I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge the three special classes at their recent open show, a lovely well run friendly show, with great hospitality, also thankyou to my stewards for keeping my ring running smoothly. Being invited to judge meant a lot to me as this was the first club, I joined with my first sheltie back in 1975.SPA.J.(5.1).1. M Smith Kiemont Paris is a charmer at Bramblecroft 17mth sable bitch with feminine balanced head with good shape, correct stop, lovely dark eyes, ears well set and expressive long neck, neat feet, body of good depth with good front and rear angles, well set tail of good length and carriage, movement sound and steady, well presented and handled.2.Mrs.D Fisher Sonymer Illusive Gold at Rowancrest 14mth bitch with lovely sweet expression good eye shape, Balanced head good underjaw, lovely neat ears, good front and rear angles, Good topline,well presented and handled and moved soundly.3.S Walker Miablue Snowdrop. 4.K Hateley Mohnesee Maebelle.SPA.PG (3,1) 1.M.Smith Kiemont Paris is a charmer at Bramblecroft(see previous class)2.MrsJ& Miss E Shaw Bramblecroft Reeba at Bluequarry,sable bitch,bigger type than winner, good overall quality, moderate neck, lovely neat feet ,moved ok once she settled, well bodied with good depth.SPA.O.(5.2)1.Mrs C Clegram & Miss J&S Berry Smiddyshaw I’LL B There For U JW Lovely 7 years sable bitch shown in excellent condition, lovely eye shape, balanced head with correctstop,ears well set, alert ,good length of neck, balanced front and hind angles, well presented coat, well set tail and carriage, moved easily around the ring with good topline and expertly handled to get the best from her.2.L Welford Ristine Emerald, Tri bitch feminine head with correct dark eye and sweet expression, neat ears, moderate neck, lovely overall outline, moved well, long tail well set and carried.3.Mr D &Mrs L Barrowclough Shadowess True Blue.
