AV Import Register Breeds Hounds

Only two today but both were very nice examples of their breeds.

Junior D or B:1

1st: Whitlam & Barber`s CUNNINGHAMS BEUNA VISTA AT POKITARU {IMP DEU}, Black & Tan Coonhound bitch. Very pretty youngster at only 14 mths, still very immature for this slow maturing breed but shows a lot of promise. Lovely head and dark eye, correct ears and set. Nicely constructed throughout with good front and hind co-ordination and angles. Good bone, pasterns and compact, well knuckled feet. Lovely depth and forechest, level topline with good tail and set. Still looked her age on the move but style and presence .BOS

Poast Graduate Dog :1

1st: Stevenson-Bramley`s ATLAS DU RALLYE NORMAND GASCOGNE {IMP FRA}, 14 mths Basset Bleu Du Gascogne male. A very special young man who is absolutely to the standard .He oozes quality and style and is a real character who has all his bits in the right place. I particularly loved his head and expression, overall balance and he moved absolutely true front and back, keeping his topline at all times. Not a breed that is familiar to my eye but I absolutely loved him and very pleased to see him short-listed in the Group which is great for this numerically small breed. Best Dog and Best AV Import Reg Hound.
