Stands on compact, well-shaped feet with nice angulation fore and aft. Coat is of correct texture and well-presented. Moved out steadily with acceptable reach and drive for a young male still maturing. BPIB, was pleased to see him shortlisted in the puppy group.

15-month-old nicely balanced male who appeals for overall type and outline. Head is well-proportioned with a kind, dark eye and well-set small ears, contributing to a typical expression. Good bone and substance throughout, standing on excellent feet. Tail well set and carried correctly. Moved out steadily, maintaining a firm topline and easy stride. A nice dog who holds himself well on the move and makes a balanced picture.

15-month-old male with a clean outline and good type. Pleasing head with well-set ears giving a confident expression. Shows nice angles front and rear, with a strong neck and firm back. Tail is held tighter than I would like. Feet not as neat as the class winner. Moved out with ease and fluidity, showing good carriage. A sound dog with much to like.

2 ½ year old smaller dog than 1, but well-proportioned and balanced for size. Sweet expression enhanced by a dark eye and neat, correctly placed small ears. Carries good bone relative to his frame. Moved well around the ring, showing ease and rhythm. Unsettled when gone over today, which affected overall presentation.

16-month-old male who appealed for type and balance, presenting a pleasing outline with a strong neck, firm topline and correct tail carriage. Balanced head with good breadth to skull, lovely expression enhanced by a dark, well-set eye and correctly placed ears. Well-constructed with pleasing front and rear angulation, good depth through the body, and strong bone throughout. Stood straight in front on tidy feet and carries a dense, weatherproof coat of good texture. Moved out freely with smooth stride and good carriage, showing purpose and drive. A quality youngster with much promise.

2 ½ year old strongly made dog with good bone and substance, presenting a clean outline and workmanlike appearance. Head is masculine and proportionate, with a calm expression. Well-bodied with a solid topline and moderate angles front and rear. Moved with a steady, controlled gait, tracking true on the down and back and maintaining a composed carriage. Honest and unexaggerated, showing strength without coarseness.

Stands on a strong, straight front with pleasing bone for his size, supported by good feet. Well-angled fore and aft, with a firm topline and well-set tail carried in a waving plume. Moved with the best precision and fluidity in the class — true on the down and back, covering ground with ease and excellent carriage. A well-made and honest dog who shows his quality on the move. Pleased to award him the RDCC.

Good bone and substance throughout. Moved out well with a purposeful stride and handled to advantage. A sound, capable dog with a lot to offer who pushed hard for 1st.

7 year old, truly impressive male who exudes breed type and presence — a privilege to go over. Superb to handle, with strength and balance evident throughout. Masculine, well-proportioned head with correct eye and expression, supported by a strong neck into a firm, slightly sloping topline. Excellent bone and substance without coarseness. Stands on tight, well-arched feet and carries a well-set, flowing tail. Moved with outstanding fluidity and drive, covering the ground effortlessly while maintaining his outline. An exceptional dog in both structure and performance — a real showman. Pleased to award him DCC, BOB and BVIB. Nice to hear that he was shortlisted in the group and went on to win the Working Veteran Group.

8 year old mature male of pleasing type with a well-balanced, masculine head and gentle, typical expression. Coat is of good quality and presented in clean condition. Though showing signs of age with a slightly more measured pace, he still moved out well with control and purpose, maintaining a steady outline. A sound, honest dog who continues to hold his own in the ring.

Moved nicely with a light, fluid stride, holding her shape well on the move. Honest in construction and type, with natural ring presence. She was my Best Special Beginner in Breed and I was pleased to hear she went Special Beginner Group 3.
