Pomeranian PG 5 (4) ABS

1ST Chalmers. All Seeing Star Bellissima Rose Queen (Imp BGR)

Pom Bitch, Lovely breed type. Correct head and foxy in outline.

Eyes of medium size and her ears are relatively small. Correct scissor bite. Her neck is rather short and well set into shoulders. Good lay of shoulders and short compact body. Moved well.

1st Nixon. Kazpom No Doubt. JW

What an outstanding bitch. She has all the top qualities and I can’t say anymore.

Chihuahua S/C. PG.4

1ST Conway. Silverchi Dixie Darling.

Correct head with large flaring ears set on correctly. Head with well rounded apple dome and a definite stop. Correct Scissor bite. Neck slightly arched and leading into well laid shoulders.

Level back and well sprung ribs. Tail set on correct and moved with drive.

2nd lynch. Arkioschi Rite here Rite Now at Garnox.

Much of the same applies,just preferred the movement on my winner.

Open 3.

1st Silverstein. Silverchi Endless love.

Good head with a good stop and correct scissor bite. Large flaring ears and eyes are large and round. Good neck leading into well laid shoulders. Good spring of rib and level topline. Moved well,

2nd. Conway. Silverchi Tonight we dance.

Much of the same applies to this dog. I just preferred the movement on my winner.

Border Terrier Post Graduate.2

1ST Webb. Elderthorne Dawns Artiste.

7 Month old Bitch, Head is developing well and eyes are dark . Ears are v shaped and dropping close to cheeks.Correct scissor bite and neck of moderate length. Straight forelegs And body deep narrow and fairly long. Good hindquarters And feet small with neat pads. Tail moderately short. Movement was hard to assess.

2nd Webb. Elderthorne Dusty Bluebell. Litter sister to my winner and much of the same applies.

1ST McGregor.Chadbrook Torsten . SHCEX. Good Otter head and short strong muzzle. Correct scissor bite and eyes dark. Ears are v shaped and drop forward to the cheeks. Neck of moderate length and straight forelegs, Good deep body and spanned well. Feet small with good thick pads. Tail is moderately short and moved well.

2nd Webb . Elderthorne Crowning Glory. Just preferred the overall balance and movement of my winner.

West Highland White. Terrier

1.Fisher. Zackshine Dream Boy IMP.ITA

Good head with eyes are set wide apart. Ears are small and erect. Correct scissor bite. Neck of adequate length with good lay of shoulders. Compact body with level topline. Good hindquarters and moved well

2nd Fisher Bobo Whiskey SHCM VW SHEX. Much of the same applies,but just preferred the brisk movement on my winner.

Bull Terrier (Min)

Open 3.

1st Farmer & Stephens. Duvessa Rose of Tudor Seayess.

Her head is long and strong. Top of skull is almost flat from ear to ear. Nostrils are well developed and ears are small and thin. Complete scissor bite. Good strong forequarters and body well rounded with good spring of ribs. Good hindquarters and moved well.

2nd Farmer & Stephens. Seayess Tartan Memory. This was a close call but I just preferred the overall balance and movement of my winner.

Airedales

Open 2.

1st Bain. Muliebrity Touch of Gold

His skull is long and flat,but not to broad between the ears.It narrows slightly to the eyes. His foreface is well filled without being coarse. Eyes are dark and relatively small.

Ears are V shaped . Correct scissor bite. His neck I of a moderate length leading into well ladi shoulders. Good depth to chest and straight front legs. Short strong back and good powerful hindquarters . Feet are small and round and tail carried on high. Moved well.

2nd Burns Balchraggan Rock Whitebeam.

Much of the same applies,I just preferred the overall balance and movement of my winner.

Cairns.

Open. 5(2)abs.

1st Lamb & Saltmarsh.Tycando Shining Star around Macmoon. JW

His head is small but in proportion to his body. Broad skull with a defined stop.

Good strong jaw and black nose.Eyes of medium size and ears are small and pointed. Correct scissor bite . Neck is not to short. Good forequarters and well sprung ribs. Good hindquarters and moved well.

2nd Lamb and Saltmarsh.Birselaw Come Dancing with Macmoon. OSW JW SHCEX.

Much of the same applies to this bitch. I just preferred the overall balance and movement of my winner.

