Postgraduate (3), 1. Roberts’ Cwrtafon Lili - Pretty white bitch Compact and balanced. Correct eye colour and shape Black pigment Moved well Would prefer a smaller ear.

2. Smith’s Dacfolke Barney Bear - I really liked this boy but I do feel his handler let him down today He has a very nice shape and outline, well balanced head with very sweet expression Balanced angulation and correct coat If he had been encouraged to move better he would have pushed harder for first. BPIB

3. Halls Dacfolke Artic Alupine at Pufnstuf.

Open (2), 1. Pearce, Francis and Roberts’ CH Longsdales Rebel Rouser at Cwrtafon, - Classy little black dog, well balanced angulation and super outline. Very nice spitz type head which had balanced features. Super coat texture and condition. Moved true with typical gait in all directions - BOB

2. Halls Pufnstuf Kiss Da Paw, 2 and a half year old female. Happy, confident temperament. Pretty head with good pigment. Correct coat texture Moved well.

Postgraduate (2), 1. Woods’ Penbro Back to Black - 17 month old black bitch who presented a very well balanced outline. Very pretty head with dark eyes and soft friendly expression. Correct coat texture Moved well.

2. Moore’s Bryonyhill Righteous Man at Fillipers - Larger in frame this 8m/o male had a salt and pepper coat of good texture. Very nice head and expression well set ears. He moved true just would like to see a little more drive. BPIB

Open (2,1 abs), 1.Woods’ Penbro Got You Talking - I really liked this girl, she presented a very nice outline, strong yet feminine head. Cobby body which was well toned all through. Balanced angulation front and rear Moved with reach and drive. Super powered by the short strong hocks - BOB

 Open (3) 1. Moore’s Ovidane Sister Act – Two and a half year old salt and Pepper female. Super headpiece on this young lady with a very sweet expression. Broad chest, well sprung rib and correct coat texture. Moved well. BOB

2. Moore’s Ovidane A Sharp Dressed Man - Super 7 month old with a super personality Full of cheekiness and fun. Lovely outline, good angles, correct coat texture and a very well balanced head. Super expression. A little keen on the move but very sympathetically handled to get the best from him Very promising youngster. BPIB

Puppy (1) 1. Skyvanna Free Spirit of Starlance - Very pretty young lady of just 10 months, well balanced and of correct proportions. Very nice headpiece with good eye shape and colour. Very expressive and confident in nature. She was beautifully presented and handled to bring out the best in her - BPIB.

Junior (3, 1 abs) 1.as puppy.

2. Rice’s Parloueve Back to Black. At just a year old this black white and tan girl presented a very nice outline. Well balanced front and rear, Well laid shoulder Very pretty head with a lovely dark eye and expression Super coat and condition. Very close between these two girls who could easily swap places. Class winner just more settled on the move today.

Post Graduate (3), 1. Conibiere’s Chenrezi Rewrite The Stars.- At almost 3 years this young lady took my eye as she moved free quick, true and positive in all directions. Underhand she was correctly constructed. Happy and alert. Proud head with domed skull Beautiful expression.

2.Purnell’s Crockerne Show Me Love - Very nice type and outline. Pretty head and expression. Correct coat texture, hare feet and good angles, 1st just pipped her to the post on movement.

3.Hall’s Balgay Shabtra.

Limit (4, 3 abs). 1. Wayman’s Mynapaw Perfect Symphony - Very nice head. Correct coat texture, constructed nicely and moved well in all directions maintaining topline. Could have used her ears better to complete the picture.

Open Dog (5) A super class of males of varying types

1.Bevis’ Skyvanna Empty Dreams at Starlance. 2 year old male who impressed for Balance, conformation and movement. He had correct angulation and was presented in tip top coat and condition. He moved true in all directions and he was handled to perfection BOB.

2.Smith’s Pure Soul Lucy’s Secret - At almost 3 this dog outmoved some of his classmates today Confident and clean in all directions, he has a very nice expression , however, I would like to see more width to skull.

3. Smith’s Balgay Ma Beau at Saxina.

It was a lovely surprise to have these classes added to my Judging today, Please remember to say thank you to the Judge, make eye contact and to watch for when the Judge changes position and don’t forget to smile.

6-11 Years

1.Lilly-Mai Hook

Lilly-Mai was dressed very smartly and looked very professional handling her Japanese Spitz in her very pretty skirt suit. She completed all of her patterns correctly as asked of her. Her dog was looking to her for guidance and reassurance. However I would like to see Lilly- Mai communicate and encourage her charge as this was missing today. Reassurance or reward by means of vocal encouragement or by physical cues will give a more polished performance.

12-16 Years

1.Trinity Bridger

Trinity was handling a Bulldog today for the first time in JHA class. All patterns were completed with Trinity consistently encouraging and rewarding her charge with verbal and physical cues She clearly enjoyed herself as she was smiling all the wat through despite being very nervous. I would like to see a more polished outfit to complete the picture however she was awarded Best Overall BJH for the bond/ relationship she showed with her Bulldog throughout the challenges set.
