MPD (4,0)

1. Olof’s Tarnock Bruce Almighty. 6 mth old red sable/white who I thought shows much promise. Only a baby but he has the best of temperaments and made the most of himself at all times. Dainty and so well balanced with moderate length of neck, excellent topline, good length to ribbing and tail set on high and of correct carriage. Attractive head with good skull, well defined stop, dark expressive eyes, ears of good size and set, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Sound all through and stands on correct feet and moved out well on the go around with confidence. Best Puppy Dog.

2. Orchard’s Genaro Vom Schwabenhof with Panspayon (imp Deu). 7 mth old black/white who has lots to like. He is out of a slightly larger mould than the winner and topline needs to settle. Excellent neck, pleasing rib development and high set tail of good carriage. Masculine headpiece with slightly rounded skull between his large ears which are correctly set, expressive eyes, finely pointed muzzle and correct dentition. When gaiting he covered the ground on the go around with excellent carriage but not quite as good coming towards as winner.

3. Anderson’s Pappretty Osole Mio

PD (3,0)

1. Headley’s Yeldaeh's Mr Fezzywig. Two 10 mth old litter brothers headed this class with this showy red sable coming out on top. He was good to go over and used himself at all times. Neck of moderate length, rib developing well for age, firm loin and high set tail of good carriage. Pleasing head with very good ears, expressive eyes and finely pointed muzzle of correct length to balance. He stands on correct feet and moved out with a lovely length of stride.

2. Headley’s Yeldaeh's Mr Tumble. Tricolour who is similar to his littermate in lots of ways. He presented a nicely balanced outline with correct length of neck, firm through the topline, ribbing carried well back and tail set on high which is of correct carriage. Attractive head of good proportions, slightly rounded skull between his excellent ears, dark rounded eyes, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. He has excellent feet and like his brother, covered the ground on the go around.

3. Quinn’s Bresar's L'essenziale (Imp Ita)

JD (5,0)

1. Mann, Mann & Morrell’s Braunswood Mask of Zorro by Melangel. 11 mth old red sable/white. Quality youngster who was a delight to go over and presented a super outline with slightly arched neck of correct length to balance, firm in topline, excellent ribbing, strong loin and well fringed tail set on high and of good carriage. He is dainty but there is no mistaking that he is male and he has a most attractive headpiece with correct skull, feathered ears of good size and correct placement, dark expressive eyes, well defined stop, finely pointed muzzle of correct length and scissor bite. Soundly built all through, he is accurate on the down and back and goes well when viewed in profile too and with excellent carriage. Quality coat and presentation. CC.

2. Stanbury’s Inixia Glamorous Guy. This 16 mth old black/white was another who appealed and he pushed the winner all the way. He presented a lovely outline and has a super neck, firm level back, pleasing rib and loin and high set well fringed tail which is correctly carried. Balanced headpiece with very nice expression; slightly rounded skull between large correctly placed ears, dark rounded eyes, good stop, finely pointed muzzle and correct dentition. He has good angulation both ends and stands well in front on correct feet. Like the winner, he opened up well on the go around and has excellent carriage, is true when going away and although more than ok coming towards, 1 just had the edge. Very good coat.

3. Olof’s Tarnock Love In Paris

YD (2,0)

1. Olof’s Ch Tarnock Wiggle Giggle JW. 22 mth old black/white who very much appealed and he showed himself off to the max. He presented a very nice outline with an excellent neck, level topline, well sprung ribs, firm loin and well fringed tail which pleased for both set and carriage. Quality head with excellent skull, well defined stop, large ears of correct set, rounded dark eyes, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation both front and rear and he stands straight in front on correct hare-like feet. He impressed on the go around and his carries himself so well, straight behind but with a tad more width. Very good coat and presentation.

2. Thompson, Austin & Stanbury’s Elendil San Miguel. 23 mth old black/white. Another showy lad who makes the most of his time in the ring and he is well constructed all through. Neck of moderate length, firm level topline, excellent ribbing and tail set on high but carriage not quite as good as that of winner. Rounder skull between large well feathered ears of correct set, dark rounded eyes and scissor bite but not quite refinement through the muzzle of 1. Correct angles front and rear, elbows held close to the chest, straight forelegs and very good feet. On the move, he is true when coming and going and opened up well on the go around.

1. Quinn’s Amber Beauty Xany (Imp Pol). 2 yr old black/white who wasn’t entirely settled and not using his tail for much of the time. Pleasing neck, firm in topline but he has a little more length to body than the ideal and well sprung ribs. Attractive head and expression with correct skull, well defined stop, super well feathered ears which are of good size and correctly placed, finely pointed muzzle and good dentition. He stands on good feet and when gaiting, he is true behind but would like to see some more extension in front. Profuse coat.

