1ST - Ch Witchgait Just One Slice JW (Miss S E Sutherland) – This young lady is still in the running for top honours and presents herself very well. Her head is large with a flat skull, enough stop, and almond-shaped dark eyes. I’d like a ta more muzzle. She has sufficient padding and appropriate pigmentation. Her chest was full with depth to her brisket and well-sprung ribs to short, muscular loin. She had good width to her thighs and moderate angulation. She moved with a typical vigorous gait. To finish, she was in super harsh coat. BV

1St - Sharpuggles Blow Me Down (Mrs S Grimshaw) – This youngster took my eye, he is a dilute of 9months with all to play for. He was correctly sized and height for his age with an excellent head and correct pigmentation. His ears were small and high set with upturned tips pointing towards his eyes. He had enough length of neck into shoulders and sufficient wrinkles; his chest was nicely filled with depth of brisket. His forelegs were strong and close-fitting to his body with a little knuckle to finish growing. He had tight compact feet, his tail was set high, with moderate hind angulation for his age and development, and he moved at a suitable pace, clean and free. BD BP

2Nd - Mijujo Flat White (Mr M & Mrs J Gardner) – Nicely boned youngster with time on his side. His head was of decent proportions, and pigmentation was good. He needed time to fill out and develop, which I’m confident he will. His tail was set high and curled over his back. He had ample hind angulation.

1ST - Witchgait Breaking Bad with Ashowai (Mr A D & Mrs H K Morris) – He has a decent head and well-balanced proportions, ample padding and very good pigmentation, his strong muscular neck and enough wrinkles over shoulders. He was slightly finer in bone and not as well developed. I’m sure, given a little more time, he will fill out and spring his ribs. As a teenager, he has time to mature into a good adult.

1ST - Quinnhalo Single Pringle JW (Ms J Dawson) – This boy was carrying a little extra weight today. He had a broad, flat skull and nicely set almond-shaped dark eye. I’d like a little more muzzle. Due to him carrying made him look a little stuffy in neck. He had ample bone and lovely, compact feet. Good depth of ribs and short loin finished with a high-set tail. He moved at a decent pace.

This class was strong, and all of them could easily change places

1ST 5490 - Ch Chernyi Chizh Baloved by All at Sharpuggles (Imp Rus) (Mrs S Grimshaw) – This mature boy turned on the charm today. He is devoted to his handler and never stopped watching her; he has been schooled well. He had a large head with plenty of padding and the darkest of eyes. His ears were small, and the tips turned up pointing to his eyes. He had a medium length of neck and sufficient wrinkle over his shoulders, muscular throughout, his tail was set well and curled over his back. To finish the picture, he had medium hind angulation, which allowed him to move freely at a fast trot. His coat was in harsh condition. BD RBoB

2Nd - Loopang's Jimmy Choo Junior (ai) (Mr M K & Miss A J Bragg) – I have seen this black boy before with a different handler. He has developed well, and I was pleased to see him again. His head was large of almost equal ratios with the darkest of eyes and lovely set ears pointing to his eyes. His neck was of medium length muscular and strong into nicely laid shoulders with sufficient wrinkle. He had plenty of strong bone and a well filled chest with depth to brisket. His feet were compact and neat. His underline was clean and rose slightly to his loin which was muscular and short. He was a little unsettled for his handler today. RCC

1ST - Wanmei Follow The Sunshine (Ms R Wilkins) – A lovely horse coat fawn in colour. She presented as a well-balanced square girl. Her head was large with a good skull-to-muzzle ratio, correct pigmentation, and a good bite. She had sufficient length of neck into her shoulders, where she had enough wrinkle. Her topline had a slight dip to withers, it then finished with a high-set tail that curled over her back to her side. This young lady was hard pushed not to achieve further honours. Her time will come, she is very promising, I will follow with interest.

2ND - Sharpuggles Hold On Tight (Mrs S Grimshaw) – Litter sister to puppy dog but not as ready. She has an appealing, large, feminine head with a frowning expression well-placed ear. She had ample bone and plenty of substance to build on, but needs time to fill out and spring her ribs. She moved freely on compact feet.

3RD - Mijujo Costa Fortune (Mr M & Mrs J Gardner)

1ST - Sharpuggles Suck On That (Mrs S Grimshaw) – this young girl is also a puppy at 10months. Plenty of dog for her age and completely in balance with her whole body. Her head was large and almost brick-like in shape. Her dark eyes were almond in shape with a moderate stop to divide the skull from the muzzle, which had enough padding. Her neck was strong am muscular. Her chest was full and a depth of brisket to match her short, muscular loin linked her front to rear very well. Her hind legs had good width and moderate angulation, which she used on the move to good effect.

2ND - Wanmei Miss Sunlight (Ms R Wilkins) – I have just seen her kennel sister in the previous class and today. I found this young girl was rather wide in chest. Her brisket has depth and ribbing well back to her loin with a slight tuck up. Her feet are neat and compact. She moved at a steady pace.

1ST - Terra Dos Celtas Tell Me Everything at Coatakinti (Imp Esp) (Miss V Poole) – Much to like about this girl, although she was a little out of coat today. She was feminine from her frowning expression and nicely padded muzzle; her pigmentation was plentiful. Ample length of neck with a slight dip at her withers. She is well proportioned with her height-to-length ratio. Her moderate hind angulation and clean, free gait gave her this class.

2ND - Jolerob One Way of Puttin It at Starferry (Mr B & Mrs C, Ms L Bull & Warren) – Not much in age between these girls. This girl was slightly bigger all around, and I felt she was a little masculine for me. She was in a lovely, harsh coat and ample bone throughout. She moved out at a steady pace.

A lovely class full of quality girls, I was really spoilt for choice.

1ST - Ch Loopang's Back in Business (ai) (Mr M K & Miss A J Bragg) – This young lady is maturing beautifully, and her young handler with her, they are as one and understand each other perfectly. Her feminine head and frowning expression from the darkest of almond-shaped eyes. Her ears were small with the tips curled up and pointing to her eyes. She had the right amount of wrinkles over her shoulders with a slight rise over her muscular loin. Her coat was in super harsh condition, and her tail sat nicely over her back. On the move, she was free and vigorous I had no hesitation in giving her CC BB. In the challenge for best of breed, she had a strong contender in the dog, but she rose to that challenge perfectly. BoB

2ND - Sharpuggles Pamela Pumpkin (Mrs S Grimshaw) – Of similar age to 1, and I was splitting hairs in this class. She is very feminine with an appealing feminine expression. Her neck was of medium length, muscular, and strong. A decent lay of shoulder and ample bone, her chest was full and her brisket well sprung. Her loin was short and full of strength and muscle. Her hind legs had a good width, finished with compact feet. RCC

3RD - Ch Ashowai One Moment in Time (Mr A D & Mrs H K Morris)
