feminine head with good dark eyes, good bite and strong muzzle. Nice neck and shoulders, good front with correct depth of chest. Good topline and rear angulation. Moved well.    

OPEN BITCH

1st   Mr & Mrs Shopland  -  NL CH Piechottka All About Eve  She really does catch your eye when she enters the ring, a feminine bitch but has great presence. The most typical head type correct in all proportions, good stop with dark clean eye good bite with correct undershot and defined chin.  A powerful neck and strong muscular laid back shoulders. Good front construction with a deep chest, body strong and correct topline which held on the move, lovely rear angulation moved soundly with drive and purpose. Bitch CC 

2nd  MR BAKKER  -  BAKERVILL'S STYLE Mambo Jambo  Another quality bitch, strong head type with correct proportions and typical expression good undershot and dentition, well defined chin, clear eye. strong neck and shoulders good forechest and depth of brisket, typical outline with topline that held on the move, good strong driving hindquarters. Reserve Bitch CC 

3rd  Mr Baker  - Xwia Z Orisku for Maruba  Nice head type, good dark eyes, broad muzzle and strong jaw. Good neck leading to nice shoulders and a straight front. Good depth of chest and spring of rib. Good topline and well angulated on the rear. Moved well.   

GOOD CIT BITCH

1st   Mr Brunger & Rainger  -  Loggerheads Miss Molly  Feminine lady with a correct head. Correct bite and up turn, good clear eyes and not overdone in any way. Strong neck and correct shoulder placement, good straight front and wide chest, correct strong of bone, Good level topline. Moved well with drive. 

2nd  Mr & Mrs Powell  -  Darog Nia for Rottwud (Imp IKC)  Good head type with nice dark eye and good bite. Correct neck and well placed shoulders. Good straight front with good depth of chest. Good topline and moved well. 

3rd  Miss Ironside  -  Pen Bre Gwynek  Nice head type and correct undershot bite, good clear eyes and well set ears. Good strong neck and lay of shoulder. Good front and hindquarters moved well.
