Hungarian Vizsla

Junior (2,1)

1. Miss Walford - Piroskutya Delphinus

Liked the shape and overall size of this 18 month old bitch. She is feminine throughout, with a pleasing head, of the correct proportions. She has a firm and well held topline and good tail set, still needing to mature a little more through the body, but this will come with age. On the move she was true from all angles.

1. Miss Walford - Debian Daneeka

Coming up 2 years of age this bitch shows a typical outline when stood, she is of a medium size, workmanlike yet elegant. Liked her lean head and kind expression, being attentive to her handler. Her clean neck flowing well into a firm topline. Well developed through the ribcage, nicely angulated hindquarters. Shown in good muscle tone. moving out with good drive - RBOB

1. Mrs Barwick - Bequerelle Vagabond

Mature 2 year old dog, he is top end for size, but his body lines are graceful and shapely. When stood he shows strength and is well proportioned. Masculine head, strong clean neck, good depth to the brisket and spring to the ribs. His topline was firm and well held both standing and on the move. Hindquarters showing good muscle tone. Moving at one with his handler and correct footfalls - BOB

2. Miss Walford - Westhallows Grand Finale

6 year old bitch, she has the correct body proportions, with a feminine head. She is well developed through the body and short coupled. Standing and moving a tad wide in front, not quite the rear angulation. She had a pleasing flow to her movement in profile

1. Mr & Mrs Spillane - Belatarr Jupiter

Lots to like about this 12 month old dog he has a lovely outline on the stack. He is top end for size, but he is robust with lovely bone and substance yet he retains a shapely outline. His backskull shows the slight rounding, with a slightly shorter foreface, eyes toning to give an intelligent and alert expression. He has depth to the ribcage a firm topline and moderate well muscled hindquarters. Moving out with drive – RBOB

1. Kay, Brooker & Summerfield - Miadsc Precious Pearl

This 2 year old bitch is just right for size and balance, thought her to be a neat package when stood. She has a lovely head and expression so thoughtful and gentle. Nicely boned and with straight forelimbs onto well arched feet. Brisket is down to the elbow and well sprung ribs. Nice sweep to the stifle and short hock to heel. Moved out purposefully, not quite as clean behind as winners today. Shown with a good harsh jacket and well handled

1. Mr & Mrs Spillane - Belatarr Charlie Parker ShCM

Such lovely balance and grace of outline to this 6 year old dog. He is from a larger mould, but so well proportioned with an impressive outline. He is workmanlike and robust, can see him doing a day in the field. Handsome head piece, masculine with kind expressive eyes, with the right amount of furnishings. Well developed through the body, showing a deep brisket, ribs carried well back, short coupled. Holding a firm topline, with lovely hindquarters, with good width of thigh and in super condition. Shown with a good wire coat – BOB & Gp4

1. Ms McAllister - Mizani Diorbe Of Slovakia (Lagotto)

11 month old orange and white Lagotto dog. A well grown youngster, loving his overall balance and outline. Having the square silhouette on the stack and correct body proportions of leg length ratio. Typical head and expression, with strength to the foreface and kind eye, attentive with a hint of naughtiness. Liked his narrowness in front, well developed body, stifle well bent with a good length to lower thigh. Covered in woolly even curls. Moving out with power reach and drive – BP & Puppy Group 1

2. Bryant & Hollis - Phenset Sparks Will Fly (E Setter)

Another with much to like, 10 month old English Setter bitch. Lovely outline to this bitch so elegant. Her head is long and refined, with a beautiful dark eye and almost pleading eyes giving the gentlest of expressions. Clean neck of good length flowing well into her topline. Well let down in the body for her age, and nicely boned limbs. She has a pleasing width of thigh and bend of stifle. On the move she showed high spirits, but catching glimpses of sound movement

1. Mr & Mrs Bennett - Jesham Baronet (Field Spaniel)

17 month old liver Field Spaniel dog, who is oh so smart. He has quality in abundance and looks a picture on the stack, just needing to gain full confidence to show himself off to advantage. He has that masculine yet noble head, well chiselled with a dark kind eye. Lovely flow to his topline, depth to the ribcage and well developed forechest. Well boned limbs. Good width to his hindquarters. Moved put purposefully

1. Caffel & Kavanagh - Hushwing Louboutin To Doberway (GWP)

A shapely 19 month old B&W German Wirehaired Pointer bitch, perhaps a little up on the leg at the moment, but looking balanced. Liked her overall size and femininity with good body proportions. She has a well balanced head, with a dark eye and well furnished. Her clean neck flowing into a well held firm topline. Needing to drop a little more in brisket. Liked her hindquarters, which show good width and muscletone. Shown with a good harsh wire coat. Moving out well from all angles

