DACHSHUND (WIRE-HAIRED)

SBD (4 Entries) Abs: 2

1st: FARRINGTON, Mrs Sharon Dollydash Defender Of Faith – Preferred him for size and type, coat texture and front movement. Masculine head with good eye shape and colour, correct length of neck, good chest width and depth, kept his topline, moved very well.

2nd: HORNE, Mr Michael Salixian Moroccan Mint – lighter boned dog, needs tyding up in front movement, good topline and tail carriage.

MPD (2 Entries) Abs: 0.

1st: NORTH-ROW, Miss Emma & NORTH-ROW, Mrs Jennifer & M Barmaud Going Full Circle - Super temperament, typical head, good front and forechest, nicely bodied for age and wellássembled, moved with purpose for such a young age.

2nd: WHITTAKER, Mr Matthew Kenbloom King Of Guess Who – head of good type, good chest, would have preferred more bone and a firmer topline.

PD (2 Entries) Abs: 0.

1st: PARKER, Mrs Nichole Vixendax Tornado - Liked his head with conical skull and high set ears. good neck, sound front. Well constructed body, with well carried back ribs. Neat rear with well set tail. Good mover.

2nd: RODWELL, Mrs Penelope Fiona Blue Bayou (bc2), still raw, just a bit looser all through, topline needs to steady, moved close behind on the day, needs to strengthen his back end.

JD (2 Entries) Abs: 0.

1st: WILLS, Mrs Kay Kasalane Pietersite - Pleased me for his head shape and eye set which gave the correct expression. Nicely balanced body. Correct topline with a slight arch, strong rear which gave him better movement than his competition. Good thick coat. Moved best.

2nd: DAVIES, Mrs Carolyn Atahira Finale - Very nice and promising. Well balanced all over, just didn’t have the movement of the winner today.

PGD (5 Entries) Abs: 1.

1st: AKEHURST, Mrs Cheryl Tendrow Down To The Wire At Bramdach Jw – Very smart dog sporting a typical head, nice neck & shoulders which flows into a steady topline followed by a short loin and correct croup and tail set. Good front, Good body proportions of height to length ratio. Neat quarters and he moved true all round.

2nd: MOUNTFORD, Mrs M Incordemeo Shadow – typical and balanced dog, good front and rear assemblies, preferred movement of winner.

3rd: Skyswift Mystic Way

LD (9 Entries) Abs: 1.

1st: MCCALMONT, Mrs Kim & MCCALMONT, Mr Duncan Covellyn's Cecil At Silvae ( Imp Che) - of ideal size and proportions, very smart making an outstanding picture having a balanced body and matching excellent angulations both ends. His head is so masculine having the right proportions. Super front with fabulous feet and correct ground clearance, well ribbed, level topline and short loins, strong muscular outstanding hindquarters,. In excellent coat and such an easy, sound mover with a good long stride. Dog CC & BOB.

2nd: SANDERS, Mrs Laura Knottsrose Olaf - Also very appealing for his generally good build and temperament. Nice masculine head of good proportions, well let done chest and excellent depth to height of legs ratio. Excellent topline and tail set and carriage, in superb coat and muscular condition, Res. CC.

3rd: Cloudside Valentino At Decalleigh JW ShCEx OSW.

Res: Incordemeo Midnight.

VHC: Sonham Fire Cracker.

OD (8 Entries) Abs: 1.

1st: MCCALMONT, Mrs Kim & MCCALMONT, Mr Duncan - Ch Silvae Bystander - nice male full of breed type, a clean outline and classic lines combined with sound conformation. His head is set-well onto a strong neck and good-width, well laid shoulders with a firm body and firm, level top line. Soundly constructed fore and aft. Pleasing coat texture, He presents a well-proportioned and balanced picture both standing and moving.

2nd: AKEHURST, Mrs Cheryl - Boloria All Spice – typical head and expression, well put together in immaculate coat and muscle condition. Moved well.

3rd: HOWLETT, Miss Roisin & PHILLIPS, Mrs V Ch Tendrow Malibar JW.

Res: Ch Boloria Goodnight Mr Tom JW.

VHC: Lallybrook Royale Jester.

SBB (8 Entries) Abs: 1.

1st: SIEMINSKI, Ms Tracy J - Wyldetarn Genesis - Pleasing size and type. Good front and forechest. Body deep enough, with legs set well back under the chest. Well muscled back end, lovely coat texture which gave her the edge today. Handler needs to encourage her up a bit more. Best SB.

