1ST 4069 - Ch Gazstaff's Black Magic (Mr G R, Mrs C E, Mr C J & Mrs J Thomas & Griffiths) He’s a 7 year old Blk Brdl exhibit that despite a slight greying around his muzzle defies his years, he retains all of his attributes that saw him to his title in his youth, still has the glint in his eye and presented in fabulous condition. Pleased to award him BVIB and see him attain TVG1 later in the day.

1ST 4079 - Gazstaff's The Gambler (Mrs H Webb) A 7 month old Blk Brdl very typey looking exhibit, looked balanced in profile, large teeth correctly set in a nicely proportioned head, neat ears and a good straight front, his rib and rear are where they should be at his age, nothing overdone, when moving he retains a pleasing outline and produced a typical gait. Nice puppy. BPD

2ND 4000 - Waystaff William Conquerer (Ms K & Mr F Davidson & Schofield) Of a similar age to the first placed exhibit, he’s Red /fawn in colour, barely able to contain himself at this stage of his development, he has a neat enough head with dark eye pigment, tidy enough in front, behind the collar his rib and rear are in good balance, gaited a little awkwardly and I preferred the rear drive of the first placed exhibit today, tidy enough puppy.

1ST 4063 - Karwillage Warpig (Mr Eli & Ms D Smets & Renard) Top of the height standard BB exhibit who’s current fortune lie’s in his neat, typical head enhanced with big teeth, well set ears and a dark eye. His front is straight although a little narrow and lacking brisket at this point, I found him to have adequate rib development, short enough in length of back, would like a better turn in stifle, a tad erratic on the move, time is on his side.

2ND 4009 - Staffrocs Destiny Is All (Mrs J Evans) 11 month old Red with white exhibit of a lighter construction than #1, smart typical head with correct pigmentation, his front assembly is straight enough, hands on, his neck flowed into a defined spring of rib and a short coupling covered by a tight fitting jacket, I found his gait a little too close fore and aft coming and going.

2202. Staffordshire Bull Terrier - Junior Dog

1ST 4003 - Sharmara Fidelius Charm JW (Mr K, Mr C & Mr C Davis & Davis) this Brindle and White exhibit scores highly on first look as a total picture of balance without exaggeration in any department. His head is typical with dark eye and neat well set ears, gun barrel straight in front with well set shoulder placement flowing along the body has a well sprung rib , a short coupling and rear angulation that correlates with the fore, his gait is true and his profile retains its form with an often lacking, breed specific, pump handle tail carriage. A tad more fitness he’ll no doubt have more big green cards than the smaller version he had to settle for today. RCC

2ND 4031 - Jacobeaus The Legacy (Mr C & Mrs S & Miss K Kerry & Houwaart & Daley) A Blk Brdl exhibit , he’s an eye catching dog exuding in breed type and condition. He’s a taller exhibit than #1at the shoulder, but he also has good balance, very typical in head with a striking dark eye, true front with enough width , well placed shoulder, short in back and a well developed rear, a super tight fitting jacket presents a picture that hides nothing. On the go round I didn’t see the fluid movement and profile retention I did in the first placed dog, they’re quite different to each other but two quality opponents with bright careers ahead of them both.

3RD 4035 - Proudstaff Day Tripper (Mr G & Ms C Mcdermott & Arntzen)

RES 4041 - Hammystaff Tainted Love (Mrs H C Nolan)

VHC 4051 - Kahamaia Jonah (Miss E A Preston)

1ST 3981 - Jojalane I Drink Wine (Mrs J & Mr J Bassford-Lane) Red with White Exhibit a smart typical dog showing a good amount of maturity, his head is well proportioned and carries a dark mask to enhance, his front is straight and carries good width on tidy enough feet. His side profile is square and presents a pleasing picture of a well developed rear and level topline, his coat is tight fitting showing off his ample definition, he eventually settled when asked to go round, producing a typical gait. Was certainly a contender in the challenge.