PGD (2,0)

1. Matthews’ Baillion Be Unique. 2 yr old tricolour with so much to like and a comfortable winner in this class for me. Of sound construction, he pleased in outline with slightly arched neck of correct length to balance, level topline, correct ribbing, firm loin and tail set on high with acceptable carriage. Attractive head of good proportions; excellent skull, large ears of correct set, nice dark eyes, good stop, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Good angulation front and rear and he stands on very good feet. Gaiting freely and with good extension and using himself as he goes. Excellent coat.

2. Morris’ Inixia Finest Hour with Rafmor. 20 mth old red sable/white who is out of a smaller mould than the winner and quite different. He has enough neck, firm through the topline, ribbing carried well back and tail set on high and of good carriage. Head and expression couldn’t quite match that of winner and I would like to see more refinement to muzzle but he has rounded eyes of good colour, lovely dark pigmentation and excellent dentition. He has correct hare-feet and on the move he goes pretty well when viewed in profile and is very good when going away.

LD (4,0)

1. Carter’s Graycaz On A Mission JW. 23 mth old tricolour. Showy lad who was good to go over given his correct construction. He has a super neck, firm level back, well sprung ribs, strong loin and well fringed tail set on high and pretty good for carriage. Pleasing head and expression with slightly rounded skull between his large, well feathered ears which are correctly placed, rounded dark eyes, well defined stop, finely pointed muzzle of correct length to balance and scissor bite. He stands on good feet and moved soundly all through and had the best profile action in the class. Very good coat.

2. Turner’s Feyetas Love Me Tender. 3 yr old red sable/white. Balanced boy with moderate length of neck, level topline, pleasing rib, firm loin and tail set on high and of correct carriage. Attractive head with good skull, large well-feathered ears, distinct stop, expressive eyes, muzzle of correct length to balance and scissor bite. He has pleasing angles front and rear but could stand tidier in front. On the move, he pleased on the go around and is excellent when viewed from behind. Good coat.

3. Marsden & Mason’s Finity Truly Unique

OD (8,1)

1. Whitehill’s Northlyte Buffalo Bill. Interesting class which saw this 2 yr old tricolour come out on top. He is dainty and was so good to go over. Excellent neck which is slightly arched, firm through the topline, ribbing carried well back, strong loin and well fringed tail set on high and of good carriage. Most attractive head with slightly rounded skull between his excellent ears which are well feathered, well defined stop, expressive eyes of good colour, finely pointed muzzle, super pigmentation and scissor bite. He stands well naturally and has correct hare-feet. When gaiting, he is true when coming and going and moves out well when viewed in profile and using himself as he goes. Excellent coat. RCC.

2. Stanbury’s Ch Elendil Knights Templar at Inixia. 23 mth old black/white who also pleased but a different type to the winner and out of a larger mould. He presented a nicely balanced outline with a super neck, level topline, well sprung ribs, strong loin and high set tail of good carriage which is well fringed. Pleasing head and expression but not quite as refined overall as that of winner; excellent ears for size and set, rounded eyes of good colour, muzzle of correct length to balance and scissor bite. Soundly constructed all through and standing on correct feet. On the go around, he covers the ground and carries himself well. Good coat and presentation.

3. Stanbury’s Elendil Crusader

SBD/B (2,0)

1. Matthews’ Baillion Be Unique. Best Special Beginners and Special Beginner Group 2.

2. Last’s Lastayla Hocus Pocus. 21 mth old red sable/white bitch. Petite girl who has plenty to like. She has a correct length of neck to balance, pleasing rib, topline not quite perfect, firm loin and tail set on high and carried well enough. Feminine head with well feathered ears of correct set, well defined stop, expressive eyes of good colour, finely pointed muzzle of correct length and scissor bite. On the move, she is accurate when going away and went pretty well when viewed in profile but could not match the overall action and carriage of the winner.

VB (1,0)

1. Olof’s Tarnock Devore. 10 yr old tricolour who was shown in excellent condition. Neck of moderate length, pleasing rib but topline not quite bang on, well fringed tail good for both set and carriage. Balanced headpiece with feminine expression; well feathered ears of good size and placement on the skull, distinct stop, rounded eyes of good colour, finely pointed muzzle and pleasing mouth. She stands true in front but when gaiting is a tad wider than preferred, nice firm rear and pretty good on the go around. Best Veteran.

MPB (2,0)

1. Whitehill’s Northlyte Under Boardwalk. Two very nice but quite different puppies challenged in this class with this black/white coming out on top. Approaching 8 mths, she shows much promise and presented a lovely outline. Slightly arched neck of correct length to balance, firm in topline, ribbing developing well for age and high set tail of good carriage. Super head with excellent skull, well feathered ears of correct set, well defined stop, dark expressive eyes, finely pointed muzzle of correct length and scissor bite. She is well made all through and stands on good feet. On the down and back she is accurate and she also pleased on the go around and uses herself as she goes. Best Puppy.

