Puppy Dog (1)

1ST Patouche Amaretto (Mr M & Mrs M & Miss S Samardzija & Samardzija & Ryan)

A decidedly square dog, well up on legs. Very typical head with excellent skull, pleasing stop. Well set and carried ears. Strong neck of moderate length, well set. At this time rather high behind in his balance and needs to drop in his hindquarters for balance. Typical very moderate angulation in front, but needs to drop a little there as well. Deep chest with pleasing volume, contributing to a cobby overall appearance. A nice and easy mover, if needing to stabilize in front with maturity.

Post Graduate Dog (1)

1ST Unique De La Rivière Ouareau avec Amfreville (Imp Fra) (Mr K & Mrs C Taylor & Gill)

Masculine dog, typically square and cobby, white and black. I would not want a stronger skull than this and his expression is rather staring. Strong neck, well set. Acceptable angulation front and well filled in between front legs. Deep and capacious chest. Firm topline, correctly slightly sloping. Well set, very short tail. Strong thighs. He moved well from the side when the handler cooperated with the dog, could be improved quite a lot going away. Not in the best coat on the day.

Limit Dog (1,1)

Open Dog (6)

1ST Sh Ch/cze/bel Ch Bonapartist Peaky Blinder avec Aukskara ShCEx (Mrs Km & Mrs A Williams & Drozdova)

Very attractive dog with the correct shape and proportions. Typical head and expression, excellent ears. Strong neck, well set. Typically moderate, but very balanced angulation both ends, but I would not like any more angulation than this. Excellent topline, sloping backwards as opposed to some of the others in the class. He is truly cobby as he has good depth all the way. A dynamic mover with plenty of energy, he had to move several rounds to calm down in his action. He won on his type, outline and energy. CC & BOB

2ND Sh Ch Minama Unforgettable at Stonesview (IKC) (Miss J & Mr G & Mrs M Nicholls)

Another typical dog, well up on legs. Not small. Very moderately angulated both ends, but he does balance well. Not the head of the winner. Attractive neck with a nape. Typical sloping topline to a very well set tail. In a good coat. Another dynamic and athletic mover, very pleasing coming and going as well. ResCC

3RD Sh Ch Bonapartist Pickpocket (Mrs L & Mrs J Graham & Yarrow)

Veteran (2,1)

1ST Sh Ch Bonapartist Odile (Mr P A & Mrs J A Yarrow)

A big and strong bitch, she has considerably more body than she needs and could present a drier overall look. Strong bitch head, typically shaped and proportioned. Pleasing ears. Strong neck. I would not want any more forechest for her breed. Firm topline, ever so slightly sloping. Good tailset. Strong thighs. Quite pleasing coat quality. She moved soundly enough, if somewhat heavy. Best Veteran.

Puppy Bitch (3)

1ST Tournesol Bernadette avec Aukskara (Mrs Km & Mrs A Williams & Drozdova)

At six months old, this bitch is already well proportioned, but I hope she will grow on quite a bit with time. Typical head with correct stop and proportions, very good ears. Pleasing neck, well set. Very well proportioned and cobby in her body. Very moderate, but balanced angulations both ends. She moved with coordination and soundness and won this class with plenty in hand. Best Puppy and ResCC.

2ND Tournesol Blanche (Miss R Holt)

A very feminine bitch of pleasing proportions, but needs to gain more strength and substance. Fair head, but I prefer a shorter muzzle and less big ears for her head size. Quite pleasing neck. Needs to fall down into her angulation while still having to grow up on legs. Quite pleasing topline. Difficult to assess in movement as she did not make the best of herself.

3RD Beryllium De La Riviere Ouareau (Imp Fra) (Mrs K Southorn)

Junior Bitch (1)

1ST 4165 - Rochus Alizee (Mr J & Mrs B A Anderson)

Well proportioned, typically square bitch, well up on legs. Typey head with excellent skull, stop and ears. Makes good use of her moderate neck. Balanced angulation both ends, cobby in body. I would prefer some more slope to her topline to create the optimal outline standing, but she showed some slope on the move. Coat under development. She moved soundly and well balanced from all angles, making an impressive overall appearance on the move. CC

 Limit Bitch (2)

1ST Rochus Starburst (Miss R Holt)

Five year old bitch with a lot to offer type-wise. This includes a very typical head with correct stop, length of muzzle and ear-set. Very moderate neck. Moderate, balanced angulation both ends. Slightly longer cast in body. In a good coat. She could show with some more help from her handler, but moved in a typical Brittanny fashion by her own means from the side, but needed to improve in movement coming and going.

2ND Umika De La Riviere Ouareau (Imp Fra) (Mrs K Southorn)

Taller bitch. Not the head of the winner and too long in muzzle. Pleasing ears. Strong neck. Wide in front. Firm topline, but not sloping. Deep chest. Good tailset. Could improve in movement from all angles. Pleasing coat condition.

 Open Bitch (4,1)

1ST Sh Ch Bonapartist Truffle (Mr P A & Mrs J A Yarrow)

A big strong bitch, quare and cobby. Very functional in her construction with a really good front. Head could be more feminine. Excellent topline and tailset. Carried too much weight which made her look too heavy standing. But when she moved she did so really well, highly typical movement for the breed.

2ND Sh Ch Minama Usher of Bonapartist (IKC) (Mr P A & Mrs J A Yarrow)

Another strong bitch who also carries too much weight. Would like more rise of brow and smaller ears. Strong neck. Good front. Could do with a slope to her topline. Another who looked much better moving than standing, but the topline did not. Excellent temperament.
