Many thanks to the secretary and committee for the invitation to judge at this friendly show , wonderful Scottish hospitality , it’s a shame a couple of other events took away some of the entry.

Boxer

Post Graduate & Open – 1st Jimbren Legacy Lives On Through Tauralord – BOB,

A powerful, well-balanced male of excellent breed type. Shows great strength without any sign of heaviness. Square in outline with a clean, well-proportioned head and dark expressive eye giving a typical alert expression. Strong muzzle well-developed forechest and firm topline maintained both standing and on the move. Good angulation fore and aft, enabling effortless, ground-covering strides. Presented in superb hard condition, demonstrating both athleticism and ring presence. Well deserved Best of Breed.

Cocker Spaniel

Open – 1st Chataway Dress Tartan At Duclarus JW ShCEx OSW – BOB & Gundog Group 1,

A feminine yet substantial bitch of ideal size and proportion, radiating type and quality. Beautifully constructed with a balanced outline, compact body and deep through the heart. Excellent spring of rib and strong quarters. Soft, intelligent expression enhanced by dark, well-shaped eyes. Coat silky and flat, presented immaculately. Moved soundly with drive and typical merry action, maintaining perfect topline. A delight to watch – an outstanding representative of the breed and an easy Group winner today.

German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP)

Post Graduate – 1st Solwaypoint Chilli Pepper,

A masculine young dog showing promise of maturity. Strongly built yet racy, with a good head and eye giving alert expression. Well-laid shoulders, firm topline, correct tail set and good muscle tone. Covered the ground with reach and drive.

2nd Kinlochmhor Scree,

A feminine bitch with a clean outline and soft expression. Balanced construction, good forechest and length of neck. Moved freely but just lost out today on strength behind compared to winner.

An impressive, mature male of excellent type and outstanding deportment. Excellent head proportions, expressive eye, and noble bearing. Deep chest, straight forelegs and excellent muscle definition. Moved with determination and balance, covering ground freely with a true working gait..

Junior – 1st Millpoint Spread Your Wings Over Vabisbrae

A promising youngster with elegance and classical lines. Feminine head, good neck into well-laid shoulders, straight front and good feet. Moved well once settled.

2nd Raigmore Hermia Of Vabisbrae

Another quality youngster, slightly finer all through but balanced and true on the move.

Post Graduate – 1st Ferndell Sapphire Mist Over Stocksfell, Bitch

Beautifully constructed bitch of good size and type. Feminine head and expression, clean neck and shoulders, well-developed quarters and firm topline. Moved with grace and typical smooth action., loved her head and curvy outline.

2nd Raigmore Hermia Of Vabisbrae

Maintained her previous place showing steady, honest movement but lacked a little drive today.

Open – 1st Riowood C’mon Its Time For Carmandine – BOB, One I have done well for before and my opinion hasn’t changed. A stunning bitch, full of quality and balance. Elegant yet substantial, exhibiting classic Pointer outline and rhythmical movement. Beautifully molded head, dark expressive eyes and graceful carriage. Excellent condition, handled to perfection. A worthy BOB.

Stocksfell Shockwave,

Another top-quality girl with good bone and construction, just a shade shorter in stride than winner but nonetheless a fine representative of the breed. She has a classic head and curvy ouline.

Promising young male showing excellent development for age. Masculine head, correct bite, firm outline. Happy, typical attitude, moved well. Should have a bright future.

1st Fioralba Lets Go Round Again With Bessalone – BOB & Best Puppy, Bitch

Charming young bitch of correct rustic type. Well-boned, strong yet feminine with square outline and characteristic head planes. Moved soundly with reach and drive, showing typical strength of gait for the breed. Lovely temperament superbly presented. One to watch for the future.

1st Constancia Brezza Di Mare At Solowaypoint (IMP POL) TAF – BOB & Best Puppy, Bitch

A very promising youngster of excellent type and proportions. Distinctive head with correct chiselling and soft expression. Deep chest, strong back and lovely bone. Moved steadily and accurately, maintaining her outline. Excellent example of a maturing Bracco lady.