2. Lee-Slater’s Graycaz Looby Loo. 6 mth old tricolour who is soundly constructed all through. A ‘scopier’ girl than the winner and another good prospect but she will need a little more time. She has a super neck which is slightly arched, level topline, ribbing extends well back, firm loin and tail good for both set and carriage. Nicely proportioned head with slightly rounded skull between her excellent ears, nice dark eyes and finely pointed muzzled but overall preferred expression of 1. She has good angles front and rear, elbows close to the body and stands nice and straight in front on correct feet. Moving freely all through and carries herself so well. Excellent temperament.

JB (3,0)

1. Stanbury’s Inixia Something Special. A rather varied class. This 16 mth old black/white was my winner, scoring in overall construction. She presented a nicely balanced outline with moderate length of neck which is slightly arched, firm level back, correct ribbing and tail set on high and of pleasing carriage. Well feathered ears of good size and set, dark rounded eyes, scissor bite and good pigmentation but would like a little more length and refinement to muzzle. She has good angulation front and rear, stands true in front and has good feet. Gaiting freely on the down and back and covers the ground when viewed in profile.

2. Headley’s Yeldaeh's Miss Havisham. 12 mth old tricolour who also pleased in outline with a correct length of neck to give balance, level topline, ribbing carried well back, firm loin and well fringed tail set on high and of good carriage. Most attractive head and expression with slightly rounded skull between her large, well set ears, well defined stop, dark rounded eyes, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Moving out on the go around but front action not quite that of winner and she is somewhat closer when going away. Good quality coat.

3. Olof’s Tarnock Rosaline

1. Last’s Lastayla Hocus Pocus

NB (1,0)

1. Ockenden’s Jaynepaps Alula Australis at Nobane. 19 mth old red sable/white who would benefit from some more socialisation. She has a good length of neck, is firm in topline but a little longer cast and her tail is set on well and of good carriage. Well feathered ears of good size and set, rounded eyes of good colour but a little larger than preferred, scissor bite and would like to see more definition to stop. She has pleasing angulation both front and rear and stands true in front on correct hare-feet. On the move, she covers the ground on the go around, is accurate when going away and ok coming towards.

PGB (1,0)

1. Turner’s Feyetas Jellybean. 2 yr old red/sable white who is firm in topline and her tail pleased for both set and carried but would like to see a touch more length of neck. Well feathered ears, correct skull, pleasing eyes, well defined stop and finely pointed muzzle. She has correct feet but stands a little untidy in front. Somewhat lethargic on the move but she went ok on the go around and is nice and firm when going away.

LB (3,1)

1. Anderson’s Melangel Rosies Dream for Pappretty. 13 mth old black/white who presented a nicely balanced outline with slightly arched neck of moderate length, level topline, pretty good ribbing and tail good both set and carriage. Feminine headpiece with pleasing skull, ears of good size and set, rounded eyes of good colour, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Standing on correct feet for the breed and when gaiting, she moved out pretty well on the go around, was accurate when viewed from behind and ok coming towards. Good coat.

2. Thompson & Austin’s Ablazzor Ebony And Ivory at Jhanakia. 2 yr old black/white. Neck of moderate length, firm in topline and tail set on high and of good carriage but overall outline not that of winner. Well feathered ears which are of good size and set on well, eyes of good colour, not quite definition to stop of 1 but she has a finely pointed muzzle and correct dentition. Moving ok on the go around but closer behind. Quite heavy ticking to white.

OB (6,2)

1. Ryan, Roosens & Goessens’ Multi Ch/Ch Uppercut Daydream Believers with Feorlig (Imp Bel) WW24 JW. This 3 yr old tricolour is right out of the top drawer, dainty and feminine throughout and an absolute please to go over given her correct construction. Showing herself off at all times, she presents a super outline with medium length of neck which is slightly arched, correct length to back with level topline, excellent ribbing, firm loin and well fringed tail set on high and of correct carriage. Beautiful head and expression with slightly rounded skull between her well feathered large ears of correct set, dark rounded eyes, well defined stop, finely pointed muzzle of correct length to balance and scissor bite. Soundly built both front and rear and standing nice and straight in front on correct hare-feet. On the move, she is a total joy to watch, with her light, free action and excellent self carriage. Quality coat and presentation and so very well handled. CC & BOB. Delighted to see she later went on to win the Group.

2. Robb’s Ch/Am Ch Gleniren Oops I Did It Again Sunshoo. Red sable/white approaching 3 yrs. This girl is another full of quality and one I have done very well before but she is quite different to the winner. She also presented a well balanced outline and is feminine all through. Slightly arched neck of moderate length, firm level topline, well sprung ribs and tail well fringed, set on high and of excellent carriage. Super head and expression with correct skull, well defined stop, large well feathered ears of correct set, rounded eyes of good colour and placed rather low in skull, finely pointed muzzle and scissor bite. Good angulation front and rear and standing straight in front, albeit a tad wider, and with correct feet. Another who cannot be overlooked on the go around, covering the ground and using herself fully as she goes. Super coat. RCC.
