SOUTH EAST LHASA APSO SOCIETY OPEN SHOW 13th July 2025 I would like to thank the Officers & Committee for the kind Invitation to Judge this Show which had a very friendly and laid-back feel to it. I was very pleased with my entry with plenty of quality exhibits throughout the classes in both sexes. Thanks must also go to my efficient Stewards on the day Donna, Kris & Latha. DOGS Baby Puppy (3:0) 1st SKYLAX POWER OF LOVE (Adam-Slomowski) 1st. 5-month-old brindle girl who even at this young age has a ring presence and connection with her handler. She is balanced with a feminine head, dark oval eye & reverse scissor bite. Her body is firm for her age with a good length of ribcage, level back and high set tail. She moved soundly with a free easy action. A very promising puppy. BBPIS. 2nd DEELAYNE SPELLBINDER (Holland) Almost 6-month-old dark gold male who is more mature in size and coat. His head has good muzzle to skull proportions, a dark eye and wide jaw. He is balanced with a firm body which is well ribbed back with a level topline and good tail set. His movement was sound. 3rd VONSTRY SHADES OF LOVE (Harris) MPD. (1:0) 1st CONOR DREAMED A DREAM TAF (Bahuta) 7-month-old gold with a moderately narrow skull with a dark eye, good length of muzzle & wide reverse scissor bite. He has a lovely arched neck but his topline needs to settle. His movement his free & sound particularly moving away. PD (5:1) 1st KHUMBILA CENTRE STAGE (Revillas Rodriguez) A very promising gold/brindle of a lovely size & shape which he keeps on the move. He has good head proportions with width between dark oval eyes, black nose & reverse scissor bite. His arched neck flows into well laid shoulders, a level topline, a good length of ribcage and good rear angulation which results in his sound free flowing movement. Pleased to award him BPIS. 2nd CHEOLVIEW WALLACE (Ritchie) A promising dark G&W of a good size & shape. His head is moderately narrow with a dark oval eye and reverse scissor bite. He has a nicely arched neck with a level back & high set tail with a good to length to his ribcage & muscular hindquarters. His movement is sound & free especially in profile. 3rd ALAMIKS NO STRANGE DELIGHT FOR TSUKI (Downes) JD. (4:0) 1st KHUMBILA CAUSING CHAOS (Revillas Rodriguez) Litter brother to my PD winner this 10-month-old dark brindle is of a nice size & shape in a well-presented long coat. He is balanced with a moderately narrow skull, dark oval eyes, good length of muzzle & reverse scissor bite. He has a good length of ribcage with a level topline, high set tail and well angulated hindquarters. His movement is free with a strong rear action. Should give his brother some competition moving forward. 2nd MARBLEDALE IMAGINE THIS AT FRENCHLANDS (Schuckardt) A 12-month-old B&W who pushed the winner hard in this class. He is balanced & sturdy with a level topline & firm loin. He has a masculine head of good proportions with a dark eye, black nose and wide reverse scissor bite giving the desired resolute expression. His movement was sound & free. 3rd MYTILINE HOT SHOT (Gillman) YD. (1:0) 1stSRB/ROM CH. FRANK DREAMED A DREAM AT SKYLAX JW (Imp Pol) (Adam-Slomowski) Gold dog with a balanced outline with good head furnishings and well presented coat. His skull is moderately narrow with a good length of muzzle, dark oval eyes and black nose. He is well bodied with a good length of rib & high tail set. His movement is sound & free. ND. (2:1) 1st Cheolview Wallace GD. (3:1) 1st MYTILENE HOT SHOT (Gillman) 11-month-old B&W of a good balance & shape in a well-presented coat. He has good head proportions & masculine expression, dark eye & black nose. He has a nicely arched neck & level topline with a firm body. His movement is free & sound. 3rd in a strong JD Class. 2nd Cheolview Wallace. PGD. (5:1) 1st MONTRABELLA PRINCE VON TSUKI.