German Spitz (Klein)

Puppy (0,0)

Special Yearling (0,0)

Limit (2,1)

1 Cheyney-Wiles - Fecimus Butter Me Up, Attractive, feminine 2 year old sable with head of correct proportions and erect triangular ears. Clean, well set neck in to level topline, which was held on the move. Correct size and stood with nice square proportions, straight front columns on neat round feet. Good angulation fore and aft. Spritely on the move and friendly character. BOB

Open (3,2)

1 Chambers – Ch Musique Born Legacy, Mature white boy of correct size with profuse coat. Very appealing head with dark pigment, oval eye and pricked triangular ears. Just would have liked a tad more length of muzzle for absolute balance. He stood very square showing well set neck in to good topline and was excellent in movement especially in profile. Good bone and neat feet. Overall very eye catching.

2 Cheyney-Wiles - Fecimus Having A Giraffe, Pleasing, feminine head, black pigment and small, pricked, triangular ears. Correct size but felt she tended to stand with her front legs a little close in a natural stance but was better on the move.

3. Chambers - Ch Bemojo Pearls of Wisdom at Musique

German Spitz (Mittel)

Puppy (0,0)

Special Yearling (1,0)

1 Drechsler - Longsdale's Derun Around at Jeansway, Black dog, correct size and stands four square but looking a little leggy at the moment, needing to mature and develop in coat. Topline level and angulation is there. Head and muzzle of quite good proportions and he uses his triangular ears but overall giving his handler a hard time and movement was rather erratic right now. BOB

1 Parrish - Tawnymeade Moonflower, Young bitch with so much promise. Attractive, balanced head and well developed for age. Ears set low, hanging well. Dark eyes and such a friendly expression. Good coat texture and angulation. Moved best in profile at this current time. BOB, BP.

Irish Red & White Setter

Puppy (1,0)

Mackay – Coolfin Whiskey in the Jar, Coming up to a year old, well grown, athletic lad and hitting the teenage stage giving his handler a bit of a hard time especially on the move. He has the legs but needs to learn to control them. Good oval bone. Dark pigment and eye, nice neck, well angulated and sure it will all come together with a bit of time. Well textured coat. Happy and good natured. BP

Special Yearling (2,0)

1 McDonald – Roanjora Cremant D’Alsace JW, Very attractive feminine head, dark pigment and eyes with intelligent expression. Arch shaped neck which was well set on. Straight front legs of oval bone and nice angulation. Topline could be a bit stronger at times. Outstanding movement in all directions on a loose lead, so free with a constantly wagging tail. Showed her confident and happy nature throughout. BOB

2 McDonald – Roanjora Cremant De Savoire avec Eusanit JW, Up to size, masculine boy with good topline, straight front legs and well developed ribcage. Nowhere near the confidence of his litter sister today.

English Springer Spaniel

Puppy

1 Weyman – Spuffing Bellini, Super puppy bitch with classic head, parallel planes and all the chiselling. Dark eyes and slightly arched neck well set on to level topline. Strong legs of good bone and a merry little mover. BP.

Special Yearling

1 Topliss – Beresford Stand at Ease, Most mature of the three lovely youngsters in this class at the moment. An upstanding boy, still only 13 months but his balanced head is undoubtedly masculine. He has the correct furrow and chiselling and parallel planes. Correct flews. Strong bone and round feet. Very well presented in thick coat and moved with complete joy in the typical English Springer style.

2 Weyman – Spuffing Bellini. 1st puppy

3 Topliss – Beresford Stand Aside

Limit

1 Topliss – Beresford Stand n’ Stare, I thought this dog had the best overall proportions in the class at present. He had everything required in head, good bone and round feet. Strong arched neck to level topline. Well angulated and muscled. In good coat. Moved with energy and style.

2 Topliss – Beresford Stand on Ceremony, Feminine head, looked a bit longer legged at the moment and needs to grow in. Neck felt and looked correct and led to good topline and ribbing. Good coat. Moved joyfully.

Open

1 Topliss – ShCh Beresford Lockdown, Upstanding dog who I felt had it all and wasn’t surprised to see he was a ShCh when I got the catalogue! Classic masculine head which was balanced with broad deep muzzle, furrow and chiselling from flat cheeks with friendly expression. Straight front legs of good bone with tight elbows and round feet. Strong neck to level topline and tail sloping off croup. Correct coat with feathering. Typical movement from the shoulder with power. Happy disposition throughout. BOB

2 Weyman Spuffing Prosecco, Feminine bitch with kind eye and correct head planes and chiselling. Well fitted flews and good in neck and topline with tail set sloping from croup. I thought she moved very well and was friendly and biddable at all times.

3 Warrener – Eastfalla Sherlockholmes
