I enjoyed my first visit to this extremely well laid out & well managed show. Congratulations to their very hard working committee. Thank you to my efficient stewards Chris & Linda who kept the ring running smoothly.

CHIHUAHUA (LONG COAT) - MINOR PUPPY DOG (5/2)

1. JAHNEEMAHS LOOK TWICE (Mrs E Huntley) Very sweet baby with lovely head & expression. Correct shape dark eyes. Good bite. Good well set & carried ears. Correct feet. Lovely shape & size. Good topline. Tail well set but carried a bit too straight, may sort out with age.

2. MACIENDAS AKERU GOD (Mr W E & Ms J Heap & Palmer) Another pretty pup in well presented good coat. Good muzzle to skull proportions but eyes could be larger & rounder. Excellent feet. Well set & carried tail. Topline unsettled. Bright on the move.

1. RUBYANLO MR MAJESTIC (Mr N & Mrs L Todd-Mccoid) Lovely red boy. Eyes okay. Correct feet. Well set tail. Lovely body balance standing & on the move. Moved true & freely. A lot to like. RCC

2. COPYMEAR CASANOVA (Mr S J Rooney) Lovely cream boy with correct eye colour & pigment for coat colour. Correct feet. Well set tail but carried a bit straight. Topline unsettled. Pretty head, good muzzle proportions. Heavily coated. Good well set ears.

1. RUBYANLO EL VINCITORE (Mrs E A Gray) Red sable boy, easy winner. Very nice. Lovely head with correct eye & bite. Good well placed ears. Good feet. Tail correctly set & carried. Sound & free moving. A great deal to like. Excellent well presented coat.

2. TINASJOY WELL I NEVER (Mrs C R Edwards) Smart cream boy, neat & dainty. Good ears. Good eyes but heavy staining which ruins overall appearance. Bit shorter in muzzle. Well set & carried tail. In good well presented coat. Bright on move.

1. CHIROUXE LITTLE WONDER AT LEMARITZ (Mr W E & Ms J Heap & Palmer) Red boy, stood alone. Attractive head. Good eye, ears, bite & feet. Good tail set. Correct slope over croup. Body balance good. Tail a bit thin. Okay on move.

1. YENSHA'S SUPERSONIC WITH TIDOS (Mr S & Ms Y & Mrs S Rushton & Chang & Robson) Very nice boy. Lovely body shape & overall balance, both standing & on move. Well angulated either end. Pretty head with correct domed skull and well positioned good, good bite. Neat feet. Tail well set & carried. In excellent well presented coat. Free moving & sound. CC

2. CHIROUXE MAJOR TOM (Mr W E & Ms J Heap & Palmer) Red sable. Correct eye. Good ears, but preferred overall head shape & expression of winner. Good muzzle proportions. Balanced shape & size okay with well set tail. Not as settled on move as 1.

1. AM CH/AM GCH LEGADO DE LAGOS AVISTA OVNIS AT CASIATODO (Imp Esp) (Miss E Hicks) Very attractive cream boy in excellent coat & condition. Lovely head & eye. Well positioned ears, good bite & correct feet. Good outline. Well made & proportioned body. Sound & free moving. I liked this boy very much and considered him for higher honours, however his tail was flagging, which may have been due to the wind.

2. CH RUBYANLO DREAM BOY (Mr N & Mrs L Todd-Mccoid) Sweet black & tan. Very pretty head with ruby eye. Good bite, good ears. Lovely body shape & size. Tail carried a little tight over back. Moved out brightly.

Lovely to see these older gents in such lovely condition. They were a credit to their owners.

1. CORENTIN CHIDONNA WITH EFTERPI (Imp Pol) (Mrs R L Morley) Cream boy with dark eye, good ears. Well proportioned head with good muzzle length. In excellent well presented coat. Free moving. Good tail set & carriage. BV

2. CH LYNPIX THE MEXICAN WITH BECANNA (Mr L E & Mrs L A Hill) Sweet boy with lovely head & expression. Large dark eyes, good ears. Very good feet. Tail set & carriage okay. Topline a bit unsettled. Not as free moving as winner.

