1ST 207 - Highforce Future Legend for Vizslanya JW ShCEx VW (Mr S & Mrs K M Challis)

 Preferred the head and outline on this dog to 2. Strong, muscular neck, shoulders well laid, would prefer firmer pasterns. Level topline, could be more compact, ribs well sprung. Well-muscled rear with moderate angulation. Moved steadily in all directions, covering the ground with ease.

2ND 233 - Gunfield Phantom (Ms M Kiely)

 Up to size dog with strong neck and excellent front assembly, chest deep, ribs well sprung. Firm in topline, needs more rear angulation and I would prefer a better tail carriage. Moved ok.

 Appealing head, developing well, lean all through, moderate stop. Muscular neck, moderate front angulation and bone, round well arched feet. Firm level topline, compact body developing well. Well-muscled rear with moderate angulation, moves on an even stride and presented in excellent muscletone.

2ND 258 - Misoro Prodigal Son (Mrs Aj Willams)

More mature in head and stronger all through than 1, although it is of correct proportions and eyes are of pleasing shape and colour. Strong neck, pleasing front assembly. Mature in body and of good depth, firm in topline. Still needs to develop in his rear, moved ok.

11 months and quite mature for his age. Head of appealing type, lean all though, muzzle of correct length, pleasing eye shape and colour. Strong neck, correct forehand, well boned legs and compact well arched feet. Has good body, compact and well ribbed, firm in topline and tail well set and carried. Moderate rear angulation, well muscled and moving out positively fore and aft and in profile. BP

1ST 227 - Pitswarren Tempus Viator (ai) (Mr J P & Mrs E J Harper)

Of pleasing type and quality, head of correct balance, typical in eye shape and colour. Strong, well muscled neck, shoulders well positioned and standing on well boned legs and excellent well arched feet. His body is firm in condition, compact and well ribbed, firm level topline which never faltered standing or moving, excellent tail set and carriage. Well developed muscular rear, hocks well let down. Moves with positivity in all directions, covering the ground with ease.

2ND 257 - Oakswarren Trickster (Mr P Watson)

Head of correct balance and in no way overdone, not so appealing in expression as 1. Presents a good outline stacked and on the move, correct for bone and standing on the best of feet. Well ribbed body, firm level topline, slight tuck up. Well muscled rear although I think he could have a little more rear angulation. Moved out positively in all directions.

1ST 251 - Oakswarren Feel The Heat at Alaszdale JW (ai) (Miss H Senior)

 Well-conditioned dog with a pleasing head shape, correct eye shape and colour. Stands on well boned legs, excellent well arched feet and firm pasterns. Well angulated front, firm level topline, tail well set and ok carriage. Strong well muscled rear with correct angulation, hocks well let down. Shown in optimum condition and moving out well in all directions.

2ND 236 - Apolwoodwin Moonshine (Mrs J & Mr J Littler)

Not so appealing for type as 1 but moves with a free sound positive gait holding a good outline at all times. Stands on excellent legs and feet. Has good ribs but still needs to develop a little more in body and all through as yet. Presented in firm and well muscled condition and works in unison with his handler.

1ST 215 - Amarantos Katana for Ertekes JW (Mrs R Da Silva)

This dog excelled on the move with a smooth, ground covering action in profile and true fore and aft. Noble head of excellent proportions, pleasing eye shape and colour. Muscular neck and all through, excellent forehand, strong well boned legs and well arched feet. Ribs well sprung, firm well muscled body, level topline and tail well set and carried. His excellent action edged him over 2.

2ND 254 - Debian Deerhunter JW (Miss D Warnes)

Medium sized, moderate dog who has a masculine head, lean and in no way overdone, appealing expression. Compact body, firm and well-conditioned, moderate in his bone and angulation, excellent feet. Ribs are well sprung, firm level topline which he kept on the move. Very positive in all directions moving, just not quite the freedom of 1.

Medium sized and well-balanced dog, free from exaggeration. His head is lean noble, muzzle of correct length, pleasing eye shape and colour. Strong, muscular neck, pleasing forehand, moderate well boned legs and compact well arched feet. His body is correct for depth, ribs are well sprung, and he holds a firm level topline both standing and moving. Tail well set, ok carriage. Muscular well-developed thighs which he uses to advantage on the move. Covers the ground with ease in all directions, CC & BOB.

