I would like to express my thanks to the committee for the invitation to judge, to my stewards for keeping my ring flowing smoothly and to the exhibitors for bringing their dogs for me to assess.

 PD (3 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: MORGAN-STANLEY, Mr R J Golbourne Marcello. Just 8 month old dog this cream sable had large dark round eyes, set in a broad flattish skull with a scissor bite, black nose and open nostrils. He is short coupled and moved out well. 

2nd: SANDERSON, Ms Jacqueline Hollinsclose Especially For Danack. A well balanced 7 month old black & white who had a broad skull, a black nose and a scissor bite. He had well laid shoulders and turn of stifle, but was not moving as well as 1st.  

3rd: MCFARLANE, Miss L Quintrix Mistletoe And Wine

 JD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Arfenco's Warrior King Ivar For Hollinsclose (imp Nor). I really liked this 9 month old black & white who had a broad almost flat skull, scissor bite, and dark brown eyes. He was well constructed with good angulation all round and he kept a level topline when moving and with drive from the rear. BPIB

LD (6 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: KIRBY, Mrs Carol Jameneli Buzz Buzzard Mature black & cream who showed well; he had a relatively flat skull, dark eyes, black pigment and a scissor bite. He was short and compact and his sound and free movement won him the class.

2nd: PARRINGTON, Mr & Mrs M A & P Melcia Pandamonium. This 2 year old lived up to his name and gave his handler a hard time. He had an attractive head with dark round eyes and pigment and was full of breed type. He was well balanced and looked good in profile.

3rd: SAMPSON, Ms K J & SAMPSON, Miss M L Quintrix Trinity Trevor

 OD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: GRAHAM, Mrs J Ch Jameneli Back To Black. This mature dog’s presentation is first class and he is also expertly handled and this all helps to show off his wonderful breed type. His broad skull is relatively flat, he has the correct skull proportions, large dark round expressive eyes, black nose and a scissor bite. Well balanced and constructed he moved freely and with reach and drive keeping a level topline. I was thrilled to get the opportunity to go over this special little dog. DCC, BOB & G2

2nd: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Hollinsclose As It Was. Another quality dog who was unlucky to meet 1st; he has a lovely head with large dark round eyes and a scissor bite. Well constructed he had arched neck, layback of shoulder, depth of chest and moved soundly and freely. RCC

VD (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: MCFARLANE, Miss L Kerryken Keir Rob ShCEx 8 year old black and cream with flattish skull , dark eyes and nose pigment and kind expression. He had and arched neck, depth of chest and turn of stifle.

2nd: MCFARLANE, Miss L Sharlarna Eagle Eye At Glendyke Sh.CM VW This dog was almost 14 years old and his coat had been completely clipped off due to the heat. He had lovely dark eyes, reach of neck and moved well for his age.

PB (4 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: KIRBY, Mrs Carol Jameneli Rita Ora. This 11 month old cream and gold bitch was well constructed and her excellent movement won her the class. She has a long silky coat, correct ear set, large dark round eyes and black nose pigment.

 2nd: MCFARLANE, Miss L Quintrix Holly Berry. Just 7 month old and so not as mature as 1st but she was small and short coupled with dark round eyes and pigment and full of fun. 

3rd: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Hollinsclose Wild Rose

JB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: DIXON, M’s Dawn Golbourne Dazzling Diamond. Attractively marked cream sable who had the most appealing head with large dark round eyes, definite stop and black pigment. She had layback of shoulder , arched neck and good angulation front and rear and moved freely and soundly.

2nd: SPROUL, Mr R G S & COBURN, Mr J Stoneside Enchantress For Khandro This black and cream bitch was affected by the wind and was not making the most of herself. She had dark eyes and pigment, definite stop and scissor bite but it was difficult to assess movement.

PGB (2 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: MCFARLANE, Miss L Glendyke Dancing On Ice. Attractive head on this white bitch who had correct head proportions, lovely dark round eyes, flat skull and black nose. 

 LB (1 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Ch Hollinsclose Love Machine JW – This 19 moth old bitch was full of breed type and just screamed Lowchen to me. She has correct head proportions, a broad flattish skull, defined stop, large dark round eyes, black nose and scissor bite. She was well balanced, had correct angulation all round and moved freely. 2nd: PROCTOR & MCGOWAN, Mr, Mrs & Miss A, M & T Golbourne Creme De La Creme Avec Tramarllan Jw What beautiful large dark round eyes this cream bitch had, along with a black nose and intelligent expression. She had an arched neck, and well laid shoulders, but was not as positive on the move as 1st.

3rd: PATTERSON, Mrs C & PATTERSON, Ms Lyanne & PATTERSON Hollinsclose The Promise For Bratilda

 VB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: PARRINGTON, Mr & Mrs M A & P Ch Melcia Iolanthe – I have judged this 7 year old previously and my opinion hasn’t changed – she’s a lovely bitch. She has an almost flat skull, dark round eyes, reach of neck, layback of shoulder and she moved with drive keeping a level topline. RBCC & BVIB

2nd: KONING - OUWERKERK, Mrs Kelly & PASCOE, Ms Jade Dutch MNE Ch UK Boz&H Lux Bel Slo Ch Gr Ch Ch Fed Bih Jadechar English Rose This 7 year old bitch has correct head proportions, has reach of neck and turn of stifle and looks good in profile, but I would prefer a darker eye.
