Minor Puppy Dog Entries: 1 Absentees: 0

1ST - Freakshow Opulence Above All NAF TAF (Mr D C Smith) – This young man was just starting his show career at 6months. His head was broad and round with nicely set round eyes, dark and warm, good width and length to muzzle, allowing for straight teeth. Strong neck into topline with decent ribbing and high-set tail carried well. He needs a little more time to firm up on the move.

Puppy Dog Entries: 6 Absentees: 2

1ST - Thaisu Hot Topic at Marbo (Mrs M Hatten) – Pleasing youngster in full coat. Good head with clean eyes, dark and arrogant in expression, his nose had a slight upward tilt with sufficient length. His chest was broad and deep with ample spring to his ribs. He had muscular hind legs and moved out at a fair pace, smooth and flowing.

2ND - Norboo Bobby Dazzler of Mapimakastar (Mrs M Skawska) – A little younger with plenty of time to finish developing, as he could do with a little more length to his nose. His expression was soft and warm, and his ears were set and at a good level. His chest was full and nicely ribbed back, and his topline was level. A very confident youngster who moved out at a brisk pace, showing full pad.

3RD - Debeaux Magic in The Making (Mr J S & Mrs D A Willett)

Junior Dog Entries: 9 Absentees: 0

1ST - Hin Chen's Mount Everest (Imp Nor) (Mr S & Mrs S & Mr D Brown & Brown & Iley) – Masculine head with arrogant expression. His mouth was wide and slightly undershot, and plenty of room for his perfectly straight teeth; he had enough length of muzzle and upturned nose. His shoulders were strongly laid and a well-filled chest with depth of ribs. He had ample bone throughout, his tail was set high and carried gaily over his back, on the move, he showed good pad, and in profile, he showed off his reach and drive. I liked his muscle tone and his coat texture.

2ND - Tameron Mr Penhaligon's (Miss H L Howard) – These two boys are going to change places many times as they mature today; there was little to split them. Lovely male head, was correctly shaped and broad, his eyes were set well apart, large and round with an alert, independent expression. His nose had a good length with a slightly undershot bite. His neck had plenty of length and was nicely arched. Super placement of shoulders to round feet covered with hair, to match with strong, short hind legs. I was nitpicking between these two.

3RD - Santosha Night Shade (Mr D & Mrs S M Crossley)

Yearling Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 0

1ST 4194 - Rossvale I Have A Dream (Mr & Mrs S Brown) – Pleasantly balanced boy with a typical head and large, round eyes set well apart, his mouth was wide and slightly overshot as required. His muzzle has sufficient length, with a slightly tilted-up nose with wide-open nostrils. His topline was firm with ample depth of chest and ribs reaching well back. He moved out with ease and a good stride.

2ND - Chanikos My Mystery Dream via Javerda (Mrs J Barrell) – Well presented in lovely coat. He had a good overall shape and was suitably balanced. Broad, round head with suitably dark eyes. His chest was deep, although his ribs could have a little more spring to them. He carried his tail well over his back. On the move, he was clean and driven.

3RD - Chanikos Darkest Dreams at Shirkeira (Mrs S.l. & Mrs F Kerée-Bartolo & Yorke)

Post Graduate Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 2

1ST - Chanikos My Mystery Dream via Javerda (Mrs J Barrell) – 2nd previous class (Yearling)

2Nd - Ethelsmead True Grit (K Gardner) – Appealing boy with an honest expression, warm and alert. He has ample bone and a nicely filled chest with sufficient depth and muscular loin. On the move, his feet were round and well-padded. I would like his tail set a tad higher, as he tended to flag his tail, which spoiled his outline.

Limit Dog Entries: 5 Absentees: 0

1ST - Ta Maria Beyond Unique (Imp Fin) (Mr T & Ms Y Paczkowski & Cannon) – This young man really took my eye; his outline was strong and sturdy with beautiful balance. His head was full of expression from dark eyes of excellent shape; his muzzle had good length and plenty of width, giving ample room for straight teeth and slightly undershot. His ears were long and set correctly with plenty of coat blending into his neck, which was nicely arched into shoulders that were well laid back. His chest was correctly filled with ample depth and well-sprung ribs to a muscular loin. To match, his topline was strong and held on the move, and his tail he carried gaily over his back. He was impressive on the move with his strong muscle condition, as he reached out in front and drove from behind, showing his pads off. DCC

2ND - Unstoppable Alpiu Slenis to Jaxtzu JW (Imp Ltu) (Miss J Y Moore) – Excellently turned out in lovely coat condition. His head was masculine and broad, with precisely shaped dark eyes giving an independent, arrogant expression. His neck had a suitable arch into his shoulders with an appropriate lay back. His ribs were nicely sprung, reaching to a muscular loin. He carried his tail well, which was heavily plumed. Not quite the reach and drive of one.

3RD - Keola Driving Force JW (Mrs M Salt)

Open Dog Entries: 9 Absentees: 2

1ST - Mifcah's by Royal Command to Javerda (Mrs J Barrell) – A fully mature boy who gave a good account of himself today, from his well-shaped head and skull with appealing dark eyes that were set nicely apart. Muscular neck into appropriately laid shoulders. Ample bone to his legs and well well-filled chest. His topline was firm and completed with a high-set tail carried well. He moved soundly, smooth and flowing, not quite the reach of the limit dog. RCC

2ND - Middletune Blazzin Saddles JW (Mrs S.l. & Mrs F Kerée-Bartolo & Yorke) – A pleasing head with a masculine outlook from dark, almost round eyes. I would like a little more muzzle, just nitpicking. Ears set just below his crown and plenty of coat covering, ample depth to his ribs, and a clean short loin. His hind legs were muscular and strong as he flowed around the ring, showing full pads.