(Downes) 5-year-old gold sable who is a nice size & balanced. He has a resolute expression with a dark eye & good length of muzzle. He has a strong neck, level topline, well ribbed back & firm loin, straight forelegs well-muscled HQs. He has good head furnishings and long well-presented coat. 2nd VONSTRY WHAT A STUNNER (Harris) A sturdy well balanced black/grey of a nice size. He has good head proportions giving a resolute expression. He has a strong neck, level topline, firm loin & muscular HQs. His movement is free & sound. 3rd CARRIBAE THEODORE (Carrick) LD. (7:2) 1st SKYLAX DARE TO BELIEVE JW (Ward) 3-year-old impressive looking male. He is a lovely shape & size with good head furnishings. His head is moderately narrow with dark oval eyes, good length of muzzle, black nose & wide reverse scissor which all enhance his resolute expression. His front assembly is good with well laid shoulders & straight forelegs, arched neck, level back & firm loin. His movement is free & effortless with good front extension keeping his lovely outline. He was shown in an immaculate coat. Res Best Dog. 2nd. GALLERIO I’LL TAKE YOU DANCING (Considine) 4-year-old G&W who sturdy with a balanced outline. His head proportions are good with a dark oval eye, straight foreface & black nose. His well-furnished head sits on a strong neck leading to a level topline & high tail set. He has a firm body with good length of ribs & well angulated muscular HQs. Moved freely keeping his outline. 3rd. ZENTARR DON JUAN FROM BELLELLEN (Saunders) OD. (5:1) 1st. CH. KELANKIN GHOST RYDER WITH CHARJILLIAM ShCEx A 5-year-old cream dog who is sturdy & balanced with good head furnishings. His head is masculine with good skull to muzzle proportions, a straight foreface, dark oval eyes, black nose & a wide reverse scissor bite which gives him a resolute expression. His neck is strong & arched leading into a level topline, firm loin & a good length of ribcage. His shoulders are well laid with straight forelegs & muscled, angulated HQs. His movement is free & effortless keeping his lovely shape. He has an immaculate presented coat of the correct texture. Pleased to award him Best Dog & BIS. 2nd DK/FR/SWISS CH. CRYSTAL EYES WAM BAM BOOM AT KHUMBILA (Imp DK) JW EJW23 (Revillas Rodriguez) Another quality 3-year-old B&W who is sturdy with a lovely balance & shape. His head is masculine & well furnished with a good width between his dark oval eyes, good length of muzzle and wide jaw. Strong nicely arched neck with well laid shoulders, level back & well sprung ribcage of a good length. He moves freely covering the ground with ease keeping his shape. His coat is long & flowing and is presented to a high standard. 3rd CH. SYNUL IMAGINED (Torrance) VD. (4:2) 1st CH. BELLELLEN DOUBLE DUCIE JW (Saunders) Almost 10-year-old who is sturdy with a beautiful shape & balance. His head is masculine with good furnishings, dark oval eye, straight foreface & wide reverse scissor bite giving a resolute expression. He has a strong neck, level topline, well laid shoulders & firm body. His long, heavy black coat was well presented. He moves freely around the ring keeping his lovely shape in profile. BVIS. 2nd TIMAZINTI’S PEPPERMINT AT FENCHLANDS JW ShCM ShCEx VW (Schuckardt) 10-year-old with a G&W well-presented coat of a good texture. His head is masculine with a moderately narrow skull, dark eye & black nose His body is firm with a good length of ribcage & muscled HQs. He moved with a sound & free action. SB D/B (1:0) 1st MARBLEDALE DARK DEFENDER (Williams) 12-month-old black with white chest markings. His skull is narrow with a dark eye, black nose & good length of muzzle. He has a strong neck & firm body. He needs to have more confidence on the table and on the move. BITCHES MPB (2:1) 1st DENZKA SPELLBINDING (Considine) 8-month-old gold with a narrow skull, dark eye & reverse scissor bite. She has a good length of rib, level back, high tail set and good rear angulation. Just needs to gain a little more confidence on the move. Good presentation. PB (3:1) 1st FILENJAR WICKED DREAMS (Shoemark) Nearly 12-month-old girl of a nice size & shape with a well-presented gold coat. She has a feminine expression, dark oval eye & wide reverse scissor bite. She has straight forelegs, well laid shoulders & well ribbed back. Moved soundly with a free easy action. 