Congratulations to the committee for holding a great Christmas show, the judges welcome area was greatly appreciated with hot drinks available all day and the Christmas decorations set up through all the halls gave a jolly atmosphere.

Thank you to the exhibitors that made an entry today and I would also like to thank my two capable stewards for keeping the procedures running smoothly and efficiently in the ring.

1. PARKINSON & DUNHILL-HALL – KAYDANMY FUEL TO THE FIRE

Red male not yet 2 years old but what a superb youngster he is, he fits the breed standard perfectly. I loved his head, dark eye, ear size and placement all giving the correct spitz expression. He has a strong muscular body for one so young, well balanced when standing and he moves with good strides covering the ground, in tune with his handler at all times. His coat is just starting to blow. I was pleased to give him BD and BOB.

Later in the day I watched him win AV Open Stakes under judge Mrs M Thompson, then onto the Best in Show ring with judge Mr T Moran he was placed Group 4, well deserved he looked outstanding. Well done to his owners.

1.WOLFE – TA DA OOH LA LA DES LEGENDES DE RETZ AVEC DREAMWOLVES (IMP FRA)

Although she stood alone she deserved this class win and also best bitch. A fawn with mask, she is a very feminine bitch with the correct spitz head with ear carriage, dark eye and expression. Lovely neck and shoulder placement, with a level back when moving and standing and has the correct tail and set. BB.