3RD - Marhilway Driving Edge at Jacquinta JW (Ms J & Mrs M Sullivan & Diffey)

Veteran Dog Entries: 0 Absentees: 0

Best Veteran - Chaela Ralphish (Mr T Crossland) – A pleasing black with a correct head, dark eyes, well-placed nose, correct bite, appropriate shoulders into well-sprung ribs, coat in high-quality condition and texture, sturdy hind angulation, and correct tail set. His movement flowed with reach and drive, showing full pads. BV

1ST - Miracey Miss Holly Berry (Ms J M Beer) – At just 6months, she is a lovely shape, sturdy and friendly. Her head was typical, developing with enough width between eyes, with hair growing well in the correct places. Her muzzle had a nice length with a wide mouth. Her underjaw was wide and slightly undershot. All very positive at this stage. Her topline was firm enough without being overdone, ribs had sufficient spring for her age. To finish, her coat was in honest condition for her age.

2ND - Ethelsmead Matilda (Mrs J K Rutter) – A B/W girl who was slightly older, and her coat was in better order for her age. Appealing feminine head of pleasing proportions, well placed eyes, that were clear and friendly, correctly placed ears with sufficient coat, muscular neck, and firm topline with a short loin. Not as clean on the move today.

Puppy Bitch Entries: 5 Absentees: 3

1ST - Tameron Miss Ruby Orchid (Miss H L Howard) – this young lady was ready to move into stronger classes. She is full of femininity with a gentle, soft expression; her neck was nicely arched and flowed into her shoulders. She had plenty of bone throughout and round, well-padded feet covered in hair. She was sound on the move with plenty of reach, and her hind legs drove her round smoothly. The carriage of her head and tail was full of arrogance. She has a bright future ahead. BP

2ND - Mapimakastar Lady Sat Al (Mrs M Skawska) – This young lady was in good company and held her own today. She had balance and proportions, giving her a sturdy outline. She was broad between her eyes, which were dark and alert. Her wide jaw was slightly undershot with plenty of room for teeth. Her shoulders had sufficient layback, she had a good topline, her ribs were nicely sprung for her age, although she appeared to be slightly shorter loin. She moved out well with a smooth, flowing gait.

Junior Bitch Entries: 8 Absentees: 0

1ST - Keola Miss Glitz and Glamour (Mrs M Salt) – Very glamorous striking girl, in super coat condition. Possibly the topside of the height standard. Her feminine head had a soft expression as she looked back at you. Her chest was full, and her ribs had plenty of spring to them. Her ribs reached well back to her muscular loin. Her topline was strong and finished with her high-set tail. She moved at a steady pace, showing full pad. I liked her attitude.

2ND - Debeaux Then There Was You (Mr T Crossland) – This young lady was of similar age and more correct in size. She had a super deep black coat with suitable whiskers and beard. She had a feminine expression from the darkest of round eyes. Her muzzle was of good length, finished with a nose that had wide-open nostrils and a slight tilt up. Her general condition was very good, with a strong muscular neck and carefully arched into appropriately laid shoulders. She moved at a decent pace with good drive.

3RD - Rossvale's Got The Look (Mr & Mrs S Brown)

Yearling Bitch Entries: 5 Absentees: 2

1ST - Tameron Miss Smell of Chanel (Miss H L Howard) – this young lady was beautifully presented in full coat. I see she has a litter brother shown today. Her head was balanced with ears set just below her crown, and heavily coated; her eyes were dark and round, full of expression. She had a clearly defined stop and ample length to nose, which finished with wide open nostrils. Her chest was broad and full with ribs that reached well back. She had ample bone to round feet that were well-padded. She powered around the ring with drive, free and flowing. RCC

2ND - Ethelsmead Love Kennedy (Mrs J K Rutter) – Not much between ages in these girls. She had an appealing head with a wide jaw and correct bite, enough length of neck, slightly arched, ample ribbing with good depth. Her topline was not as firm on the move, and her reach and drive could be better.

3RD - Mapimakastar Jasmin Jol Ja (Mrs M Skawska)

She had plenty of bone although. On the move, she carried her head and tail well.

2ND - Pinyinz Sugar Hiccups (Mr B Pruden) – This young lady was slightly longer overall and not the same bone. Her head was a good shape with well-set ears and wide-apart eyes. She moved well in profile.

She was confident and arrogant with a hint of naughtiness. She had a classic head that was round and wide between her eyes, her muzzle was of good length and plenty of room for her straight teeth, her jaw was slightly undershot, and to finish, she had a black nose that tilted up slightly. Her neck was strong and set nicely into well-laid shoulders with legs of ample bone to feet that were round and firm, covered with hair. Her depth of chest was full, and her ribs well sprung. Her topline was firm. She moved around the ring with such confidence and attitude, keeping an excellent shape with reach and drive. Pleased to award her BCC and BoB

2ND - Chanikos Tangerine Dream of Shenleyvale JW (Mrs C Stevenson) – A larger girl and her coat felt a little fluffy today. Her head was a good shape, although could do with a little more length to her muzzle; she had an alert, soft expression. Her coat was not her fortune. She moved out with sufficient drive.

Today I didn’t feel she was quite on her “A Game”

To top it all off, she was in excellent coat with a high tail set. She moved with smooth, arrogant, free action. Strong competition for the best veteran