2ND 4038 - Skyland Tilikum JW (Mr A & Mrs E Miller) A Blk Brdl exhibit slightly smaller in stature than the first placed dog, his head is well shaped and clean with tidy ears, stood still he’s straight in front and square enough in body profile with no apparent lacking in his angulation both fore and aft, in fact he possess a very developed rear, on the move he didn’t hold his form so well

1ST 4080 - Wellsstaffs Young Warrior JW (Mr K & Mrs L Wells) A Blk Brdl exhibit in prime order. I admired him for his size, shape and style. Id suggest he’s another that fits the height and weight requirements of the standard pretty well. No exaggeration in his head, its well balanced with the rest of him with a dark eye to enhance, straight in front with enough width and depth of brisket, body wise he’s well ribbed, short coupled with a very well developed rear, he produced a free and agile gait as you’d hope from his physical attributes.

2ND 4015 - Dusklight Small Town Boy at Maskalon JW (Mr D & Mr N Gutierrez Gonzalez & Hirst) Wht/Red exhibit similar in size to the first placed exhibit , nice head piece, not course and well balanced with his body profile too. His front is true, enough bone and a slight turn out at the pastern, behind the collar his rib is well enough developed and he has decent development on his rear, to my mind he just lacked a bit of conditioning that would’ve made him trouble #1 a bit more here today.

3RD 4026 - Tyneview Etna Nero (Mrs D L Jamieson-Bramley)

RES 4033 - Karjaydan Dead Ringer (Mrs J & Mr K & Miss J & Mr S Lewis & Lewis & Lewis & Wilkinson)

1ST 4077 - Kirstaff God of Thunder JW (Mrs R & Miss G & Mr L & Mr T Walton & Kirk & Rochelle & Rochelle) A red with White exhibit who stands at the top of height at withers at a guess, he possess a typical head of good ratios complimented by excellent pigmentation, his front is straight and his feet tidy, would benefit from a tad more rib, his rear thigh development is fabulous as is his tuck into the loin. His gait was a little close coming and going but had enough other virtues to gain his win.

2ND 4084 - Cotsward Drops of Jupiter (Mrs N . J Woodward) A Blk Brdl exhibit of a similar height size to the first placed dog, his head has a nice profile with tidy enough ears, would benefit from a rounder eye shape, his body shape and profile is good, with enough rib and level enough top line, he was a tidy enough mover presented in good condition too.

3RD 4020 - Jodel's Khalif (Ms A Heath)

2207. Staffordshire Bull Terrier - Limit Dog

1ST 3997 - Bullbrothers Montecristo (Mr S J & Mr S T Cushley) Red with white , A lovely looking dog on first inspection and he continued to impress in the hands on, I thought him to be of great strength for size without any coarseness or any components upsetting his balance. Typical in head complimented with neat well set ears a well placed round eye and the widest open nares you could wish to see. Straight in front with depth to brisket and nicely padded feet, lovely balance to his bone thickness too. His neck tapers through to a body which has good rib and a short coupling to really well developed rear with defined double thigh, he produces a sound typically powerful gait and has a presence about him difficult to ignore. CC

2ND 4049 - Valglo Top Gun (Miss A S & Miss Z Pickett & Partridge) Blk Brdl exhibit of a slightly smaller stature than first placed, he is a fairly well balanced exhibit with plenty of attributes to like, nicely proportioned head with well set eyes and ears to compliment, true in front profile, well boned with feet that turn out slightly at the pastern, his body profile paints a picture of good type too, enough rib ,level top line and a short coupling all displayed in a tight fitting shiny jacket, positive on the move.

3RD 4046 - Berrystock Ambush (Mr S & Mrs K Parry & Daly Lees)

RES 4040 - Kamaristaffs Royal Legend at Moultsstaffs JW (Mr Len & Mrs E Moult)

1ST 4029 - Ch Elitebull Valentine JW (Ms L Jennings) A Pied exhibit of top quality, balanced throughout carrying really nice type, super head piece, with nicely shaped well set ears, his profile stood is square, his front is wide and well developed, his four columns of support are well boned and set where they should be, short in coupling and turned out in great condition, easy to see how he has gained his title, gaited soundly, just wanted a little more animation from him in the challenge today.

2ND 3988 - Antroboss Devil Rider (Mr M Chyliński) A predominantly white exhibit with a small brindle eye patch, I really appreciated the size and shape of this one, his balanced profile with no exaggeration certainly is what the breed needs to see more of, His head is well shaped, clean in muzzle and well proportioned, beautiful well set ears when he can be encouraged to bring them forward, he has a well developed body with great double thigh, his handler got him settled and he produced a typically sound gait holding his level topline and profile well, great condition on him.

