Waverley Gundog 23rd November 2025 Thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge, what a sterling line up I had for BIS & BPIS. It was on the day, and I chose the dogs that excelled in breed type, conformation and movement. Many thanks to all the exhibitors and their lovely dogs. BIS, Logie , Sh Ch Graf III Vom Bussoff At Albadhu, Large Munsterlander , so full of breed type, balanced with no exaggeration, caught my eye on the stack, loved his head and expression. Super dog to go over your hands feel sound construction and substance. Moved as he should, footfall precise, showing reach and drive, delighted to award him BIS RBIS , Elders , Sh Ch Enryb Skye Blue , HWV , Another quality example of the breed , she is a lovely bitch, typey head with soft expression, moderate in angulations , strong front with depth to chest , shown in correct wiry dense coat . Moved well . BIS3 Gerrad, Riowood C’mon Its Time For Caemandine JW, Pointer , love this bitch , curvy , elegant , full of type and substance . Another who moved well in the big ring. BIS4, Knowles , fioralba Lets Go Round again With Bessalone, Italian Spinone , BPIS BPIS , Knowles , Fioralba Lets Go Round Again With Bessalone, Italian Spinone, super bitch, typey head kind expression, typical topline for breed, she has good substance without lumber, deep chest, strong rear quarters with good width to second thigh angulations balanced and no exaggerations. Moved well, covering the ground with an economical stride. Very happy to award her BPIS. RBPIS, Mc Donald Lamancha Unstoppable, Golden Retriever, lovely girl, soft head with kind expression , super front , with fore chest and depth to brisket, tight at elbows. Shown in good coat. Moved well showing reach and drive. Liked her very much. Clumber Open 1st & BOB Nicolson , Knockhalon Spooktacular Of Taranstigh , 2 yr male, good body proportions , liked his length to height ration , large head with correct width to skull . Well set ears , dark eyes . Short loin , well ribbed back with well-muscled rear quarters. Stood on tidy feet . Moved well . Breed Labrador Puppy ( 3,2) 1st Lewis , Crammondkirk Made You Look , only 6 months so very much a baby , balanced in outline , well laid shoulders , deep chest and stands on lovely feet , straight front and good bone . Moved as you would expect a puppy Graduate(3,1) 1st Lewis , Deer’s Den Night Sky at Crammondkirk, 2yr old black , liked his head , good proportions to body with kind expression and strong neck and well angulated rear quarters moved well showing reach and drive . Substance without lumber, good coat. BP 2nd Foster Rochevale Beal JW, yellow dog , decent outline in profile , he has a lovely head which I preferred to 1sts , good shoulders and depth to chest , too close behind today and lifting tail Post Grad (1) 1st Pollack Pollham Bracara , only 2yrs bitch , liked her for overall size balance feminine head with kind expression, shoulders well placed , enough fore chest , short loin . Just moving tad close behind but showed good reach in front . Tidy feet. BOB Limit (2) 1st Pollack , Pollham Jump For Joy, pretty bitch with good body proportions, little short in neck , balanced angulations front and behind , tail set good and moved steady today. She was in decent coat. 2nd Drummond , Passion Of My Life With Drumonagh (IMP POL), Male who was not on top form today , standing too close in front and this showed in his movement. Masculine head with kind eye , shoulders long and well laid , didn’t settle on the move. AV Gundog Veteran Dog 1st Murchison , Kerryfair Please Please Me Corphin, SHCEX, Irish Setter , Lovely boy , not showing his age at all . Balanced with no exaggerations , masculine head with gentle expression , slight arched neck , shoulders well laid and rear quarters strong and well angulated , shown in super coat , moved true in all directions . BVIS 2nd Wallis , Wallis Blue Gemstone Katrina At Camellis. Golder Retriever , so nicely balanced, kindest expression from dark eyes , super front , shoulders well laid . and moved with style and was true with parallel rear. 3rd Davidson , Rancecraig a Million Dreams Cocker Spaniel AV Gundog Veteran Bitch 1st Palmer , Linirgor Perfect Symphony Of CairnGlen , Golden Retriever , lovely balanced bitch , super head with kind feminine expression , well laid shoulders , deep chest , tight elbows and width to second thigh and hocks were well let down . Moved true and showed reach and drive. 2nd Allan , Braidmount , Dreamed A Dream For Glencarron VW Irish Setter , Nicely put together bitch , balanced construction , pretty head with kind expression . Longish neck well laid shoulders moved steady , shown in good coat. 3rd Drummond , Pollham Marley At Drumonagh Labrador Tania Gardner Danwish