CHIHUAHUA (LONG COAT) - MINOR PUPPY BITCH (4/4)

1. BRAMERITA IM A FAITHFUL ROZAMIE (Mr J Magri) I very much liked both 1st & 2nd in this class, and found out later they were litter sisters. Both black & tan with beautiful heads. Correct skull/muzzle proportions. Both have correct round dark eyes, good well positioned large ears, & correct bites. Both are well put together with well laid shoulders, good hind angulation, and have correct tail set & carriage & neat feet. I just preferred the overall balance of the winner, who moved out well & soundly. I have no doubt that these girls will change places many times. RCC

2. BRAMERITA I’M A TRAITOR (Mr K & Mrs S Hornby) See above. This lady was full of herself. A lovely baby, a little shorter backed than her sister, and not as settled on the move as bouncing around the ring with sheer joy. I look forward to seeing her again.

1. BRAMERITA PRICELESS (Mr K & Mrs S Hornby) Lovely cream sable puppy with absolutely beautiful head & expression. Round dark eye, good ears & bite. Lovely shape & size body, well constructed either end & has correct tail set & carriage. Good feet. In lovely coat & condition. Balanced & free moving. A great deal to like about her.

2. CHIBULL THUNDEROUS LOVE (Mrs J Davis) Sweet girl with round dark eye, correct bite. Good feet. Correct tail set & carriage. In lovely well presented coat. Balanced on move.

1. AMTULA ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS (Miss A Wilcox) Super black & tan girl who is balanced throughout with lovely well carried head & sweet expression. Correct round dark eye, Correct domed skull with well set large ears & good bite. Lovely body shape with well laid shoulders & good rear angulation. In well presented coat with good feathering. Sound & free moving. She caught my eye when she came into the ring and did not disappoint. CC & BOB

2. MICROSCHIHUAS SHE DAZZLES WOW FOR CABALLIE (Imp Srb) (Miss E J & Mrs D Titterrell & Bruce) Sweet & feminine cream girl with pretty head. Good muzzle to skull proportions. Correct eye, good ears & bite. Body shape a little shorter in back than winner. Well carried tail but a little short. Happy & free moving.

3. LEGADO DE LAGOS PRINCESS LEIA TINASJOYLO (Mrs C R Edwards)

1. FLICKAN FIRMAMENT (Mrs P A Jones) I liked both 1 & 2 in this class. Both have correct shape skulls, well positioned ears. Correct bites. Well carried tail. Both moved out well. Difficult decision between them, but just preferred the overall balance of the winner. Both had well presented correct texture coats with good fringing.

2. RUBYANLO NEXT TOP MODEL (Mr N & Mrs L Todd-Mccoid) promising youngster who, as mentioned above, who had very similar attributes to winner, but just had to settle for second place on the day.

1. JAHNEEMAHS PHOENIX AT LYNPIX (Mrs L Ison) Easy winner of class although carrying too much weight which compromised her overall balance & movement. Correct eye shape & colour. Good well set ears. Correct bite. Correct body length & size. Well set & carried tail. Okay on the move.

2. OSKOLA WHITE ANGEL (Miss I & Mrs J Taylor) Untypical head, but with good ears & dark eye. Lacks width of skull & muzzle could be shorter & less pointed. Good feet. Tail well set & carried Moved freely.

Correct body proportions Good tail set & carriage. In well presented coat. Good feet. Balanced & sound standing & on move.

2. BRAMERITA ANGEL DUST (Miss A & Mr Q Wilcox & Lane) Very pretty white & cream girl with good ears, dark eye & good bite. Lovely head proportions. Balanced body with correct angulation either end. Tail well set & carried. In good well presented coat. Sound & free moving. I just preferred the overall balance of 1.

Large well positioned ears. Round dark eye. Good pigment. Well proportioned body with good tail set & carriage. Correct feet. Balanced standing & on move. Sound & bright on move.

2. CH FLICKAN FIGURINE JW (Mrs P A Jones) Nice bitch with attractive head. Round dark eye. Good ears. Correct bite. Correct body shape although a little larger. A bit shorter in neck so not the overall balance of winner. Correct tail set & carriage. Good feet. Moved out well.

1. FLAMING LAMBORGHINI RIGHT ROYAL (Imp Cze) (Ms N M Czyz) Pretty black & tan with sweet head & expression. Good tail set & carriage. Eye could be larger and more round. Good bite. Good ears. Balanced body shape. Moves out brightly. BSB

2. DARNLEYS BARBIE BY PINKCESS (Miss E Fellone) Head has very short muzzle with uncharacteristic over nose heavy wrinkle, although open nares. Well set & carried tail. Good feet. Okay body shape & balance.
