1. Horn’s Mochras Marionette. 5 yr old bitch who was pleasing to go over. Muscular neck of correct length to balance, pretty good in topline, good depth to brisket, firm loin and tail set on high and of good carriage. Feminine headpiece with good skull, super expressive eyes, ears of correct set and scissor bite. Pleasing angles front and rear and she stands on good feet. When gaiting she is so good coming towards and moved out well on the go around. Harsh coat but a little sparse right now. Best Special Beginners.
2. Hayes & Hook’s Rangali Dennis The Menace. 2 yr old dog who is well boned. Muscular neck, well rounded ribcage, topline not perfect but nothing untoward, strong loin and tail pleased for set and carriage. Masculine head and expression with moderately domed skull, good eye and ear, well developed underjaw and correct dentition. Standing well naturally with prominent forechest. Excellent hind action, a tad more width in front and profile action could not quite match that of winner. Super coat.

1. Thornton & Leech’s Ch Mochras Mahcushla Ir J Ch. 7 yr old bitch who I thought something special. Excelling for type she was a delight to go over. She presented such a good outline with correct length of neck, firm through the topline, excelling ribbing which is carried well back, muscular loin and tail just right for set and carriage. Loved her head and expression; correct skull, super eye and ear, moderate stop, roman nose and scissor bite. Soundly constructed all through, stands on nice tight feet and she was a joy to watch gaiting and she has excellent carriage. Harsh, dense coat. Best Bitch, BOB and Best Veteran and pleased to see she then went on to take Veteran Group 4.
2. Allenby’s Ch Rangali Tigger. This 9 yr old dog was another who appealed. He too scored for type and has such good bone. Well balanced outline with muscular neck, firm level back, ribbing extends well back, deep in brisket, firm loin and tail set on high and of correct carriage. Quality head with super expression; moderately domed skull, good eyes for shape and colour, ears set on level with the eye and scissor bite. He stands on good feet and is correct in forechest. On the move, he has a good length of stride on the go around and although more than ok when coming and going, winner did have the edge. Excellent coat. Best Dog.
3. Leech’s Ch/Ir Ch Gavelkind Conquistador by Jamchala VW

1. Leech’s Mochras Mahlord Rupert. This 8 mth old pup very much appealed and I thought him most promising. He presented a lovely outline with correct length of neck to balance, excellent topline, ribbing developing well and of good length, muscular loin and tail set on high and of correct carriage. Most attractive head and expression; good skull, moderate stop, very nice eye and ear and correct dentition. He needs to broaden in chest but he has plenty of time on his side. Good angulation front and rear and really did impress with his profile action and carriage. Super coat texture. Reserve Best Dog & Best Puppy. Pleased to hear he later made the shortlist in the Puppy Group.
2. Thornton’s Mochras Harald. 7 mth old who wasn’t entirely relaxed and is really very different to the winner but he’s another who shows promise. He pleased for balance and outline with correct neck, nice and firm through the topline, ribbing extends well back and tail of correct set and carriage. Balanced headpiece with moderately domed skull, super eye and ear, roman nose, scissor bite and excellent pigmentation. Correct angles both front and rear and he stands true in front. Although not able to fully assess, he looked to move well fore and aft and when he did settle on the go around he has an excellent stride.

1. Leech’s Mochras Mahlord Rupert
2. Thornton’s Mochras Marmion. 14 mth old who pleased for overall type, carries good bone and presented a nicely balanced outline. Muscular neck, firm level topline, correct ribbing, good depth to chest, strong loin and tail set on high and carried like a sickle. Very nice head with good skull, dark expressive eyes, ears of correct set, scissor bite and very good pigmentation. He stands on good feet but has a little more crook than preferred, however he moves well on the down and back. On the go around he couldn’t match the profile action and carriage of winner. Excellent coat.

1. Carter’s Gouvier Espresso Martini JW. 3 yr old dog who is solid all through and carries good bone. He appealed for type and was good hands on. Muscular neck which is rather short as desired, firm level back, deep brisket, well rounded ribcage which is of good length, well-muscled loin and tail pleased for both set and carriage. Nicely proportioned head with expressive eyes, ears of correct set, roman nose and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation both ends and he is prominent in forechest. Goes well when coming and going and had the best profile action in the class. Excellent texture to coat.
2. Jones’ Laserna's Greatest Show Man JW. This 3 yr old also has plenty to like but he couldn’t be more different to the winner having more length of leg. Pleasing neck, firm through the topline, ribbing carried well back, strong loin and tail set on high and carried like a sickle. Attractive head and expression with moderately domed skull, very good eye and ear, roman nose and correct dentition. When gaiting he pleased on the go around and carries himself well but winner just went that bit better. Harsh, dense coat.
3. Hayes & Hook’s Rangali Yum Nut

1. Allenby’s Rangali Heihei. 13 mth old with muscular neck of correct length, pretty good in topline, ribbing extends well back and tail set on high which she carried ok. Feminine headpiece with correct skull, moderate stop, eyes of correct shape but could be a shade darker to enhance expression, ears set on level with the eye, roman nose and scissor bite. She stands on nice tight feet and moved out so well when viewed in profile and she has excellent self carriage. Coat of good texture and she was well handled here.

Muscular neck of correct length to give balance, level topline, good depth to chest, well rounded ribs, firm loin and tail set on well and of good carriage. Feminine head and expression with correct skull, eyes good for shape and colour, ears of correct set, slightly arched muzzle and scissor bite. Prominent forechest and stands on nice tight feet. 1. Allenby’s Ch Rangali Pixie JW. Three good bitches competed in this class but they are all so different. This 2 yr old came out on top and she very much appealed, excelling in type and so good hands on. Balanced in outline with muscular neck of correct length, firm level back, excellent ribbing, strength to the loin and tail set on high with characteristic carriage. Most attractive head with correct skull, moderate stop, expressive eyes of good colour, ears of correct set, roman nose and scissor bite. Muscular neck, excellent topline, good depth to brisket, pleasing rib, strong loin and tail correct for both set and carriage. Appealing head and expression with moderately domed skull, good eye and ear, slightly arched muzzle and scissor bite. Good angulation front and rear and prominent sternum.
