Firstly I would like to thank the committee for the invitation to judge and for their super hospitality. Secondly thank you to my very efficient stewards who kept the ring running smoothly.

We were given a lovely outdoor ring which had plenty of shade, keeping the dogs comfortable. This did pose a little of a challenge to some of the dogs and exhibitors though due to the ground being blessed with a scattering of sheep poo.

1) Fox, Mrs H M – Westoncruive Ace of Spades by Blactoft

Strong head, ears well set, with good reach of neck. Good depth of brisket. Good tail set, moved well and stood on nice neat feet.

Well balanced, a little distracted on the move but showed be enough to give him the class. Good head, would like a little more front. Neck well laid into shoulders. Good tail set.

2)Broome, Miss L. Benvellyn Amur Falocon of Evingbriar

Unlucky to meet 1 today. A more masculine head than 1 but preferred movement of 1.

Nicely moulded one piece head with neat ears, everything in moderation on this dog which is exactly as it should be. Neck set well into shoulders. Good tail set. Well balanced dog. Moved well although did make his handler work hard. BOB

Unlucky to meet 1 today, Masculine head neat ears, well placed shoulders and good front construction. Tail well set. Moved well.

 Super construction for one so young,Lovely feminine head and kind expression. Very moderate in every way. A little distracted on the move at times.

2) Clark, Mr B & Mrs L Flanova Brown Eyed Girl

Unlucky to meet 1 today. Lovely one piece moulded head. Very similar but preferred the tail set of 1

JUNIOR BITCH

1) Whitaker, Mr N, Mrs R & Ms S Jetstarski Run Like Hell

Moved well with good reach and drive holding a good level topline, A little out of coat today but she made up for that in her other virtues . Super one piece head, with nice neat ears. Loved her construction front and rear.

2) Turner, Mrs K & Mr D Gemswin My Life At Artois

Nicely constructed, a little shorter in the neck than one. Lacking confidence on the move today but I’m sure this will develop with time.

Correct size bitch with a super feminine head, ears well set. Good reach of neck. Well-constructed front although would like a little more bone. Moved well.

2) Turner Ms P H Angel Undercover Take My Breath Away (IMP FRA)

Moved well, lovely tail set. Longer in neck than one. Could easily change places.

Loved this bitch, she stood alone but very much owned her ring, lovely construction super feminine one piece head with good reach of neck, level and balanced with reach and drive. Showing lovely movement.

Unlucky to meet 1 today. The heat seemed to have affected her a little as she lacked a little drive on the move. Feminine head with nice neat ears, would like a little more reach of neck. Lovely tailset and good rear construction.