1. Mr & Mrs Hart - Gilliegrae Swift N’Chic (IR&W)

4 year old IR&W bitch. Found her to be athletic and with strength but also elegance and shapely. She has good balanced proportions to her head, with a kind dark round eye, would like a little more stop, good depth to flews. Long muscular neck flowing well into a firm topline, with pleasing depth to the ribcage. Well muscled hindquarters and good bend of stifle. Lovely pearl white and red coat. Well handled and shown. Moving out steadily and true - BAVNSC

1. Ms & Miss Newson - Tivalake Let’s Misbehave (NSDTR)

Lovely NSDTR dog at just 6 months of age, showing like an old pro and full of character. For one so young he was so balanced in outline, of a nice size and compact. Nicely wedged shaped head, with almond shaped eyes that tone with colouring. Good depth for his age and kept a firm level topline. Strode out on the move and at one with his handler

2. Robbins & Rowark - Quakerhall Lady Bountiful By Brekswood (Golden)

Liked the overall balance of this 9 month old pale golden bitch, she has a good length of leg and well developed through the body. She has a feminine head shape, and dark eye giving such a gentle expression. Strong neck flowing well into her firm topline. Pleasing development of forechest and ribcage. Hindquarters show good width of thigh. Moved out steadily

1. Ms & Miss Newson - Tivalake More Than Wishes (NSDTR)

Lovely NSDTR bitch who is coming up 4 years of age. This bitch is full of character and letting her presence be known. At one with her handler and never stopped showing herself off to advantage. She has quality in abundance, functional and workmanlike and nothing is overdone. Wedge shaped head with alert expression, well placed and used ears. She has a lovely flow to her outline, from nose to tail, keeping a firm and level topline both stood and on the move. Good depth to the brisket and spring of rib. Liked her rear assembly with a good width of thigh and bend to the stifle. All coming together on the move, a pleasure to watch, parallel front and back, and showing the typical springy step – Group 1

2. Miss Proudler - Kimapa Krazee Kritter (Cocker)

3 year old b/r & tan bitch, what a happy and outgoing bitch this is, certainly a merry cocker. Liked her overall size, slightly longer cast in the body. She has good length to the muzzle and a super dark eye giving a kind and gentle expression. Good depth to the body and nicely boned. Kept a level topline and has moderate rear angulation. A happy and true mover

1. Gardiner & Bambrook - Kulawand Time To Treasure With Svenjak (Flatcoat)

7 year old typical flatcoat with the love of life and full of beans. This dog has lovely flowing lines on the stack and presents an imposing outline. He is all male and very balanced. His head is a little stronger, but nicely moulded with a lovely dark eye, so alert and attentive to his handler. Clean strong neck, firm topline well developed through the body with good depth to the brisket. Strong wide quarters. Shown in good condition. Moving out with drive - BV

2. Miss Humphreys - Abnalls Sebastian (Golden)

Golden Retriever dog coming up 9 years of age. This dog is a lovely size and shape, but today not showing himself off. He has a kind and gentle expression, strong neck, lovely depth and development to the forechest. Losing his topline when stood. Well bent stifles and width to the thigh. Not showing with any oomph today

Lovely bitch who shows herself off with confidence and style. Very smart yet functional. Moving out with purpose and drive showing the typical jaunty gait

2. Mrs Harrison - Millpoint Simply Scrumptus JW (Pointer)

Eye catching L&W pointer bitch, what a stunning outline on the stack, so shapely and full of curves. Flowing lines from nose to tail. Strength and elegance combined. Pleasing head piece, well developed through the body, good oval bone, firm topline, strong muscular hindquarters. Precise and powerful movement

3. Mr & Mrs Hodge - Naiken Carinsia (Labrador)

Smart 2 year old black bitch, liked her overall size shape and balance. She is workmanlike and not overdone in anyway. Balanced feminine head, with good width to the backskull and length to the foreface. Strong clean neck flowing well into her well held topline. Nicely boned limbs and tight feet. She has good depth and spring to the ribcage. Strong wide quarters and a lovely otter tail. Moving free and positive

Showing himself off well in the big ring. Looked a picture on the stack so well balanced and has a natural presence about him. Strong and active on the move with correct footfalls

1. Ms McAllister - Mizani Diorbe Of Slovakia (Lagotto)

Fell for this cheeky Lagotto, showing his lively and mischievous nature. A quality puppy with lots of promise. He has a functional yet impressive outline. Liked his proportions and balance. Moving out with good drive. Shown with a good coat texture and curl

2. Mrs Newman - Millpoint Hot Totti (Pointer)

Such a baby at just 6 months of age, but what an outline she has already, so shapely and with lovely depth. She is clean and sound throughout. Moving with precision and a lashing action of her beesting tail

3. Miss Archer - Haydengold Rock Star At Sunandair (Golden)

Another at only 6 months and belying his age. Like him for his overall size, substance and masculinity. Holding a balanced outline on the stack. He has a lovely head and dark gentle eye. He is well developed through the body, and pleasing hindquarters. Moved out purposefully

