        Retriever Labrador

Thank you for a lovely entry of Labradors, I was so pleased to see that a lot of my winners were by the same stud dog, it’s lovely when you see good breeding consistently winning though.

Puppy. 6(2)

1st. Flockton. Dylsonleigh Aurora.

What a cracking yellow baby, just 8 months old with so much potential. Lovely feminine head with a good defined stop, and broad nose. Lovely dark eye & pigment. Correct scissor bite.

Super straight front with neat feet, well laid shoulders with correct amount of layback. Level topline, with good spring of rib. Good strong quarters which she used to drive herself round the ring. I absolutely loved her and I’m sure she will have a very bright future. BEST PUPPY.

2nd. Pattison. Dylsonleigh Titan for Pattilands.

Another lovely type, realised he was the brother to my Best puppy.

A lot of the same comments apply , lovely masculine head, super reach of neck into well placed shoulders. Straight front, level topline, good strong quarters and straight behind, just preferred the tidier front movement of my winner but I’m sure these babies will change places many times.

3rd. Dawson. Rocheby Sundays girl at Beskerby.

Special Yearling. 6 (1)

1st. Tooth. Mattand Halloween Moon by Ludalor.

Another lovely yellow type, gorgeous head and expression, with super pigment. Correct bite. Straight front, with neat feet, good strong neck with well laid shoulders, level topline and well bodied, excellent quarters and strong hocks. Moved soundly with drive and purpose. Very close to my BOB.

2nd. Scutcher. Winsleywood Witchcraft.

Liked this young lady too but just lacked the substance of my winner, lovely feminine head with good pigment. Correct bite. Straight front and correct feet, well laid shoulders with good upperarm, good reach of neck, level topline, good bend of stifle and straight behind. Moved out correctly.

3rd. Darwesh. Tissalian sweet treat for Elizad.

1st. Bambrook. Winsleywood Waghorn at Ravoakar. JW

Absolutely fell for this young male, what a lovely example of the breed. Masculine head without coarseness, lovely eye and pigment. Correct bite. Straight front with lovely strong feet, correct amount of upperarm to layback, good strong neck, level topline, well bodied, strong quarters and straight behind, move out soundly with drive both coming and going. Very stylish and didn’t put a foot wrong. I could have taken him home. Delighted to award him BOB and a group shortlist.

2nd. Bishop. The Girl is fun from Linjor. JW

Well this young lady certainly lives up to her name. She bounced in the ring, bounced round the ring, and bounced out again!!!!

Difficult to get over her as she is so wriggly she doesn’t stop. I loved her balance, she has a Lovely head and expression, good pigment, correct shoulders and straight in front, level topline, good bend of stifle, straight behind and move out soundly when she eventually settled down. Such a shame because she’s a lovely girl but lets herself and her handler down with over enthusiasm!!

3rd. Dawson. Beskerby Singsong.
