1ST 105 - Caldera Coral Dawn at Lassemista (Mr D & Mrs A Wright)

Lovely GLP, super shape and profile, lovely head with correct proportions, well chiselled under the eyes, strong jaws, slightly oval shape and dark in colour, ears set on high, neck is moderate and slightly arched, leading well placed shoulders, forelegs straight, strong bone, tight feet, deep chest back is straight and firm, strong loin, powerful and strong hindquarters, well-muscled with second thigh muscle, correct tail set, moved very true fore and aft a joy to judge. BB & BOB.

 One I have judged before, still very much like, masculine head which is of correct skull shape, excellent eye shape and colour, super ear shape and placement, moderate reach of neck leading into well placed shoulders, quality bone, excellent fore chest, feet tight, elbows close to body, chest deep, good spring of rib, back short and strong, strong and muscular loin, moderate bend of stifle, well-muscled with second thigh muscle, moved with good reach & drive, in super coat and condition. 2ND 38 - Sh Ch/cze Ch/bel Ch Bonapartist Peaky Blinder avec Aukskara ShCEx (Mrs Km & Mrs A Williams & Drozdova)

 Another one I have judge before and another day good easily changes places on another day, I am not surprised to see they both have there titles, similar points applied, just felt one was little positive on the move, in super coat and condition. RBD

Thank you, Lelia Taraband and her committee, for a lovely few day. Thank you to the exhibitors for their kind support its been 3 years since I last judged the breed so I was looking forward to appointment. I do feel it movement some lacking the drive and in some cases the reach too. Fronts are becoming an issue for the breed, and I do feel this needs addressing sooner rather than later. Heads did vary a little, however I am pleased with my winners.

Promising young boy at 7 months old, lots to offer, has gorgeous head with correct shape and dark oval eye, muscular reach of neck leading into well placed shoulders, well-off for bone, tight feet, lovely forechest, deep brisket for age, ribs well sprung, moderate bend of stifle, level topline, moved with good reach could be little more positive on hind movement today, with lovely slashing tail.

2ND 58 - Samelen Enchanto at Moorbrook (Mr D & Mrs J Howarth)

 Another lovely quality boy, love his shape and profile, head is carried high with correct proportions, strong jaw, well-defined occipital, muzzle moderate deep, oval eyes, ears are low set with good leathers, long neck leading into well placed shoulders, brisket is deep for age, round bone, short pasterns, tight feet, back short, ribs well sprung for age, strong loin, strong hindquarters, well-muscled, moved with good reach, needs to be more positive in the hind movement today. Good coat and condition.

In super coat condition.

2ND 69 - Byedales Inspector Clueso (Mr A & Mrs S Mcdowell)

 Such a shame this young chap was not too keen to be gone over, however he does have a lovely shape and profile, oval shape eyes, long neck, strong hindquarters, fingers crossed he gain his confidence soon. In super coat and condition.

My notes say here, he’s an old fashion boy with style, so he is, he has super masculine head which is an oval skull shape with moderate deep muzzle, eyes are dark and oval in shape, well defined stop, excellent pigmentation, lovely open nostrils, low set ears, muscular and clean neck leading into well placed shoulders, excellent round bone, feet tight, excellent forechest with well-developed of brisket, level topline, ribs well sprung giving plenty lung and heart room, strong loin, back is short and firm, correct croup, excellent bend of stifle, well-muscled with second thigh muscle, excellent tail set, moved with real drive & reach with slashing tail, in super coat and condition, delighted to award him his 1st CC & BOS, I am sure the other two will not be far behind. 

2ND 82 - Goldbirch Northern Jazz JW (Mrs B Szal)

 Another one I really like, lovely shape and profile, correct oval skull shape, dark eye, low set ears, masculine expression, muscular neck leading into well placed shoulders, quality bone, lovely tight feet, deep brisket, level topline, moderate bend of stifle, well-muscled with second thigh muscle, correct amount of croup with excellent tail set, moved enough drive, in lovely coat and condition.

 Another quality boy here and I am not surprised to see he has his title, gorgeous outline, correct skull shape, correct eye colour, moderate deep muzzle, defined stop, low set ears, muscular neck leading into well placed shoulders, quality round bone, forelegs straight, tight feet, excellent forechest deep depth of brisket, level topline, ribs well sprung, moderate bend of stifle, well-muscled with second thigh muscle, moved with lashing tail and good reach, just preferred drive of 1 today, A1 presentation.