3RD 4068 - Biggleswick Devils Dream (Mrs K Y & Mr S Thomas)

1ST 4073 - On The Hill Two at Tidestaff (Miss B A Turner) Top Sized Brdl bitch of 7 years plus, she’s all Stafford, nice head with clean lip and correct proportions, well balanced throughout, square profile, well angulated in great physical condition. BSB

2ND 4028 - Gazstaff's Let It Be (Miss C Jelley) A Blk Brdl youngster of this class, what she gave away in maturity here she made up for in type and quality, tidy head, straight fronted with good feet and a balance to her bone , she was pretty much in full season bless her and that probably added to her slightly lack lustre performance on the go around today.

3RD 3998 - Go to Dreame Auricstaff (Imp Cze) (Mrs J Cychol)

RES 4045 - Fellendbull Eternal (Mr M & Mrs L Osborne)

1ST 4062 - Haspengold Yakety Yak (Mr Eli & Ms D Smets & Renard) Predominantly White with brindle markings, smart young exhibit at this stage of her development. She has a lovely feminine expression that she uses to her advantage her front is true and straight free from exaggeration in profile and at this young stage she has everything where it should be, gaited well coming and going, nice prospect.

2ND 3982 - Waystaff Lets Play Conquers with Jojalane (Mrs J & Mr J Bassford-Lane) Red and White exhibit slightly finer in stature that #1 currently, she’s tidy, well enough balanced and has a nicely shaped pleasing head shape with dark eye. 1ST 4025 - Jackabyte Paradoxe Pria (Mr W & Mrs K Jackson) I really liked the appealing outline on this Blk Brdl. Another free from exaggeration carrying superb breed type. She’s balanced throughout when viewed both front on and in profile, nice head shape with the loveliest of shaped ears used to her advantage, all components are exactly at the stage you’d like them to be and she didn’t disappoint when asked to move. BPB & BPIB

2ND 4032 - Jackabyte Genesis Gihon (Mr Ed & Miss Vicky Lannin & Chantrell) As it turns out this Blk Brdl is the litter sister to #1, there’s little to say that’s different from her sibling in all fairness, she too is a lovely balanced picture of type, my notes from the day indicate that I just preferred a slightly cleaner head on her sibling, certainly a nice puppy.

3RD 4082 - Jodel’s Lola (Mr E & Mrs L M Williams)

RES 4057 - Bilrosestaff Sweetie Pie (Mrs C Rowland)

Her head is typical with a pleasing expression tight lipped and tidy ears, her front is true and wide, good feet , her shoulders are well set and tight to her body, further down she is developing well and her angulations are in sync, produced a typical sound gait.

2ND 4024 - Taraiel Amazing Grace (Miss S & Miss J Hirst & Bibby) another pleasing youngster this one being a Blk Brdl, of a good overall size and shape with a balanced profile, lovely head with super well set ears her neck tapers out onto a well ribbed body and a short coupling leading to an excellent rear which is certainly well developed gaited out and back ok, preferred the front assembly on #1

1ST 4010 - Bullrichs Knock It Off at Jamnloz (Imp Deu) JW (Mr J & Dr L Ford) Hugely impressive Red with white blaze and toe tips. Id suggest she is pretty near to standard height and weight requirements, but its her overall quality that cant be looked past, a picture of balance free from exaggeration and beautiful flowing lines, no bits of her look like they’re out of place or stuck on, one component flows into the other from front to back, fabulous pigmentation and a serious underjaw add to the picture, she’s turned out in the peak of condition and on the go around holds her outline including that cherished tail carriage, put in two performances in this hotly contested class and again in the challenge to gain BCC & BOB

2ND 4081 - Hamason Heart's On Fire JW (Miss G & Mr M Willetts & Billingham) White with Red markings, slightly bigger exhibit than #1 but also an exhibit carrying great quality ,she has a classical head that is well shaped, her expression is probably not quite as pleasing as #1 but is far from being harsh, super straight front with adequate width, her profile ratios are good and her body is well developed as is her rear quarters, paints a pleasing picture on the move.

