Norfolk Terrier

Puppy (2,1a)

1st Everatt’s JAEVA CARD DEALER AT SILVERLILY. This 7-month-old has a masculine head, a broad skull and head of correct proportions, oval eye, scissors bite and with a keen expression. His angulations fore and rear are moderate, well sprung ribcage, which is well ribbed back, short in loin. He holds his topline both stacked and, on the move, and moves soundly behind, balanced in profile. His front action needs to settle. The overall presentation was excellent. He was handled well and considering this was his and his handlers second show they were very much a partnership. Best Puppy & Best of Breed.

Norwich Terrier

Puppy (4,1a)

1st Websters’ Brancova Amber Rose. 9-month-old youngster who is feminine in expression with a broad skull oval eye and definite stop, scissors bite and well-set ears. She is alert and keeping an eye on all around her. Her outline is balanced, compact and with a good depth of chest a well sprung ribcage which is well ribbed back. Her angulations are good fore and aft and she moved soundly holding her topline. She showed herself off to advantage. Well presented and handled.

2nd Darkins Ragus Another Summer. 6-month-old with a feminine expression, scissors bite and well set ears. Very much a baby and at that in-between stage, not as compact as 1. Ribcage well sprung and well ribbed back, moderate angulations fore and aft. Holds her topline on the move, sound behind and balanced in profile action, front action needs to settle.

3rd Darkins Ragus Another Pebble

Junior (3,1a)

1st Websters’ Brancova’s Isle of Harris. This 18-month-old is masculine with a broad skull and head of good proportions, oval eye and well-set ears and very alert and aware of all around him. His is well balanced in outline, compact with good substance, well sprung ribcage which is well ribbed back. He has a good length and strength to his neck with well laid shoulder, and his elbows are close to his body. He moved soundly fore and aft holding his topline. His coat is hard and dense and in overall excellent condition. Handled and presented well.

2nd Perlich’s Ragus That’s My Story. This 16-month-old is masculine with skull and head of good proportions with well set ears. He has substance. He would benefit with a little more lay of shoulder. His ribcage is well sprung and well ribbed back. His angulations behind are moderate. He moved soundly but a little more reach and drive would be to his advantage. Handled and presented well. Not as compact as 1.

Post Graduate Dog (1,0a)

1st Crawley’s Willsifox Playful Whisper. This 10-month-old youngster impressed for his overall balance and substance. He is compact. He has a masculine head with oval eye, scissors bite, well set ears, taking everything in. His ribcage is well sprung and well ribbed back. He has well laid shoulders and is well angulated behind and when settled he moves soundly showing his pads. A lovely youngster who I will follow with great interest. Best Puppy and Res BOB and later I believe went on to Puppy Group 3.

Open Dog (2, 0a)

1st Crawley’s Ragus Lazy Sunday Afternoon. This 18-month-old is masculine with head of correct proportions; scissors bite and well set ears. His expression was keen. He is low and compact and has substance with well sprung ribcage which are well ribbed back. Tidy Feet and well balanced in outline. He has a lovely length of neck flowing into laid shoulder. He stifle are well turned. He moved soundly in all aspects. To be critical his tail is not to his advantage, but his other qualities far outweigh this detail. Hard dense coat. He showed himself off to full advantage. Well presented and handled. BOB and I believe later went on to be BIS.

2nd Crawley & Rucks’ Aut Ch Wild Devils X Ray (Imp Aut). This three year old boy is masculine, broad skull and head of good proportions with well set ears. He has good angulations fore and aft, well sprung ribcage and well ribbed back. He moves soundly in all aspects, I preferred the balance of 1but this not detract from the lovely qualities of this male.
