Greyhound Junior

1st Wilce-Quinton & Quinton’s Inchydoney Memories Vinlandia Raspberry Chocolat Avec Kirjojax

This quality brindle and white bitch is feminine, powerful and balanced. At just 13 months old, she is elegant and has a nicely shaped chiselled head with bright, oval eyes and small correctly shaped ears. I loved watching her move in profile around the large ring where she covered a great deal of ground easily. Her angulation is balanced and her tail was nice and long, carried low. She was well handled and I was pleased to award her BOB, which she won due to her sound, effortless movement and perfect tail carriage.

Greyhound Post Graduate

1st Sawyer’s Inchydoney Memories Une Virgin Mary Avec Stonelow JW (IMP)

2 year old fawn bitch who has a lovely head which has chiselling, a slight stop, correct shaped ears and nice rose shaped ears. Her neck is long and strong with an elegant arch. She presents a lovely picture stacked with a good depth of chest and well cut up flanks. Her loin is strong and has the desired rise. She was shown in excellent condition and was very well handled.

Greyhound Open

1st Wilce-Quinton & Quinton’s Azravi’s Marked By the Sunrise at Kirjojax (IMP)

Mainly white male with a small amount of fawn. At 3 years he presented a masculine, powerful and striking image. He is very nicely balanced with a handsome head. I was impressed with his long, muscular neck which leads to a clean outline. He has a great depth of chest and muscular loin. A really outgoing showman, just did not match his kennel mate’s movement today RBOB.

Hamiltonstovare Post Graduate

1st Hough’s Secret Agent with Sufayre

Presented a nicely balanced picture, this 2 year old male is masculine and was shown in super condition. His coat was short and gleamed in the sunlight. I particularly liked his clean outline which emphasised a long and powerful neck with flowed in to nicely set shoulders, a firm topline and a wonderfully set on low tail. He was certainly enjoying his day and was a tad fidgety for his owner, but this only affirmed what a wonderful friendly boy he is. BOB

Pharaoh Hound Open

1st Simpson’s Athanasius Anuket of Equleus

This ultra feminine bitch was not showing her 8 years of age at all. She was shown in excellent condition, and is athletic yet graceful. Her body is quite lithe and she has very well muscled hindquarters. Today she was not quite in the mood to show off her virtues on the stack, but did move out well and covered the ground without effort. BOB.

Sloughi Junior

1st Atkinson & Godfrey’s Al’Karim Origen Charm at Longhedge (IMP)

At just 13 months this black mantle with sand points boy presented a nice picture. He is strong for his age and has a masculine head. I liked his flat triangle ears which he carried close to his head. His neck was strong and his body of a compact length. A dignified boy who held himself well on the move. RBOB.

Sloughi Open

1st Atkinson & Godfrey’s Gwasila Nuri Al Baida at Longhedge (IMP)

Another nicely presented, well muscled male from this kennel. At 5 years of age this brindle is compact, with moderate angulation and he has the desirable slight spring to his ribs. He presents a nice picture stacked and was lovely to watch in profile where he covered the ground well with a free, smooth gait which won him BOB today.

AV Imported Breed Register Hound Puppy

1st Curtis’ Caelestibleu Central Perk

This 8 month old Basset Blue De Gascogne made me smile from the minute she entered the ring. She is personality plus and has the sweetest nature. Presenting a feminine picture, she is a nice size with good body proportions. Her topline is excellent both stacked and on the move and she moved out well, covered the ground with ease. I particularly liked her domed skull, oval eyes and well set ears. I will watch her development with interest.

AV Imported Breed Register Hound Junior

1st Skaboulllos’ Cunninghams Aveline for Trailtracker (IMP)

I was so impressed with this 14 months of age Black and Tan Coonhound bitch. She is alert, agile and in tip top condition. Outgoing and friendly in character, she has a clean head with low set ears and a nicely shaped eye. Her ribcage is well rounded with well sprung ribs, a nice depth of chest and a rather lovely slope at the croup. As delightful as she was stacked, it was on the move where she impressed me the most. She has wonderful drive, an impressive reach which presents a very graceful and an easy gait. Proudly carrying her head and tail, I could have indulged myself further by asking her to go around again! I was not surprised to see her do well in such a strong group. Best Import and Hound Group 3.
