My thanks to the exhibitors for their entries and for giving me the opportunity to judge their dogs. Although the entry was small, it was a pleasure to find promising dogs and  I wish their owners every success for the future.

Puppy Dog Entries: 1

1ST Gameglow Double Dare: Mrs L Cooper: A promising puppy, just coming up to a year, with good development and coat for his age. He has a square outline, level topline, straight front and neat feet. His head is well proportioned, with an alert, intelligent expression, and he was attentive to his handler. He moved with enthusiasm, although he turns his left rear hock in, which detracts from his overall movement. A youngster with plenty to like and he has time on his side to strengthen and mature. BP and Res BD.

1ST Pharises Spencer Tracy: Dr K & Mr & Mrs D S Bond & Rawlinson: He impressed for his breed type and outstanding showmanship. A powerful, masculine dog with a square, rustic outline, good woolly coat and typical masculine head. He moved with excellent drive and free, smooth movement, conveying energy and endurance. Presented in excellent condition and shown to advantage, his handler certainly got the best out of him today and he looked as if he could go all day!. Pleased to award him BOB.

 Junior Bitch Entries: 1

1ST Curlycruz Wild Flower at Frommesbeck: Mrs L A John. A lively, extrovert young bitch, just coming up to 18 months, with a feminine head and general appearance. I liked the balance of her head and her square outline, with good length of leg. She has a level topline, straight front, correct pasterns and neat round tight feet, although her neck is rather short and abruptly set. Her well-bent stifles and excellent woolly coat of good texture are definite assets. She moved with enthusiasm, although she was close both in front and behind. BB.