4. Miss & Ms Adshead - Afonbach Winter Is Coming (NSDTR)

Alert and keen 7 month old dog, showing with confidence. Loved his balance and construction. He is compact and held a firm topline. Attentive to his handler and moving out with a spring in this step

1. Mrs Fredman - Edgwarebury Black Magic (Peke)

A confident and showy 10 month old B&W dog. Found him to be solid with good heavy bone. He is compact, sturdy and correctly weighted. Pleasing wide head, large dark eyes, open nostrils. Well developed through the body, high set tail, moving well

2. Mrs Henshall - Gemolli Antique Velvet (It Greyhound)

Elegant and graceful fawn bitch 10 months old. Lots to like about this bitch she has a typical outline, refined all through. She has a shapely outline on the stack. Head long and fine with large inquisitive eye taking everything in around her. Good depth and arch to the loin. Not quite as tidy in rear movement today

1. Mrs Henshall - Gemolli Antique Tapestry (It Greyhound)

10 month old fawn bitch, and sister to 2nd in Puppy, and they are very much peas in a pod. Loved her outgoing personality, very aminated and keen. She is well balanced in profile having the required elegance and refinement. Feminine head, long arched neck, brisket well let down, correct topline, well bent stifles. Moving with precise footfall, did tend to get a little excited and carry her tail a little higher, but a lovely side gait – BP & Puppy Gp3

Very smart blenheim bitch coming up 3 years of age. Such a showgirl constant wagging tail and attentive to her handler. She looks an absolute picture on the stack, well balanced with flowing lines, full of breed type. Classic feminine head, with lovely dark eyes and pigmentation, framed by well feathered ears. Well sprung ribs, short coupled, holding a level topline both stood and on the move. In perfect condition and well presented. Moving out with drive and true – BOB & Group 1

17 month old orange bitch, fun loving and outgoing nature. Liked her overall balance. She has an appealing head, which is well proportioned with a lovely dark eye, small neat ears, alert expression. Compact body, fine boned, straight front. High set tail carried over the back. Held her shape on the move

1. Mrs Henshall - Ch Gemolli Joie De Vivre JW ShCM (It Greyhound)

Thought that this bitch who is coming up 8 years of age was just lovely. A real credit to her owner, shown in super condition, good muscletone and a picture of elegance. She has lovely body lines and sound construction. Her head is feminine and refined, elegant neck, good depth, fine boned, correct hare foot. Holding a correct topline both stood and on the move. Her movement showed the high stepping action and driving from the rear - BV

2. Mrs Maskell - Kazkell Thyme To Dream JW SHCM (Pap)

Very pleasing 7 year old Papillon dog, letting his presence be know and showing himself off to advantage. Very smart and dainty. Liked his overall balance and alert demeanour. He has an appealing head shape with large mobile ears which he used to good effect. Good depth, finely boned and shown in lovely coat. Moving out well

1. Miller & Ryan - Cavalli Beautiful Life (IKC) JW SHCM (CKCS)

This bitch just commanded my attention, a lovely dog from any angle. So balanced and full of breed type. Showing her socks off to take the top spot

2. Mrs Towers - Enjanicka Midnight Blue (Bolognese)

This 19 month old dog certainly presented a lovely outline. Found him to be compact and well presented in good coat. A smart dog with a great attitude which showed as he moved proudly around the ring

3. Ms Pleasance - Wrinklewood Break Every Rule For Katakia (IMP) (Pug)

Liked this 16 month old bitch for her overall size, substance and femininity. She has an imposing outline, cobby and short coupled. Striding out well holding a firm topline

4. Miller & Ryan - Feorlig Wake Up Maggie JW (Pap)

Super ring presence on this 19 month old bitch, Shown in tip top coat and condition. She is graceful and dainty. Alert and very attentive to her handler. Keeping her lovely body lines on the move

1. Mrs Pickering - Leahcartoys Sprout Fury (Pom)

Just loved this delightful dog, at just 6 months old a real character and charmer. Compact in outline when stood and proud in demeanour. Lovely head and dark eye with a hint of mischief. Well developed through the body for his age. Shown in lovely coat. When he decided he wanted to move, showed a brisk and free stride

2. Mrs Maskell - Kazkell Milo’s Dream (Pap)

Lots to like about this youngster, 7 months old and showing like an old pro. She is balanced in outline and holding her shape on the move. Pleasing head with well placed ears, good spring to the ribs and a firm topline, well carried tail

3. Mrs Henshall - Gemolli Antique Tapestry (It Greyhound)

This young bitch has a very shapely silhouette, having elegance and a graceful outline. Showing her outgoing nature and moving out well

4. Miller & Ryan - Cavallibrook Lady Lovelace (King Charles)

Very much a raw baby, but with much to like. This Blenheim bitch is just 7 months old and oozes character and confidence. She has a pleasing head, which is well domed. Good width to the chest, firm level topline with a good bend of stifle. Striding out like she owned the place!