3RD 4048 - Valglo Kiss Me Quick (Miss A S & Miss Z Pickett & Partridge)

RES 4039 - Milarkebull Eleven (Mr J & Mr S Mills & Green)

2ND 4065 - Valglo Tigerlily with Staffmaster (Mrs W & Mr R Southworth)A bigger all round exhibit than #1, Brdl with white in colour, her front is true and straight with good depth to her brisket, her head is of a pleasing shape and proportion and she has a pleasing expression, her neck tapers into a well ribbed body that would benefit from some conditioning, moves out and back with a decent parallel gait.

1ST 4067 - Taurinstaff She's The One (Mr K Thisby )Blk Brdl exhibit showing a nice type, pleasing, well shaped head with a nice strength to it without her looking doggy in any way, would benefit from a bit more underjaw but lovely well set neat ears, I was attracted to her overall look of balance without exaggeration, good bone and neat feet, in super condition, she compounded this when producing a free typical gait.

2ND 4017 - Hammystaff Love Yourself (Mr J D & Mrs S M Hammond) White with Red markings, strong headed exhibit that needs looking at as the markings can take the eye away from the important quality she has. Well off for bone and substance, true in front and well developed brisket, strength is always in abundance when viewed in profile too, she is well ribbed and has good quarters, not in the peak of condition here today but put in a good performance in a competitive class.

3RD 4061 - Haspengold Xo Rebellious (Mr Eli & Ms D Smets & Renard)

RES 4044 - Jazostaffs Gem Royale by Chezatree (Mr M O'connor)

1ST 4055 - Berrystock Agamemnon (Mr J & Mrs C & Mrs K Rogers & Rogers & Daly-Lees) Blk Brdl exhibit, first thing that takes the eye about her is the superb condition she is presented in. she is well balanced when viewed front on and in profile, she displays good strength for size in all departments, super clean head with neat well set ears, well off for bone, good rib and a super rear all stood on tidy feet, free powerful gait.

2ND 3992 - Sheracruz Homely Girl (Mr A J Clough) #1 NB

1ST 3994 - Sikaistaff Cask Strength JW (Mr D Constant) A well proportioned Blk Brdl exhibit also presented to me in full bloom. Scored here for me in her overall balanced outline, straight fronted on tidy feet, her head isn’t over done or course, neat ears and a dark eye finish it off nicely, liked her profile ratios leg length and body depth, her well muscled rear drove her along effortlessly and typically to secure her win in this class, certainly in my final considerations I just wanted a more settled performance in the end, tidy bitch nether the less.

2ND 3985 - Llanstaffs The One at Rigantona (Mr A M Blake) similar size and style to #1, another stylish exhibit displaying clean lines all round. She has a real neat head piece with a dark eye and well set ears complimenting the head proportions. Body wise she’s all there in balanced ratios, well ribbed and well developed rear, moves out and back easily, splitting the two here was my preference for a tad more substance of #1, little else to split them.

3RD 4047 - Stormnoir Black Dahlia (Miss R Paterson)

RES 4018 - Skyestaff She Conquered JW (Miss A & Mr D Hands & Freeman)

1ST 3979 - Ch Hammystaff Shape of You at Guyad JW (Mr G Addison)Red with white blaze and toe tips, a super typey exhibit painting a picture of great balance throughout, her front is straight and well boned with depth to her brisket, feminine head that just oozes type, her neck tapers out to a very well ribbed body, a short coupling to a well developed rear, lovely side profile with a good shoulder lay apparent, a tad more turn of stifle would enhance but we can never get it all and far more virtue to admire than criticize . Easy effortless gait she produced both coming and going. RCC

2ND 4056 - Berrystock Best Kept Secret (Mr J & Mrs C & Mrs K Rogers & Rogers & Daly-Lees) This Blk Brdl is of a heavier type than #1 but that’s not to say she’s course in any way. Her strength and substance are evident when viewed from all angles, Super head and front plenty of room in her ribs light into the loin and a powerful rear all supported on her well boned legs, she too, produced a powerful typical gait, just preferred the more refined picture #1 painted for me today.

3RD 4059 - Beside You Sawiana Pol Jch (Mrs Ewa Sawicka)
