PD (1,0)

1. Read’s Littlebriton All of My Heart. Blue with white trim, approaching 12 mths, who unfortunately wasn’t at all settled on the day. He pleased for outline with nicely arched neck of good length, ribbing carried well back, pretty good topline from what I could tell and tail set on low. Good length to skull, slight stop, bright expressive eyes and roofed ears when alert. Pleasing angulation front and rear and he stands on correct hare feet. Moving freely on the down and back and went well on the go around too with lift.

JD (2,0)

1. Lister’s Florita Turbolento. Fawn with white trim just coming up to his first birthday. Soundly constructed youngster who I have met previously and today he still appealed. He pleased in outline with good length of neck which is gracefully arched, ribbing carried well back, brisket reaches the elbow, arch over the loin, correct underline and tail set on low and of correct carriage. Pleasing head and expression with good proportions and planes, excellent eye and ear, fine muzzle and scissor bite. He stands straight in front on excellent feet and hocks are well let down. Gaiting freely on the down and back and went so well when viewed in profile too. RCC & Best Puppy.

2. Read’s Littlebriton All of My Heart

1. Thompson’s Bytheiad's Brave Lionheart. 19 mth old blue who gives the impression of being rather high on the leg. Neck of good length, correct topline with slight arch over the loin and tail set on nice and low but brisket some way off elbows. Pleasing head with length to skull, excellent ears, rather large eyes, muzzle of good length to balance and scissor bite. He stands on very good feet but would like to see some fill in front. When gaiting he was true when going away but would have liked to see some lift on the go around.

PGD (3,2)

1. Weston’s Crystaldrift Neo Lythix. 20 mth old blue who was enjoying his time in the ring and on the floor showed himself off fully. Nicely arched neck of good length, deep chest which reaches the elbows, ribbing carried well back, arch over the loin, correct croup and tail set and carried low. Pleasing length to head, fine rose-shaped ears, expressive eyes, slight stop and correct dentition. He stands nice and straight in front on very good feet but I would like to see some fill. When gaiting he has lift in front but could use more drive from the rear.

LD (5,1)

1. Mack’s Alura Prince to Minitopo (Imp Usa) JW. 22 mth old black with white trim. Soundly constructed lad who was good hands on. He pleased in outline with nicely arched neck of good length, deep chest which reaches the elbows, correct topline with arch over the loin, good croup and tail set on low and of correct carriage. Pleasing head and expression with length to skull and muzzle, bright eyes, excellent ears and good dentition. He stands true in front on good feet and has pleasing fill and has a firm rear with a good bend of stifle. Pleasing gait with lift in front.

2. Amsel & Hayden-Smith’s Artmeis Wild Card of Regallust (imp). Approaching two years, this was another who pleased in outline with long gracefully arched neck, good length to ribcage, deep in brisket, slight arch over the loin, pleasing croup and tail set on low. Quality head and expression; excellent skull, slight stop, soft bright eyes, correct rose-shaped ears, long fine muzzle and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation front and rear and he stands nice and straight in front on correct hare feet and has good fill. Would like to see some lift in front and preferred overall action of winner.

3. Walton’s Valentini Edoardo

OD (5,1)

1. Chau & Steele’s Ch/Am Gch Jaros Ferazi Et Tu Brute at Sfizimio (Imp Usa). Four quality males challenged in this class but all quite different and therefore gave me lots to consider. The eventual winner was this black with white trim lad who is coming up to 4 yrs. He pleased for outline with neck of good length which has a definite crest, very good rib and depth to brisket, correct topline with slight arch over the loin leading to correct croup and tail set and carried low. Pleasing headpiece with good length to skull, excellent roofed ears when alert, slight stop, bright expressive eyes and correct dentition. He has good angles front and rear, stands true in front on excellent feet and has fill. Gaiting freely on the down and back and pleased on the go around with lift in front. CC.

2. Amsel & Hayden-Smith’s Ch Artmeis Aces High of Regallust (imp). 23 mth old fawn with white trim who I thought an excellent type and he presented such a good outline. Long, nicely arched neck, ribbing carried well back, deep brisket, arch over the loin, correct underline and tail set on low. Super headed boy with good length to skull, slight stop, the best of eyes and ears, fine muzzle of good length, correct underjaw and dentition and for me, the best expression in the class. I liked his angulation both ends and he stood well in front on very good feet and with fill to chest. Moving freely but would liked more lift in front.

3. Thorne’s Ch Boccalupo Lucky Luciano (Imp Can)

VD (1,0)

1. Thompson’s Blue Lagoon of Bytheiad. 7 yr old blue who pleased for size and outline. Slightly arched neck of good length, pleasing topline, brisket could be deeper, arch over the loin, correct croup and tail set on low as desired. Nicely proportioned head with good length to skull, slight stop, excellent ears, bright eyes of good size, fine muzzle of good length and scissor bite. Standing pretty well in front on correct hare feet and firm hindquarters with hocks well let down. Moves out with pleasing carriage, true when going away and with some lift in front. Best Veteran and I see he later took Veteran Group 3.

