It was a pleasure and an honour to judge this wonderful breed at this most prestigious show. My sincere thanks to all for the opportunity.  I found the condition and temperament of the exhibit to very good and ridges to be clearly defined and well placed, of good length and only one or two crowns slightly off set. To name concerns for the future progression of the breed some feet were found to be a touch flat and open, but, my main concern was the dark coat colour which seems to be increasing. Though some may say a good animal is not a bad colour, light wheaten to red wheaten are the required ranges of colour for the breed. I found only a few light wheaten and many red wheaten, some excessively dark coloured exhibits gave a slightly more staring expression with a slightly lighter eye colour.

Liked the head proportions very much and nice expression. Good ears neck and body shape. Has good depth elbows and ribs, good legs and feet. tail well set on and good coat of good colour. Correct ridge and crown and held it all together covering ground with good head carriage.

2ND 8407 - Sonnypride Cookies An Cream of Inbajsha (Miss J Digby)

Close to winner and also has much to like. Masculine head with good eye ears and clean neck. Liked hid depth rib and quality bone. Straight legs good body and well bent stifle. Was well resented in d moved steadily with good stride, just felt winner holds a firm er outline and had slightly more compact feet.

Won this for having a masculine well-proportioned head, good neck and held the most balanced outline on the move. Good depth and not too wide, lovely bone and feet and was presented in good coat and condition. Good ridge and has lots of potential for the future.

Has a masculine head with good eye and ears. Clean neck good shoulder rib and well bent stifle. Good tail and presented in good coat. Straight legs good feet but need time to developed and drop in to his frame. Moved with steady gait over ground and good type and size

Tail well set on and good colour. Presented in good coat and condition has good ridge and crowns, covered ground with steady free action holding balanced outline.

 Slightly smaller cast with balanced body and of good breed type. Has masculine head with good skull and muzzle just prefer slightly more refined cheeks. Good eye colour well placed ears and clen neck. Good bone and straight legs. Good depth colour and well bent stifle. Presented in good coat of very good wheaten colour. Covered ring well holding good shape.

A quality youngster at the right stage for age. Not exaggerated or overdone in any way. Handsome and strong and in good body condition. Well-proportioned head with lovely eye and good ears. Clean muscular neck into body of good height to length. Has good quality bone, straight legs and well knuckled feet. Presented in good coat and moved with positive free gait, good drive and reach well carried head and firm outline. Still has more to come but has lots to like and many breed virtues. Res DCC

Another very good quality youngster of very good red wheaten colour. With well-proportioned head with good eye shape and colour. Well placed ears correct shape, clean neck. Good body depth, back, ridge and crowns and well bent stifle; Good tail firm hocks. Presented in good condition and moved with good stride over the ring. Close to one.

 A very close decision on this class and the winner just flowed around the ring with a slightly freer gait holding a balanced outline. Handsome and well put together with quality bone good well knuckled feet. Good body, length in back, ridge and crowns with well-placed tail. Good bend of stifle firm hocks and elbows and very well presented on good coloured coat and body condition.

2ND 8455 - Priorpark Pragmatist (Mr G Dennis)

As said above, very close to winner and has many similar breed virtues to appreciate, also very well presented in good coat and condition. Moved well and has much to like but winner covering ground a little better in profile today.

Good depth, length in rib, strong loin and well bent stifle. Tail well set on good length. Presented in good short glossy coat. Covered ring earth good free flowing gait holding good outline.

Good head proportions skull, muzzle and lovely eye and expression. Ears well placed and good shape. Moderate neck into well laid shoulder, good depth rib loin and well bent stifle. Good tail. Straight legs and good shaped feet. Presented in good coat of good colour and moved with good striding action holds firm top line and was close to one.

Rib well back and strong loin. Well -set tail good bend of stifle well developed second thigh. Good quality bone straight legs on good feet. Presented in good coat and moved with steady stride but though a serious contender was not quite going as free over the ground with handler in final challenge

Liked this exhibit for type shape and size. Masculine head of good proportions with good eye and well-placed ears of good shape. Good length clean neck into well-built body, good bone legs and feet. Good rib, ridge and crown. Tail well set on well-muscled rear and ion good coat and condition; acceptable colour prefer not to be any darker. Moved with good stride over ring holding good shape. Much to like.

Clean muscular neck into good shoulder good depth and nice width. Straight legs, good bone and well knuckled feet. Firm back, good ridge and well-set tail. Good thighs firm hocks and was presented in very good textured and coloured coat. Had very good width and drive in the rear and good reach, holding a balanced picture going round the ring. DCC

 Another top-quality exhibit who pushed one very close. Good head piece with lovely eye expression and pigment. Good ears length neck and well-proportioned body. Good legs and feet. Good rib strong loin and well bent stifle and firm hocks. Well-presented in good coloured coat and has many breed virtues to appreciate. Moved with free striding gait but winner just holding better outline for me today. Lots to appreciate

Presented in good coat and condition and moved with the soundest free gait to win this nice class.

Was very well presented in good condition a slightly darker coat but not too excessive. Was coordinated and good stride but not quite the ring presence and confidence of the winner today.

Feminine with good head piece, eye and expression and although slightly larger cast she was balanced and of very good type. Liked her depth, bone legs and feet. Presented in good coat and moved with free striding gait over ring holding a balanced upstanding outline. Outgoing good head carriage.

 Was close to winner and of very good type/. Liked her head piece with good flat skull strong muzzle, good eye colour and well-placed ears of nice size and good shape. Muscular neck into good shoulders with body of good depth and well sprung rib. Good loin and well-developed rear with firm hocks. Good tail and coat of good texture. Good ridge, moved well with good stride but winner holding a slightly better picture going round for me today. Much to appreciate.

Loved her feminine well-proportioned head with good eye and expression. Good neck, body shape, depth and quality bone. Stands on super feet. Well bents stifle muscle and condition. Presented in very good coat and moved free with good reach and moderate drive from rear. So much to like, decisions have to made and pleased to award her Res BCC
