Thank you for a pleasant morning with this lovely Toy breed. The entry was 14 with just one absentee. Quality was generally pleasing, but I would have liked to have seen more dogs with the desired proportions. Temperaments, pigmentation and coat textures were generally very good.

Class SBD/B (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: CLOSE, Miss Karen Enjanicka Skyfall, 16 month old happy young male. Nice type and correct proportions. Needs to body up. Rather thin which accentuates his long loin. Very pleasing quality head, dark eye a little small. Acceptable nose pigmentation. Moves well. Very good coat and colour. Best Special Beginner

1st: WHATELEY, Mr Mark & WHATELEY, Mrs Diane Arkadian Ferrari Vittorio, 10 month old very happy puppy dog, who needs to firm up a little more. Quality head, beautiful large eyes. Excellent nose pigmentation. Just a shade long in body at the moment. Slightly close behind. Very good coat quality and colour. Best Puppy

1st: MULLIGAN, Mr Dennis & MULLIGAN, Mrs Carol Donocielo Mattia, three year old masculine male of very nice type shown in profuse coat. Excellent skull, correct large eyes and good pigmentation. Very good body and bone. Sound mover. Very good coat quality and colour.  

2nd: LOVELL, Miss A & THATCHER, Mrs C Devonia's Anzio, four year old slightly heavy masculine male. Good head with correct large eyes and good pigmentation. Would look better in leaner condition. Rather wide going away. Good color and coat texture.

3rd: WHATELEY, Mr Mark & WHATELEY, Mrs Diane Arkadian Alfredo Ferrari

1st: THATCHER, Mrs Christine & THATCHER, Mr Brian Kobanyai Pelyhes Odin With Devonia (Imp), five year old, up-to-size male whose type and proportions are excellent. Shown in exemplary muscle tone. Very square and typical. Very well put together. Excellent head, lovely large eyes and correct expression. Clever mover. Correct colour and excellent coat texture. Best Dog & Best of Breed

2nd: MULLIGAN, Mr Dennis & MULLIGAN, Mrs Carol Ir Ch Donocielo Michelangelo, five year old male of pleasing quality, but would like him a little more compact. Correct masculine head, large dark eyes and good expression. Correct bone and well bodied. Correct colour and coat texture, very good pigmentation. Moved very well. Reserve Best Dog

Pleasing type, relatively compact. Pretty feminine head, medium brown eye, good pigmentation. Front needs more time. Good body. Moved well for age.

2nd: THATCHER, Mrs Christine & THATCHER, Mr Brian Devonia's Florence, two and half year old feminine bitch who was a little plump. Pleasing type and proportions. Good skull, muzzle a tad long. Eye dark enough. Good colour and coat texture. A little erratic on the move. Reserve Best Bitch

1st: WHATELEY, Mr Mark & WHATELEY, Mrs Diane Belstown Beloved Amee At Arkadian, eight year old feminine veteran of nice size. Good skull, need slightly better stop. Dark eye a little small. Good pigmentation. Very good body. Could have been a little more enthusiastic on the move. Best Veteran
