1st: BEECHAM & SHARP, Affilato Jump With Style At Rydonmist

A ten month old male looking leggy at the moment but so much to like about him. His attractive head structure follows correct planes, with a distinct occiput and proper muzzle finish, large eyes and melting expression. His shoulders are well positioned, with appropriate spacing between the blades and correct angulation in both the front and rear. He has excellent free movement and has such confidence for his age. Pleased to award him Best Puppy and will follow him with interest.

2nd: PARTRIDGE Piacente Giovanotto

A very raw youngster of 6 months but how he should be for this age. Typical head with good planes, pleasing expression. Short neck with decent shoulders and chest depth developing well, square stance with strong loin and good width to croup. Very immature on the move but lively and enjoying his day.

1st: CULLING, Lucoru Punchinello

A well-built o/w youngster he has a pleasant head with correct skull, gentle eyes of good shape and large nose. Decent front, well laid shoulders, clean neck, moderate rear angulation. Coat needs development to finish the picture. Moved positively and covered the ground efficiently.

2nd: BLYTHE, Stowledge Soul Of Blymara

Built on a larger frame than my winner, brown roan that has good bone and substance. Pleasing eye and expression, lean skull, would prefer more finish to muzzle. He is just at that awkward teenage stage and not as well developed in hindquarters as my first place.

1st: SERJEANT Javal I Am Groot

A rangy, immature brown roan dog with a kind expression, proper eye shape, and well-set ears. He has good bone and a well made solid body but rather leggy. His coat could be harsher. Moved with energy and covered ground effectively.

A well-built and robust o/w dog, exhibiting substantial bone and overall substance. His head displays strong masculine features, with correctly divergent planes, a lean skull, and a clearly defined occiput. His neck is well muscled and short, his chest deep with a prominent sternum, and his hindquarters are notably muscular, with broad thighs contributing to his sound movement and drive.

I was drawn to the typical square outline of this dog and his correct height to length ratio. He has ample bone, super shoulders with a straight front and strong pasterns. He is well ribbed and has sturdy hindquarters with hocks well let down. Has a good coat and presented in muscular condition, I preferred the tail carriage of the winner when moving round the ring.

This class was outstanding, with my top three choices in tight competition.

I have judged this dog previously but nearly two years on he has improved further, he is mature, impressive, and at his peak. He has an excellent head, correct skull shape defined median line and typical spinone human expression. Super forehand, deep chest and correct topline. He is strong and muscular over croup and hocks are broad and strong. Shown in super coarse dense coat with proper furnishings on brows and beard. His movement is accurate and powerful and he has a great rapport with his handler, shown in pristine condition. My CC winner and BOB and delighted to see him take Gundog Group 3.
