1ST Multi Ch Igor Vd Wielervelden at Fidelix (Imp Nld) (Miss S M Blair) Korthals Griffon. 10 yrs old. In good condition for his age. Plenty of substance all through and fit and well-conditioned. Well balanced head good length with moderate stop. A well-furnished beard with correct texture. Large eye with intelligent expression. Ear set level with eye of correct size. Well-constructed forehand with correct length of neck and wide enough chest with good depth to it. Straight foreleg and enough bone and tight, well arched feet. Slight spring to rib, into moderate rear construction, did rise slightly over the loin. Moved well both ways and kept a balanced picture in profile movement.

2ND Volcano Energy Sabio Perro at Novaforesta (Imp Pol) (Mrs W Preston) Barbet. 7 yrs old. Of good proportions with good bone and substance. In full dense coat. Broad head with well-defined stop and of correct proportions with muzzle slight shorter that skull. Plenty of furnishings and well covered across the head. Ear set just below the level of the eye reaching to the nose. Well laid shoulder with broad chest reaching to the elbow. Strong bone. Good firm topline and body proportions. And well sprung rib. Well let down hock. Movement coming towards you was ok. However, lost out on rear movement as quite close going away.

1ST Teisgol Santiago (Mr P & Mrs D, Mrs L Stilgoe & Fox) Portuguese Pointer. Needs to mature but well made being a nice size. Pleasing masculine head with correct muzzle to skull proportions. Well defined stop, needs a little more fuill in cheek which I'm sure maturity will bring. Clean neck and shoulder, into a clean forehand, with good bone and well padded, strong feet. Good depth of brikset to the elbow, well sprung rib and short back. Slight tuck up, correct coat and colour. Very confident on the move.

1ST Fidelix Obsession (Mr P & Mrs F Townsend) Korthals Griffon. A good masculine head and expression, with correct proportions and moderate stop. Well furnished beard good eye and ear placement. Like to see him when he’s fully mature as needs to drop into himself. Good firm topline and tailset. Good depth of brisket to elbow. And well boned with nice tight feet. Like a little more rear extension seemed a little stiff. Good harsh coat texture.

1ST Fidelix Outrageous (Miss S M Blair) Korthals Griffon. A well made dog starting to mature well. Good clean neck and lay of shoulder with brisket to the elbow. Straight forearm and good strong bone. Nice tight feet. Well sprung rib and correct body proportions, with nice firm topline and well set tail, carried correctly on the move. Well let down behind with good muscle condition and tone. Nice harsh coat texture all over. Found the head a little strong for me, slight dome which spolit the proportions. Intelligent eye and correctly set ear. Plenty of beard furnishings. Movement was true both ways.

1ST Bel Ch Adonis Sheep On Hunt at Barbamor (Imp Pol) (Mrs C Davies) Barbet. Kept his lines and balance in profile on the move, with a good driving gait. Maybe a little close going away, but good front action. In full coat with good colour and pigmentation. Good front construction with plenty of bone and well padded round feet. Pleasing head with correct proportions. Good round dark eye, full of expression, and plenty of furnisihings.

2ND Multi Ch Gameglow Playmaker Ww’23 (Mrs L Cooper) Braque D'Auvergne. Nice in outline and good size and well conditioned. Correct head with good length proportional to the body. Equal from nose to stop and to back of skull. With correct divergent planes. Nice oval eye. Well placed ear with correct feel to the leather. A little wide in front, well ribbed back to wide loin and firm topline and well set tail. Straight forearm with good bone and oval, firm feet. Moved well from behind with some drive.

1ST Fidelix Sensation (Mr P & Mrs F Townsend) Korthals Griffon. Had a little more scope and cleaner lines to 2nd. Plenty of substance through with a good depth of brisket with a straight forearm. Well boned and tight feet. Level topline, in good condition and tone, with correct coat texture and colour. Not the most feminine of heads, but proportional with correct eye and ear set.