 Upstanding masculine dog of medium size perhaps a little more compact than 1. Head of pleasing shape, good eye colour. Strong through the neck, his shoulders are well placed, good bone and feet. Level topline, tail well set and carried. His ribs are well sprung. Shown in firm muscletone, moving out to advantage, covering the ground with ease. RCC

Moderate, well-balanced bitch who presents a typical outline. Pleasing head, noble and with an appealing expression from eyes of good shape and colour. Strong neck, moderate in her front angulation. Ribs are well sprung, and she holds a firm level topline. Moves freely in profile and really drives from well-muscled thighs and hocks which are well let down.

11-year-old bitch who belies her age, especially on the move and who was shown in impressive condition. Of correct size and balance, firm in topline. Strong neck, pleasing front bone and excellent compact well arched feet. Body is firm and well-conditioned, ribs well sprung. Hindquarters are well muscled. Moves straight and true, fore and aft, and in profile with a good action.

Litter sister to the winner of MPD and very similar all through. Appealing in head and eye shape and colour, moderate stop. Muscular neck, moderate front angulation and correct for bone, with excellent feet. Firm level topline, compact body developing well. Well-muscled rear with moderate angulation, moves positively in all directions.

11-month-old bitch who is compact in outline. Pleasing head and eye, excellent eye shape and colour. Clean through the neck, moderate in her front angulation and with correct bone and neat, well arched feet. Firm, level topline, tail well set and carried. Well-muscled thighs, hocks well let down and moving with freedom and positivity in all directions.

Up to size and a little more masculine in outlook. Strong neck, excellent forehand, well bone legs and excellent feet. Well sprung ribs and a firm level topline with good tail set and carriage. Moves very positively in all directions and shown in very good body condition and muscletone.

Bitch of pleasing type with a good head, pleasing eye shape and colour. Of pleasing size and compact all though, correct bone and with well rounded feet. Body and ribs are developing well, level topline. Fit and well-muscled all through. Firm in the rear but could have a little more rear angulation. Moved steadily and evenly in all directions.

A little further behind in terms of development and still needing to grow on and fill out as yet. Pleasing head shape and a typical expression. A little fine in bone, compact, well-muscled body. Would prefer better tailset and carriage. Moved in unison with her handler.

Medium sized and well-balanced bitch who really exceled in profile gait showing excellent reach and drive. Noble head, well proportioned, eyes of good shape and colour. Correct for bone and with excellent feet. Body has excellent tone, firm level topline, correct tail set and carriage. Moves true, fore and aft. Considered in the challenge but still needing a little finish compared to the older bitches

2ND 203 - Castledogley Firenze JW (Mr D J & Ms E M Hardcastle & Bradley)

 Compact and a shade larger all through, I liked her head and eye shape. Shoulders quite well positioned, and correct for bone in relation to her size, excellent feet. Ribs well sprung, could be better in croup. Well-conditioned all through and shown in excellent body and muscletone. Moved ok.

Well-constructed bitch who is well grown. Head of correct balance, good length of muzzle, pleasing eye shape and colour. Strong, well-muscled neck, excellent shoulders well positioned, straight well boned legs, ok feet. Shapely outline which she maintains both standing and moving, covers the ground with a free and positive action. Shown in the best of condition both in terms of muscletone and body. Close up in the challenge, RCC.

2ND 249 - Glenbrows Roulette at Danton (Mr A & Mr B & Ms C Scourfield & Kantor & Ward)

This bitch is probably more of the type that appeals to me but couldn’t quite match the action of 1, particularly in profile. Excellent head, noble and lean all through, pleasing eye shape and colour. Her ribs are well sprung, she is well bodied, firm topline, although a little steep in croup. Well-muscled rear with hocks well let down. Moves out positively in all directions.

This was the best class of the day in terms of depth of quality.

Of medium size and bone, head lean and well balanced, muzzle of correct length, I like her eye shape and colour and appealing expression. Strong neck of good length, pleasing forehand, moderate bone and compact well arched feet. Firm level topline, ribs well sprung and she was shown in optimum body and condition. Could be a little more compact in loin, tail well set and carried. Muscular thighs and hocks well let down, looks very good moving in profile. BCC

2ND 221 - Sh Ch Russetmantle Maia (ai) (Dr S Gottlieb)

Compact bitch who presents an excellent outline and one of good balance. Excellent head and eye shape, clean though the neck, not quite the shoulder placement of 1. Just right for bone and with compact cat-like feet. Ribs well sprung, compact body, firm level topline and with good tailset and carriage. Moved precisely fore and aft, covering the ground well in profile, close up in the challenge.