2nd JAMIKASOKA SWEET SYMPHONY WITH CARRIBAE (Carrick) 9-month-old B&W with a moderately narrow skull, good length of muzzle, dark eye & reverse scissor bite. She is well bodied with a good spring of rib & high set tail. I would like a little more of her on the move. JB (5:3) 1st AUTUMNSPELL SECRET WHISPER (O’Doherty) 13-month-old B&W who is balanced with a lovey size & shape. She has good head furnishings, a dark oval eye with a moderate length of muzzle & reverse scissor bite. Her front assembly is good with well laid shoulders & straight forelegs, arched neck, level back and angulated HQs. She moves freely at a nice pace which shows off her lovely shape. Excellent presentation. 2nd CHELOVIEW ARABELLA (Ritchie) 14-month-old B&W who is not quiet the balance of the winner – I would prefer slightly longer in back – but has a head of good proportions. She has a level topline with a high tail set and a well sprung ribcage. Well presented. YB (3:1) 1st SHENDENE TWO FACED WITH THWAITLAKE JW (Hall & Wiltshire) 21-month-old G&W in a well-presented coat. She is balanced with dark oval eye, reverse scissor bite & good length of muzzle. Her feminine head sits on a nicely arched neck which flows into a level back. She moves around the ring with an easy action holding her lovely shape. 2nd WRENWROX LOVES TO PARTI (Huntley) 17-month-old G&W with good head proportions. She has a good length of muzzle with a straight foreface & reverse scissor bite. She has firm body with a level back & high set tail. Would like a little more on the move. Her skull is moderately narrow with a good length of muzzle, dark oval eyes & feminine expression. Her strong neck flows into a well ribbed, level back, well laid shoulders & good rear angulation. Her movement is free & sound covering the ground with ease. 2nd KUTANI ASTRA WITH AUTUMNSPELL. (O’Doherty) G&W who is balanced with an immaculate presented coat. She has a resolute expression with a dark eye & a wide reverse scissor bite. Her body is firm with a well sprung ribcage, level back, tight elbows & straight forelegs. Her movement is free with good reach & easy powerful rear action. Preferred the size of the winner. LB (4:1) 1st SHENDENE KISS MY PIX SELL WITH CHARJILLIAM. Almost 3-year-old gold who is sturdy with a balanced outline. She has a feminine head with a dark eye, black nose & reverse scissor bite. Her strong, nicely arched neck flows into a level topline & high tail set. She is firm in body with well laid shoulders, tight elbows & good length of ribs. She has an attractive shape both stacked & on the move which is free & effortless. Res Best Bitch. 2nd JODAK’S PARTY ALL NIGHT WITH BARNLOU A balanced 2.5 year with a well-furnished head of good proportions. She is feminine with a dark eye, reverse scissor bite & straight foreface. She carries her head on a strong neck, level back & high set tail with a firm body & muscular HQs. She moved well in profile. 3rd MUIRFAULD FAIRY MIRROR IMAGE JW. (Hinshelwood) OB (4:1) 1st CH. LITTONDALE LYRABELLE (Lock) A balanced 3-year-old with a lovely shape presented in an immaculate long coat. Her head, which sits on a strong nicely arched neck is well furnished with heavily feathered ears, dark eyes, black nose & wide reverse scissor bite giving a feminine expression. She is sturdy & well- muscled with a level topline, high set tail, well sprung ribcage of a good length & well laid shoulders. She is so sound on the move keeping her balance & shape which ultimately won her the class. Pleased to award her Best Bitch & RBIS. 2nd CH. SHENDENE COPY AND PASTE JW. Another quality exhibit of a nice size & shape. She has a beautiful head with a dark oval eye, good length of muzzle, black nose & wide jaw. She is sturdy with well laid shoulders, straight forelegs, ribcage of a good length, firm loin & level topline. Her movement is true & sound with good front extension.