2ND Hundr’s Freya’s Love (Mr R & Mrs L Sumner) Korthals Griffon. The happiest of dispositions with a super harsh coat and good colour. Straight forearm with good bone and tight feet. Well ribbed back and strong loin, correct topline. Would like a little more substance all through and showed on the move being a little narrow both ways.

1ST Magnum Kiss Curl Pickle Paulette Doubs of Corve (Imp Fra) (Mrs C Crowther) Barbet. 7 yrs old. Pleasing feminine head and expression with correct muzzle, skull ratio. Pleasing dark eye. Well placed ear and plenty of furnishings on the head. A good front with a straight forearm and well boned, with good large round feet. Level topline. Well let down hock and well conditioned with good muscle tone. Moved well away and kept a pleasing picture in profile. In full coat with dark colour Happy disposition.

2ND Barbamor Starting On Monday (Mrs C Davies) Barbet. 7 yrs old. Not in the same coat condition as 1st. A nice balanced outline with a level topline and correct tail carriage and placement. Clean forehand with straight forearm, well bone and big round feet. A little stilted on the move.

1ST Novaforesta Never Ending (Mrs M Theobald) Barbet. A very pretty baby. Feminine head and expression with correct muzzle to skull proportions. Round expressive dark eye, with ear correctly set and leather to the nose. Well coated all over. Good bone and round feet, well ribbed back and short loin. Level topline and well set tail and carriage. Needs to drop into herself, which should come with maturity. Moved well both ways.

Strong firm topline. Straight forearm with well boned with round feet. Well let down to the hock, and well toned muscle.

2ND Corve Conqueror (Mrs C Crowther) Barbet. Not quite the drive of 1st on the move and would like a little wider going away. In super coat and condition with good colour, well sprung rib and well back with depth of chest to the elbow. Clean forehand with straight forearm, well boned and good round feet. A real happy person.

1ST Forrests Impah Into Griffonview (Ms N Draj) Korthals Griffon. A well made bitch of correct size and a well balanced outline. Good depth of brisket to the elbow and clean forehand, with straight forearm and tight well arched feet. Level topline into a well made rear end , with good muscle tone and well let down hock. Super harsh texture to her coat. Most feminine of heads with plenty of furnishings. Well proportioned head with moderate stop. Lovely kind expression to her eye, with correctly set ears level with the eye and correct length.

2ND Coco Dianell Morava at Covarney (Imp Cze) (Mr G T & Mrs K E B Condron) Braque D'Auvergne. Another well made bitch with a balanced outline. Correct long head with divergent head planes. Feminine eye and expression. Correctly set ear of correct length. Long neck with slight arch. Good straight forearm with good bone and well arched oval feet. Well ribbed back and good length of loin. A well made rear end and moved well both ways. In good condition with correct coat.

1ST Swiss Sh Ch Fabpoint Pagan Through Pointoak Ww23 (Imp Prt) (Mr M W Taylor) Portuguese Pointer. I’ve judged this bitch before when she was a lot younger and she has matured well. Lovely make and shape with very clean lines. Well made feminine head piece with correct proportions, nice dark eye. Correctly set ear above the level of the eye and lying flat to the skull. Well ribbed and strong loin with slight tuck up. Level topline and correctly set tail. With good carriage on the move. Well made forehand with straight forehand and good bone and nice well arched feet. Lovely to watch in profile movement with such an open gait and reach and drive. Moved well both ways.

2ND Fidelix Infinity (Miss S M Blair) Korthals Griffon. Not the movement of 1st who does excel. A well balanced outline and good size. Level topline flowing through from a clean neck and well laid shoulder. Good bone and straight forearm. Good well arched feet. Good depth of brisket and well sprung rib. Strong loin into well let down rear with good muscle tone. Good harsh coat texture and colour. Pretty feminine head with correct proportions with lovely kind eye and correctly set ear of good length.
