Richmond. Long Haired Dachs

Thought this a good entry for this part of the UK. Overall very happy with the quality. Most had decent ground clearance. Muscling and conditioning was very good.

Really super d in fantastic muscle. He has a lovely head. Long neck. Well laid shoulder and long sloping upper arm, a textbook Dachshund front. Enough forechest. Well ribbed , super topline. V good rear moves so v well. BV, CC, congratulations on winning Veteran group.

V well presented d. Could have a slightly better head. Long neck. Excellent forechest. Long upper arm. Slightly forward in shoulder. Well sprung ribs. Coud have a shorter loin. Enough hind angulation. Holds a level topline. Quality d. RCC

Liked his proportions and has a v good head. Super eye and expression.. Would like slightly more neck and a better shoulder. Enough forechest. Well sprung ribs. Level topline. Sound mover if a little lacking in enthusiasm.

Lots to like about him. Has a v good head. Moderate in neck. Well laid shoulder but short in upper arm. Well ribbed. Liked his hind angulation. Carries tail well.

Liked his head. Lengthy neck with quite a good front and enough forechest. Holds a level topline. Fairly well ribbed. Liked his rear. Could have slightly better coat texture.

2nd: 3156 PASKINS, Mr K & Mrs S Kindeace London's Calling Jw

Liked his coat. Found him slightly strong in head. Enough neck. Well laid shoulder. Needs more upper arm. Deep chest with enough ground clearance. Level topline. Enough hind angulation.

Liked his proportions. Masc in head. Lengthy neck. Cleaner over the shoulder than 2. Well sprung ribs. Holds a firm topline strong rear.

2nd: 3165 TAYLOR, Mr James Michael & HILTON, Mr Michael Delsaux Across The Universe

Liked his head. Medium neck. Deep chest. Well sprung ribs. Could have a better topline. V good coat. Lacks a little enthusiasm.

Quality b, just a fraction long. She has a beautiful fem head. Long neck. Well laid shoulder, long upper arm putting legs well under her. Ribs are long. Level topline. Quite a good rear, can just firm moving.

2nd: 3144 CLARKE, Mr & Mrs P P & D J Briarmist Fire And Ice To Tekalhaus (imp Aus).

Doesn’t make the best of herself stood on ground where she runs up in topline, but more level on the move. Correct in coat. Fem head. Enough neck. Quite a good front, but neefront bute more width here. Moderate rear.

She is fairly well put together if a little narrow in front. Medium neck. Liked her forechest. Moderate rear. Could have a better topline.

She is rather long, and much of the length is loin. Long head, correct width to skull long neck. Quite a good shoulder. Needs a bit more width in front. V good coat.
