Thank you to the committee for my invitation to judge, I thoroughly enjoyed my day. My thanks also to Colin, my steward, who kept us moving along really well and to the exhibitors who braved the summer heat, although the light cloud and breeze made it quite pleasant on the day.

1st Blaney’s Nipnattens Strong Avaalaqiakulooq Fenrirkin (Imp NOR). 12 month old male showing good potential. Of good size, he has a strong head with powerful jaw, correct eyes and ears. Neck short and strong. Excellent angulation throughout. Broad shoulders, good depth and breadth to chest with more to develop, good spring of rib, good level topline, muscled and toned. Excellent harsh coat, heavy boned, large feet and well carried tail. Moved out well and carried himself proudly.

1st Blaney’s Multi CH Fenrirkin Can’t Be Late ShCEx Sui JCh. Despite acting the clown, this 4 year old female shows excellent breed type. Head is typical, giving strength but still showing femininity. Strong neck leading to well laid back shoulders, a good width of chest, straight front, level topline, well muscled rear. Coat harsh, tail bushy and held well on the move. She shows excellent reach and drive, very balanced from all angles. BOB

2nd Blaney’s Multi CH Suna-Sanik’s Electric Noah of Fenrirkin ShCEx (Imp NOR). 6 year old impressive male. The head shows breed type, strength and giving a dignified appearance. His strength cannot be denied, he is kept in excellent condition and everything about him shows power and substance. Excellent overall proportions, heavily boned, large feet. On consideration, I think the heat got to him today and his movement, whilst still balanced, didn’t give the drive I was looking for. RBOB.

1st Odell’s Howlvalley’s Red Velvet. 10 month old male showing lovely qualities in one so young. Lovely outline and proportions, good size and shape of skull, beautiful arch of neck to well laid back shoulders, good width and depth of chest with some room for maturity. Parallel front and rear, good moderate bone excellent topline and a well carried tail. Shown in excellent condition, he impressed in such balanced and powerful movement for one so young. BPIB and RBOB and so pleased to see him go BPIS.

2nd Jackson’s Sakarladrift Frosty Paws. 6 month old female who is still very much a baby. Good, feminine head, arch of neck, good topline and proportions when viewed from the side. Narrow throughout but plenty of time on her side. Side gait was lovely with well measured footfall.

1st Jackson’s Aloustair’s Circle Of Life. 19 month female. Good shape and size of head, eye and ear placement and tapering muzzle. Nice arch to neck, good front angulation, nice level topline. Chest showing good width and good spring of rib. Rear showing strength with good angulation. Moved with purpose but was pulling away from the handler which gave an unbalanced view coming and going.

1st Odell’s Lyfearon She Is A Wildflower Howlvalley. 4 year old female who was shown in good condition. Well matured head giving a pleasing, feminine look. Well furred ears, oblique eyes, strength to muzzle. Lovely thick, arched neck, well laid back shoulders, well developed chest with good width when viewed from front. Well sprung ribs, slightly arched loins, well muscled rear. Parallel both front and rear. Tight feet and well carried tail. Showed good reach and drive on the move, balanced throughout. Maturity won through on the day to get BOB and carried her on to a G3, well done.

1st Buckley, Buckley & Chapman’s Tsoyu P’Chinko Go Matsukita. 5 year old female standing alone today. Breed type was exceptional, she showed a beautiful round head with good sized pricked ears, the darkest of eyes, a well-proportioned muzzle and good pigment. Muscular neck, moderate lay back of shoulder and slightly sloping pasterns. Held a good topline, well developed forechest, good proportions and well muscled rear. Tail high set, nice arched feet. A lovely balanced gait from all angles. BOB
