Breed: Newfoundland
Veteran Dog (1) 1. Crosier’s, Nurburgnewf Cayman, medium sized 8 year old presented in excellent condition for his age. He has a medium strength head, would prefer a touch more strength in the skull, nice reach of neck, could have a slightly better flow to his topline. He moved out well for his age and was very well handled. Best Veteran In Breed. Puppy Dog (1) 1. Davies’, Titanbears Majestic, 11 months old, medium size with a lovely eye and head developing nicely. A little bit loose on the lips and bite could be a shade better. He has good bone and feet, topline is a shade soft at this time, moved freely. Best Puppy in Breed. Graduate Dog (1) 1. Plant’s, Green Pearl Versailles, 20 months old, medium size, strong muzzle, a little loose on the lips, eyes ok. Nicely presented, can stand a little better in front, , he is a shade weak behind on the move and needs to be more open in temperament. Limit Dog (5,2) 1. Farrar’s, Disoranto Cool Hand Luke at Darkpeak, 2 years old, medium size male, pleasing type, a little loose on the lips and losing a little pigment. Nice flow from the neck into a lovely topline, very well presented and handled, would prefer him a little better in the rear moving away and he was a little proud of his tail today. 2. Blahuta’s, Daybreakers You Give Me the Shivers, 3 years old, strong headed male with a very nice eye and expression. A little loose on the lips, he has a nice reach of neck and I would prefer a better flow to his topline. Can stand better in front, but he was very well presented and handled. 3. Davies’, Barracechi Urs De Munte. Open Dog (6) 1. Drakeford’s, Nandobears Yabba Dabba Doo at Mile Oak, 4 years old, I was very pleased with this dogs outline, he was beautifully balanced, with a head of good strength, very nice eye and expression. Good reach of neck and excellent topline and croup. He has good bone and good feet, he was very well presented and handled. He was excellent coming and going and he held a lovely shape in profile on the move. Pleased to award him the Dog CC which gave him his champion title. 2. Blake’s, Ch Sandbears Masterpiece, 6 years old, beautifully presented in excellent condition and he presents a very nice outline. Excellent muzzle, would prefer more strength to the skull, lovely reach of neck and an excellent topline.