Jack Russell.

Pg 3 2(abs).

1st McCluskey. Tilster Voulez Vous Avec Chardbrook.

23 month old male and he has certainly developed well since I last judged him as a youngster.

His head is correct. Skull flat and of moderate width,gradually decreasing in width to the eyes.Strong muzzle and stop well defined. Eyes are almond shaped,fairly small and dark.Correct scissor bite. His neck is strong and clean leading into well laid shoulders and good chest. Good spring of ribs and tight feet. Tail set on correct. Moved well and B.O.B

Another good example of the breed. Good head and his eyes are almond shaped. Ears are carried close to his skull. Correct scissor bite. Strong neck leading into well laid shoulders.

Good spring of ribs and tight feet Moved well.

2nd Galloway, Navigareamor To Nutkins Tail at Lejamla.

5 year old bitch and much of the same applies. On the move my winner had the edge

Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

Moffat & Forrest. Staffclyde Battleship Bill 1st

Moffat & Forrest. Staffclyde Gift of a Thistle.2nd

This was a difficult class to judge as both dogs were difficult to go over and enjoying their day out. I did manage to go over them both but movement was impossible to judge.

1st Moffat Glenskyra Arran Aurora for Kargonstaffs JW.

A Black Brindle Male that makes you look at him.

His head short deep with a broad skull he has a distinct stop with a black nose.

His eyes are dark round and of have medium size.

His ears are not large or heavy . Good strong jaw and correct

His neck is muscular rather short but clean in out line. His body is closed coupled with a level top line. He has well sprung ribs muscular and well defined. He has well muscled hocks Which are well let down. His feet are well padded with black nails. He has a free powerful movement with good drive.

2nd Tucker and Tucker. Samtan Raging Bull.

Fawn Male . 10 months of age. What a character he was full of himself and difficult to assess. I hope he does not grow on anymore.

Skye Terriers.

Open 3 (1) ABS.

1ST Pringle. Ch Esgia the Exciseman SHC EX.

8 years old male skye. His head is long and powerful with moderate width at the back of his skull. His nose is black, eyes dark brown and full of expression. Ears hanging close to skull.

Mouth with a correct scissor bite. Good reach of neck with a long neck. Shoulders are close to body and a deep chest. Lond low body with good ribbing. Good hindquarters and he moved well.

2nd O’Rourke. Struanmore Aos Si

This is a lovely bitch that fulfils the breed standard. Was unlucky today to meet my winner.

Soft Coated Wheaten

1st Roberston Renevis Rollerball.

8months old Welsh Terrier. This dog in my eyes fulfils the breed standard.

His head is a moderate width between the ears. His stop is not too defined.

His nose is black and his eyes are relatively small with the dark expression.

His ears are V shaped small and set on fairly high carried forward and close to cheeks

Correct scissor bite. His neck is of moderate length slightly arched and sloping gracefully into his shoulders.Legs are straight and short body with a good rib. Good hindquarters and moved well. Small cat like feet. Tail set on correct and moved so well when settled.

2ND Gianetti Puddockswell Cashelblue at Glenaska (IKC)

2 year old dandie Dinmont terrier.Good head with a broad skull, narrowing towards the eyes.

Eyes rich dark hazel, large and set well apart.

Ears are set well back and hanging close to cheeks. Correct scissor bite.

Neck of adequate length,leading into well laid shoulders.Good body with a slight rise over the loin.Good hindquarters and well rounded feet. Moved well.

1st McClusky Chadbrook Elka JW. Parson Russell Terrier.

9 years old in superb condition. Her head is Moderately broad, gradually narrowing to the eyes. Her cheeks are not prominent. Her nose is black. Eyes are dark and almond shaped. Correct scissor bite. Her neck is clean , muscular and of good length,

Her shoulders a long and sloping, well laid back. Legs strong and straight. Elbows close to the body. She has a level top line and her ribs are carried well back. Strong hindquarters and compact feet. She covered the ground well.

2nd Robertson. Renevis Rafael.

18 months old Lakeland terrier. He has a well balanced head with a black nose.

His eyes are dark. His ears a moderately small and V shaped and carried alertly. Correct scissor bite. His neck is slightly arched leading into well laid shoulders. Level topline and straight front.

Good hindquarters,small compact feet and moved well