A quality bitch, full of type with strong, balanced construction and pleasing outline. Soft yet alert expression, good length of neck and depth of body. Free, balanced mover showing typical Springer enthusiasm. A deserving winner

2nd Peaseblossum Brogan At Gaolachcara – ESS, Male

A handsome, masculine dog with proud carriage and substance. Pleasing head, correct bite and proportions. Moved with purpose though not quite the overall finish of the winner today.

1st Blue Gemstone Katrina At Camellis – Golden Retriever, Male

Lovely mature dog in beautiful condition, still displaying vitality and purpose. Broad skull, kind eye and soft expression. Excellent coat and correct movement, steady and sound. A credit to his breed and owner.

2nd Ir Sh Ch Silverkelvin Jupiter Over Magdle VW CW22 – Weimaraner, Male

Masculine and balanced throughout. Strong head, excellent topline and good depth of chest. Moved with typical energy and focus. Just lost out to the Golden today on coat condition and

A well-constructed dog of correct size and excellent type. Masculine, yet maintaining balance and quality throughout. Good head and expression with dark eye and strong jaw. Coat of harsh texture expertly presented. Good length of rib and strong topline held well both standing and on the move. Tidy rear movement and typical ground-covering stride. A worthy class and BOB winner.

2nd Russteck Eyez Got Class –

A feminine bitch of pleasing outline and breed type. Lovely head and expression, good shoulder placement and excellent coat. Moved well with precision but just not the power of 1 today.

What a class – some difficult decisions with quality throughout.

1st Zilcan Vanilla Ice For Arlatdax JW –, BOB

A stunning young male, full of character and classic type. Excellent head with correct almond eye and sweet expression. Flowing neck into firm topline and well-angulated quarters. Coat in beautiful condition, gleaming and of correct texture. Moved with drive and balance, maintaining a lovely outline throughout. Fully deserving of BOB in quality company.

2nd Russteck Moonrise –

Another very typical Dachshund displaying quality and femininity. Pleasing head and eye, strong quarters and good coat. Moved with purpose and style, just not quite the same ring presence as the winner on the day.

3rd Rivandell Sirius Black

Masculine dog of good proportions. Pleasing outline and movement, though preferred the finish and front construction of those placed above.

A beautifully balanced and elegant male showing great breed character. Correct head and expression with good length of neck leading into well-laid shoulders. Firm topline and lovely flowing action on the move. Rich coat, well presented and in peak condition. A quality male I was pleased to award BOB.

2nd Pettigans Chanson D’amour –

Very feminine bitch, appealing for her shape and size. Lovely reach of neck, well-constructed front and correct coat. Moved freely with a happy temperament. Just preferred the slightly crisper outline of the winner.

A delightful young bitch of excellent promise. Feminine and well-built with clean outline and true Dachshund proportions. Excellent topline for age and correct movement with good drive and reach. Beautifully prepared. One to watch for the future.

Stylish and confident, this bitch commands the ring. Correct head and eye, elegant neck and firm topline with good length from shoulder to loin. Moved with fluidity and confidence. Presented and handled to perfection.

A lovely example of the breed – compact, balanced and feminine. Excellent headpiece with dark almond eye and kind expression. Good spring of rib and smooth, correct movement. Presented immaculately and shown to advantage to take BOB.

2nd Aitkan Give Them Merry Hell –

Quality bitch showing correct outline and moved with freedom. Coat sleek and well-maintained. Preferred the overall forehand construction of the winner today.

Another well-presented exhibit, balanced and full of type. Sound in body with good reach and drive on the move. Well handled.

A delightful bitch of correct size and proportions. Typical head of good length with kind, intelligent expression. Excellent harsh coat texture and good undercoat. Well-balanced throughout, moving with confidence and typical jaunty action. A real ring showgirl and a fine winner here.

2nd Vysaris Baccus Dieu Du Vin

Masculine and well put together, strong throughout. Good depth of chest and well-sprung ribs. Coat of correct texture. Moved with determination though just lacked the easy flow of the winner.
