This is a truly charming breed and I was very impressed with the overall quality in this entry. I was looking for a square, compact dog with the head type and movement that is so typical of this breed. I was also pleased with the excellent pigmentation found in most exhibits. Temperaments were also delightful

1. Enjanicka Toscana Ti Adoro (Mrs B R Hopkins); Excellent head with a lovely expression, strong pigment, good length of muzzle. Loved her square, compact outline. Coat a little sparse but excellent texture. Moved well, showing no sign of her age. Delightful temperament. RES BEST BITCH & BEST VETERAN

2. Donocielo Seraphina (Mr D A & Mrs C M Mulligan); Another quality bitch showing no sign of her age. Muzzle a little longer than 1. Compact and sturdy, moved well, holding shape. Good coat colour and texture.

1. Donocielo Mattia (Mr D A & Mrs C M Mulligan); Well proportioned head with a lovely, typey expression. Excellent eye of correct shape and size. Strongly pigmented, excellent skull shape. Very pleasing outline, with excellent bone and substance. Cobby and square. In excellent coat condition with good texture. Moved well. Good temperament. RES BEST DOG

2. Phendelle Pharaoh Othello (Mrs D & Miss Evie Mee & Hare); Lovely head and expression. Pigment could be stronger. Excellent square outline. Good bone. In good coat. Positive mover and lovely temperament.

1. Donocielo Michelangelo (Mr D A & Mrs C M Mulligan); Excellent lovely typical head and expression. Super pigmentation. Correct head proportions & good flat skull. Good mouth. Compact body with good bone. Square and sturdy, but still elegant. Excellent coat texture and coat condition. Good tail set and carriage. Positive mover. Would prefer a little more neck, but does not take away from the overall picture. Super temperament. BEST DOG & BEST OF BREED

2. Lyckalotte Enzo Ferrari at Arkadian (Mr M & Mrs D Whateley); Lovely head, with good eye, skull, strong pigmentation and good mouth. Outline is a little long. Typical mover. Good bone and substance. Excellent coat texture.

1. Donocielo Maddalana (Mr D A & Mrs C M Mulligan); Well-proportioned head with good eye, strong pigmentation, good mouth. Good compact outline, with good bone but needs a tad more substance. Well angulated, excellent top-line and tail set. Positive, even, steady mover. Excellent coat texture.

2. Enjanicka Dance Away (Mrs J Towers); Pretty headed with a good eye, good pigment, good length of muzzle. Typical outline, with correct proportions. Feeling the heat today and was a little lazy on the move. Excellent coat condition.

1. Lyckalotte Elegante Athena (Mrs B R Hopkins); Well-proportioned head, good eye, excellent pigmentation, good coat texture. Well-proportioned for size, but up to size and would prefer more refinement all over. Excellent bone and substance. A little lazy on the move today. Lovely temperament.

2. Belstown Beloved Amee at Arkadian (Mr M & Mrs D Whateley); Well-proportioned head, good eye & strong pigmentation. Outline is a little long and would prefer a little more neck. The sweetest nature and loved her temperament. Positive mover when she got going.

Open Bitch (1/0)

1. Enjanicka Evening Emerald (Mrs J Towers); Well proportioned head. Pigmentation could be darker but is complete and unbroken, and this does not distract from the overall look, which is very typical and correct. Super body shape and proportions, sturdy, square, compact, with excellent top-line and tail-set. Moves well, holding a typical shape at all times. Excellent coat condition. BEST BITCH & BOS