2nd: BUXTON, Mrs Kate Wyldetarn Ado – Nice typical feminine head, correct proportions, balanced and sound. Preferred coat texture of winner.

3rd: Drakkina Dragon Song.

MPB (3 Entries) Abs: 0.

1st: COX, Mrs Jose & COX, Mr Graham - Bulldaxit's Wildest Dream – Stood out in this class, nice feminine head and expression, good neck, liked her chest and feet wth plenty of bone, correct topline and loin, moved best.

2nd: HOWE, Miss Emily - Georgina Tatze Phantom Menace With Bramalodge - Good body, moved out nicely, would have preferred better coat texture and feet.

3rd: Barmaud Coming Full Circle

PB (7 Entries) Abs: 0.

1st: ONES, Mrs S B & JONES, Mr K.R.- Something Audacious Among Clanwillow - lovely outline standing and moving. Very sound with correct front and lovely feet and bone, ample ground clearance, well ribbed for age. Good movement covering plenty of ground.

2nd: HOWE, Miss Emily Georgina - Bramalodge Barbie Girl – pressed winner hard in this class, this 10 month old is very sound for her age, full of substance, kept her topline both standing and on the move, moved well.

3rd: Sunsong Shine Like A Star (a.i.)

1st: LANE, Mrs & Mr K & S G - Auspicious Annie For Lanebern – Best head and expression in this class, ample neck and nice shoulder angulations, welllet done chest, good feet and bone, correct spring and extension of ribs. Good coat and great on the go BPB.

2nd: BINKS, Miss Anne E - Tannahill Lovely Day – Of nice type, well proportioned body, good angulations fore and aft, just thought the winner had the edge when it came to head properties.

3rd: Hopewood Dream Come True.

PGB (9 Entries) Abs: 3.

1st CHAMBERS, Miss Caroline - Hototo's Village Gossip - pleasing to go over, lovely outline and sound front and rear assemblies. Well let down chest with prominent brisket, nice feet nd bone. True movement both ways with a long stride. Excellent coat texture.

2nd: MOUNTFORD, Mrs M Incordemeo Remember Me – Not quite having the coat quality of the winner on the day . Good body with well ribbed and adequately extended. Sound free and active mover.

3rd: Tannahill Day By Day

1st: BEAGRIE, Mrs A & BEAGRIE, Mr A - Feldhund Show The Way JW - Very well put together and sound girl. Loved her femminine exression, good ear placement, nice eye, stands on good legs with ample ground clearance. Excellent firm topline which she held on the move, Good powerful rear, very sound mover.

2nd: DICKINSON, Miss Amy Derdledash Skyfall At Dakotadax JW - typical head of good proportions, keen dark eye, good furnishings, correct length of neck into well placed shoulders, correct front, good depth of chest with ribs extended well back, level topline, good rear angulation, excellent coat, she moved superbly and really pushed the winner to her limits.

1st: 6816 MCCALMONT, Mrs Kim & MCCALMONT, Mr Duncan Ch Silvae Fan The Flames – Took my eye as soon as she stepped into the ring, super bitch oozing great qualities. A pleasure to go over on the table, loved her head proportions which was totally balanced and of good shape,.having clear ridges and almond shaped dark eye. Outstanding shape and clean outline, good fore chest, ribbing, top and underline. having enough ground clearance. Of lovely size, feminine yet compact and well-muscled all over. Parallel movement fore and aft, she kept performing like a dream and just couldn’t deny her the Bitch CC. Top drawer stuff.

2nd: 6807 HOWLETT, Miss Roisin & ROWE, Miss R Ch Boloria Oh Darling JW – Another super bitch, so unlucky to meet the winner in this class today, loved her shape and outline. Beautiful head and expression, houndy but feminine. Excellent keel, super shoulders and return of upperarm; well ribbed back and she held her topline at all times. Well-muscled hindquarters, so well angulated and full of substance. Outstanding, sound movement. Reserve CC.

3rd: Ch Boloria Nice'n Spicy JW.

VB (3 Entries) Abs: 2.

1st: COVERLEY, Mrs Linda Joyce Aventine Dolcetto –7 year old who did seem tolike her day out, came strutting her stuff in the ring, head held high. Allthough not in the best of conditions, she has enough good qualities to be awarded Best Veteran today.
