He possesses good bone and body development and is of overall pleasing shape, length and proportions. True in front with pleasing fore-chest. Matching angulations front and rear with good length of ribbing and firm top line. Free and positive on the move and the better mover of the class.
2nd: 5220 WALKER, Mrs E Borderbrook Final Straw At Ravenskirk a well-grown young male who has an attractive overall make and shape. Masculine in head, well developed in bone and body and has enough body cover and length, and a pleasing side profile. Would prefer him to be tighter in front and elbows. Moved freely although he tended to crab slightly.

Pleasing proportion with balance in angulations front and rear. Goodlooking head which is obviously masculine, set well onto a neck of good length pleasing top line and graceful fallaway to tail. Standing he presents a very satisfying picture. Free positive mover.

Attractive head both in profile and expression which I just preferred to 2nd. True, well-made front and pleasing forequarters; ideal length in neck set on well-made shoulders; firm body with lovely top line and nicely let down hindquarters. Stands over the ground well with firm stance; Moved well with notable side gait.
2nd: 5171 LARGE, Ms Josie & HADLEY, Mr Anthony Bryning Game On a masculine well-made male who overall does not match the shapely, graceful lines of 1st. Masculine head, good length neck and covered body but would prefer more distinct fore-chest. He has enough spring and angulations front and rear but needs to tighten in front and strengthen in hindquarters, especially on the move.

He has a masculine, shapely head with an attentive expression. Needs to tighten in front and elbows. Well-made body having a satisfying side profile which has balance and proportions. Moved with enthusiasm but would prefer a more steady, controlled action.

Satisfying in overall proportions and balance and was the better mover of this class.
2nd: 5211 SMALL, Mrs S Malindibeach Woodforde a quality well-coated male who pleases in overall make and shape. Attractive head both shape and proportions but preferred the eyes and expression of 1st. Good length and shape to neck. Well boned and has firm substance and is of proportional width all through. Pleasing angulations front and rear which helps his balanced look. Moved with free purpose and extension when settled.

Pleasing in coat and condition with a mature appearance. True well-made front which I preferred to 3rd. Soundly enough constructed all through with a well-made body and attractive masculine, breed typical head. Alert, keen expression adding to his satisfying general appearance. Moved enthusiastically with a steady, easy action, although a little close behind.

Soundly constructed front and rear with a firm body having depth and spring with necessary tight elbows. Ideal width, pleasing fore-chest adding to his overall sound construction of forequarters. Balanced and pleasing proportions length/height. He fills-the-eye with his breed typical appearance both standing and moving. Particularly good front movement which, among some quality males won him the Dog CC and Best of Breed by the Referee’s decision.
2nd: 5209 SIMMONS, Mr P & SIMMONS, mrs Yvonne & INVERNO, mrs Sashdan Pure Imagination With Simmovon (imp Aus) one who caught my eye and was a close contender for top honours. A super profiled male who is in commendable coat and condition. Soundly made in front, true with good tight elbows. He is well proportioned and has a striking body shape with strong, moderate let down hindquarters being firm of stance. Pleasing width all through. Attractive, shapely head and expression. He moved well going away but repeatedly pulled away from his handler on return which cost him but pleased to award him the Reserve Dog CC 3rd: 5152 GREEN, Miss C N & PATERSON, Mr J Sh Ch Arrodare Family Tradition JW

Pleasing type with a profile which has balance and good proportions. Stands over the ground presenting a satisfying profile picture. Well-made front, well-bodied and nicely let down hindquarters. Moved well in front and preferred his rear action to that of 3rd.