PB (5,1)

1. Bradley’s Rilloby Line of Duty at Emmzar. I particularly liked the first two in this class. This 11 mth old blue/white came out on top. Feminine throughout, she pleased in outline with a nice length of neck, good length to ribcage although still to fully drop in chest, slight arch over the loin, good tuck-up and tail set on low and of correct carriage. Well proportioned head with good skull, slight stop, super ears, expressive eyes of good size and scissor bite. She stands well naturally in front on hare feet and is firm behind with a good turn of stifle. Went well when viewed in profile with lift in front. Best Puppy Bitch.

2. Lister’s Florita Tesoruccio. Fawn just shy of 12 mths who appealed for overall type and she was another who scored in outline. Gracefully arched neck of good length, correct topline, excellent ribbing, slight arch over the loin, good croup and tail set on nice and low. Quality headpiece, full of femininity, expressive eyes, rose-shaped ears, fine muzzle of good length and correct dentition. She stands true in front on excellent feet and has pleasing fill. Would have liked a little more lift on the go around.

3. Bojarova’s Eleganza D’oro Prima

JB (2,1)

1. Henshall’s Gemolli A Million Dreams. 17 mth old fawn who is feminine all through and presented a lovely outline. Slightly arched neck of good length to balance, ribbing carried well back, brisket still to fully drop, correct arch over the loin leading to good croup and tail set on low. Attractive, well-proportioned head with roofed ears when alert, eyes of good size, slight stop and correct dentition. She has pleasing angles front and rear and stands on excellent feet. On the go around, she moved out well with lift in front but would like tad more width behind.

1. Henshall’s Gemolli A Million Dreams

2. Guyton’s Black Baraka Ultra Violet avec Ansanda (Imp Fra). 22 mth old blue who wasn’t entirely settled on the day but she did enough here to garner this placement. Balanced outline with long neck which is gracefully arched, ribbed back but brisket doesn’t quite reach the elbows, correct arch over the loin, good length to croup and tail pleased for both set and carriage. Feminine headpiece with good length to skull, slight stop, excellent ears, fine muzzle of good length and scissor bite. Nice straight forelegs and she stands on correct hare feet. Moving freely when coming towards but a little wider when going away.

3. Read’s Littlebriton Galway Girl

PGB (3,1)

1. Fryett’s Kensesqui Jive to Silhouettig. 2 yr old fawn/white who won this class with some room to spare. Good length of neck, pleasing topline with arch over the loin, brisket could have more depth, good croup and tail set on low and of correct carriage. Balanced headpiece with femininity, super ears, pleasing eye, slight stop and correct scissor bite. She stands true in front on excellent feet and also pleased for fill. Moving nice and straight when coming and going and she has lift in front too.

2. Drake’s Porsche The Blue. Blue approaching 2 yrs. She has a good length of neck and pretty good topline but I would like to see more depth to chest and as such she appears very high on leg. Feminine head with good length to skull, rose-shaped ears, expressive eyes and long, fine muzzle. Standing straight in front on correct feet but lacking fill. On the go around, she displays some lift but not overall action of winner.

LB (6,1)

1. Mellis’ Miwell Mary Quant by Lamoye JW. This was a rather varied class which saw this 3 yr old red come out on top. One I have met before and she has so much to like. Lovely length of neck which is gracefully arched, ribbing carried well back, pretty good depth to brisket, slight arch over the loin and tail set and carried nice and low. Feminine headpiece with flat skull of good length, slight stop, excellent ears, bright expressive eyes of good size, fine muzzle of correct length to balance and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation both front and rear and she stands true in front and has correct hare feet. Gaiting freely when coming and going and pleased on the go around too with lift in front. Well handled.

2. Thompson’s Ophis I Got Rhythm at Bytheiad (Imp Ita). 2 yr old fawn who presented a pleasing outline. Long neck, correct topline, good depth to brisket, tad more length to loin, good croup and tail set on low and correctly carried. Well proportioned head with feminine expression; very good ears, rather large eyes, slight stop and correct bite. Standing well naturally in front and with correct hare feet. She went pretty well when viewed in profile but overall preferred action and carriage of winner.

3. Davis & Mack’s Marchwind Nefertari at Jemalsheva (Imp Usa) JW

OB (7,0)

1. Amsel & Rishworth-Cutler’s Ch Artmeis Three Card Trick. There were some quality bitches present in this class and I ended up with two 3 yr old fawn/white litter sisters for first and second. This girl was my winner and she very much appealed, is feminine throughout and so good hands on. She presented a super outline with gracefully arched neck of good length to give balance, excellent ribbing, good depth to chest, slight arch over her muscular loin, good length to croup and tail set on low and of correct carriage. Most attractive head with long, narrow skull, perfectly roofed ears, bright expressive eyes, fine muzzle of good length and scissor bite. Soundly built both front and rear and she stands straight in front with fill and she has excellent feet. Moving freely with drive from the rear and so very well handled. CC & BOB. Pleased to see she later made the group shortlist.

2. Amsel & Rishworth-Cutler’s Ch Artmeis Raise The Stakes. Many of the same comments apply to this girl as they are so very similar. Totally balanced in outline with long, arched neck, correct topline, pretty good brisket but 1 was better, good length to ribcage, arch over the loin, good croup and low set tail which she carries just right. Quality head and expression with good length to skull and muzzle, slight stop, first class eye and ear, good underjaw and scissor bite. She too stands true in front and has correct hare feet. Moves out on the go around and with particularly good rear action. RCC.

3. Lister’s Ch Revillo Campanella
