I would like to thank the Dundee Committee for inviting me to judge the HPR’s at his years summer show, it was a well laid out show and very well run it had the feel of a champ show and the weather was kind to us on the morning with a nice warm and sunny day. I would like to thank my Steward Sam who kept the ring moving along along throughout Judging also thanks to all the exhibitors who brought their dogs under me at this show all dogs had good bites and all great tempermants. 

  

Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla -Open (4,3) 

1. Leslie – Striphead Impact – Mature Dog with pleasing head and ears close to cheek, moderate angulated nothing over done which showed when he moved - soundly and true while holding level topline. BOB

Special Yearling (4,0) 1. Mason & Club – Oroshaza Blanka – this young lady caught my eye on the walk round as she was full of herself (giving the handler a hard time at times), lovley lean head with nice eye, stong neck leading to well laid shoulders, she was balanced thoughout, she was in exellent order and moved with ease.  

2. Murray & Parker – Szelkiraly's Foolproof - A promising youngster noble head with ears set low close to face good front assembly, a solid made make throughout with with moderate hind angulation and hocks well let down which showed on the move and he moved with ease and purpose.  

Limit (4,1) 1. Mason & Club – Oroshaza Bumble Beee JW TP23 – 3 year old B in great condition, she has a lovely head with broad nose, good shoulders elbows close to chest, a good spring of rib with slight tuck up, she moved well like she could go all day long - and has a good rich colour.  

2. Murray & Parker – True Magic of Skyrocket At Szelkiraly JW - 3-year-old D in good fit condition, good breadth of chest with spring of rib, level in topline and held on the move, covered the ground with ease. Open (2,1) Mason & club – Oroshaza Lucy Locket - Mature B, put on a good show moved with grace and drive, lean head with moderate stop, muscular neck leading to good lay of shoulder, has width in chest, level in topline leading to good set and lenth of tail, used well on the move. BOB 

 

Large munsterlander – Special Yearling (1,0) – Murdoch – Almonrigg In A Million – 1. nice Elongated head in proportion with body, presented in good coat, good muscling on thighs hocks well down and showing well when on the move once settled.  

  

Limit (1,0) 1. Logie – Sh Ch Graf III Vom Busshof At Albadhu – 2 year old D in great overall condition he had depth and substance and the ability to move with such ease and precision, good head shape with good eye, strong arched neck leading to sholders well laid and good depth of chest, well muscled loin, this D was in brillant condion with muscle in the right places. BOB 

 

Itialan Spinone - Special Yearling (1,0) 1. Burrows – Quebaikei Royal Highlander – W&O Lady showing good headplanes with good furnishings and nice expression, strong neck to to good front assembly and pleaseing amount of bone. Strong in topline and held well on the move, had a good bend of stifle and moved soundly and freely 

  

Post Graduate (3,1) 1. Lawton – Quebaikei Heather ‘N’ Honey For Oaklaw – Smaller in Stature but liked the overall proportions, pleasing head with strong neck and with good oval bone. Deep in chest and ribs well back with strong loin, good thick tail and used well on the move while showing nice free movement. 2. Burrows – Quebaikei Tartan ‘N’ Tweed - litter sibling to 1 they share the same attributes - head in equal proportions with slight stop, ears level with eyes, overall good shape and substance in good order and presented in good coat. 

Open (5,3) 1. Duncan – Diggmere Tigger Swallowtail JW – 3 year old Male shown in great fettle he has a pleasing head with good head planes, pronounced occiput, good ear length, muscular neck leading to well laid shoulder and breadth of chest, down to near elbows. Good spring of rib, stong loin nothing over angulaged behind and well muscled and really used himself on the move. BOB 

 2.Burrows - Quebaikel Russian Blizzard (AI) - 7 year old B not showing her age at all She strutted round the ring like a junior, shes a prime example of the breeds lasting ability. she has a lovley head and overall is well made with good constuction and was a joy to watch her strut around the ring.  


German Wirehaired Pointer – Post Graduate (2,0) 1. Hamilton – Baco De Los Malvares – 12 month old male presented in good fit condition, broad in skull with good stop and furnishings, ears set on well, shoulders well positioned with good bone, spring ribs and good firm topline. Well musuled behind will gentle slope to tail, he moved with reach and drive. BOB 2. Zajac – Brego Borowy Gaj – 16 month old male who was shown in good coat good. balanced head, good in topline, had a good bend of stifle moved well in profle he just need time to mature

German Shorthaired Pointer  

Special Yearling (2,1) 1. Angus – Edelmidpoint Nattive River Through Calmerell – 15 month old male who just owns the ring and demaned attention! Nice head with slight stop & high set ears, arched strong neck, well constructed front and rear. overall hes a comapct dog shown in excellent condition and moves around with such ease for fun. BOB 

Post Graduate (2,1) 1. Martin – Sarscottah Enchanted At Lorabar – 2 year old Liver and white lady. Pleasing head and good placing of ears, good in topline and shown in hard condition with tight feet. Shes a very happy girl stood and on the move.  

Open (1,0) 1. Jackman – Navigareamor Spring Tide – mature bitch shown in good condition and fit for function. balanced head with good eye, good depth of chest and strong loin , moves round with ease.  

 

Weimaraner  

Special Yearling (3,0) 1. Charlish - Gunalt The Morning After – 8 month old puppy showing the correct proportions, and moderate throughout. Pleasing head with good stop, clean neck flowing down to good lay of shoulder with level topline and slight slop at croup. strong in loin good lenth of tail, hindquarters modreate and nothing over exaggerated, moved with great ease. BOB 2. Cain – Lustamusk Star Ship Trooper – just coming up to a year old male shown in fit order head showing good proportians, good lay of sholder and well turn of stiffle, feet where firm and tight moved well.  

 

German LongHaired Pointer Open (2,1) Martin – Sarcottah Fusilier At Lorabar – noble head with ears set close to head. arched neck and good front assembly and good bone. well arched compact feel overall balaned, moved woth purpose BOB

Special Yearling (2,0) 1. Gerrard, Bell & Galloway – Riowood C’mon It’s Time For Carmandine – B&W showing curves and shape with a lovely head with defined stop with bright eye ( full of mischief!). Muscular neck and well constructed front and back, nice feet with a pleasing tail that she carried & used perfectly on the move on the move. she covered the ground effortlessly BOB 2. collins – Raigmore Hermia Of Vabisbrae - 10 month old showing a nice overall shape, moved well she had a nice head with ears set on high. good neck and well down in brisket she just needs to grow a bit more confidance in the ring.
