Gordon Setter Junior 3 (2)        

1st       Hardy’s Cafotaliena Hello my love

14-month bitch, pleasing ear set in well-proportioned head. Straight flat bone, level topline with correct tail set, used on the move. Clean tan moved out well.

Gordon Setter Post Graduate 4 (3)

1st Hardy Cottonstones evergreen with Cafotaliena

 Presenting a finer outline, head fine and lacking definition, ear set ok. Narrow in front, with straight flat bone tail set ok but tail was carried high

Gordon Setter Open 4 (3)

1st Ashley-Turner Hernwood the Botanist BOB

17-month Male with a lot to like, head of good proportions, but feel there is more to come. Eyes could be a shade tighter. Good length of neck, balanced fore & aft, with lovely line from hip to hock. Level topline with depth to the chest. Move out well.

1st Webb’s Albadhu Counting Stars

Overall lighter in statue, head ok, needs time to develop, would have preferred a better tail set as the tail was carried high and curled over back. moved ok

1st Jenks Albadhu Hidden Potential BOB

Gave the appearance of a substantial muscular dog, keen, pleasing head of correct proportions, ear set good.  Wide in chest, with good depth in brisket, strong muscular neck into well laid shoulder short coupled, strong in loin correct tail set, moderately padded feet, moved with drive and enthusiasm.

Labrador Retriever Puppy 3, (2)   Best Puppy

1st Bailey’s Harrop Ravenheart 9-month black girl, good overall balance, broad skull, with defined stop, clean neck into well laid shoulders level topline, strong in bone, well developed 2nd thigh, move out well.

Labrador Retriever Junior3, (2)  

1st Thompson’s Meadowline Mogul

Typically, proportioned head, dark eye, ears well set and of good length. Deep in chest and of good bone, carried a of bit weight today. Compact in foot moved ok

Labrador Retriever Post Graduate 8, (4)

1st Terry & Downes Ellukine so it begins BOB

This girl caught my eye as she entered the ring , delivered what the breed standard asked for, strongly built , short coupled and  balanced carrying correct amount of weight  unlike a number of others today .Broad in skull  with defined stop, well-spaced eyes of medium size, clean powerful neck into long well laid-back shoulders, legs well under body chest of good width and depth level topline, good width of loin, powerful rear quarters, correct tail, Dense coat , moved out with purpose and drive.  



2nd Potter’s Harrop pickpocket

Correct eye colour and ear set, would have preferred a broader head, level topline, deep in chest although the outline was spoiled by too much weight. Tail never stopped, move out ok

3rd Jones Lembas Tiana at Serejar

Labrador Retriever limit 3, (2)  

1st Jones Willowrush Kersey dusk at Serenjar

This girl is so full of life did give her handler a bit of a hard time, once she settled good width of thigh and second thigh, level topline moved ok but would have preferred shorter nails as this affected the feet.

Labrador Retriever Open Dog 4, (3)  

1st Markham’s Stmaka Boba Fett

Balanced dog, broad in head with good bite and correct hazel eye. Strong in neck, well ribbed barrelled chest and good bone. Level topline, strong bone another who would benefit from shorter nails. Moved well

Labrador Retriever Open Bitch 4, (2)  

1st Artingstall’s Higtrevoron forget me not

Pleasing in outline Correctly balanced head with decent stop and correct hazel eye. Good ear set and strong neck into well laid shoulders, good width and depth of chest. good width of thigh, short coupled, level topline good use of her well covered tail, moved ok

2nd Jones Lembas faith at Serenjar

Pleasing head and expression, reasonable length of neck, deep in chest, carrying a little weight spoiled the overall outline of this girl, good width of thigh. Shorter nails would improve foot structure, Moved ok
