A pleasure to judge thix charming breed. I last judged the breed two years ago and then, I found some of the hind action very close. Today, I found the breed to be in good heart and movement was generally very good. As always, temperaments were excellent. Class 1177 VD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2470 BLISS, Mrs Stephanie Ch Charney Tamotsu. Reserve CC and Best Veteran. A good start to the day and this handsome dog was shown in excellent condition. Good skull, neat ears and dark, sparkling eyes. Pleasing dentition. Good forehand. Good spring of rib and well-set tail. Moved out well with a light, easy action. Class 1178 MPD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2495 PROUT, Mrs D Kanrai Danny Boy At Kessaku (ikc). Very pleasing for size, type and balance. Sturdy, well ribbed body with some breadth across the loins. High set, well-carried tail. Very positive hind action. Class 1179 PD (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2474 BLISS, Mrs Stephanie Charney Jet Setter. Best Puppy. I would have been happy to give this youngster a CC. Lovely type with good skull, definite stop, neat ears and appealing eyes. Good breadth and depth of chest. High set tail. His movement out and back was exemplary. 2nd: 2495 PROUT, Mrs D Kanrai Danny Boy At Kessaku (ikc) Class 1180 JD (4 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2482 FURSE, Miss K & SERBU-NIXON, Mrs D Loveliwithy May Day. A composed and accomplished showman. Attractive head with good depth of pigmentation. Good spring of rib with some tuck-up. Moved well with a light, easy action. 2nd: 2478 CHURCH, Mrs Tanya Sanyinko Natsu Taiyo. Not quite the maturity of the winner as yet but he is good prospect with dark, well-shaped sparkling eyes. Good head proportions and neat ears. Pleasing forehand and good body. Another who impressed on the move. 3rd: 2505 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Charney Echos From Above Via Mayumi Class 1181 YD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2469 BLISS, Mrs Stephanie Belzbentley Aussie Pride With Charney (Aus Imp). Really attractive head and expression with good pigmentation. Neat ears. Nicely arched neck. Lovely well cushioned feet with dark nails. Very appealing for size and balance. In profile, he has a very smooth, fluid action. Good coat texture. Class 1182 PGD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2503 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Daryl Bella Neve For Mayumi (imp Ukr). Good skull, defined stop, well-shaped eyes. Good forehand with moderate angulation, decent feet and dark nails. Well ribbed with some breadth over the loins. Moved soundly and shown in good coat. Class 1183 LD (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2504 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Mayumi's Tsuyoshi. Smart, well balanced and very typical and shown in a profuse coat of good texture. Pleasing expression with very good pigmentation. Good ribbing with definite tuck-up and some breadth over the loins. Moved soundly 2nd: 2489 NORTH, Mr Steve James & NORTH, mrs Zoie Kessaku No Diggity (ba2). Keen and alert with very attractive eyes and a lovely expression. Well made all through but not quite the coat of the winner. Class 1184 OD (4 Entries) Abs: 2 1st: 2496 SMITH, Mrs J E & SMITH, Miss J Ch Snowshoes Joyful Sunstone JW. CC & BOB. Shown in good coat and beautifully schooled and presented. Very good head properties with dark, sparkling eyes and good pigmentation. Good forehand with neat cat-like feet. Well-ribbed with good tailset and carriage. Moved very well with a light, easy, fluid action. 2nd: 2502 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Mayumi's Rough Diamond. Typey and well balanced with an attractive head and alert expression. Nicely arched neck, well ribbed body. Not quite the precise action of the winner. Class 1185 VB (2 Entries) Abs: 1 1st: 2483 FURSE, Mrs S & FURSE, Miss K Charney Glamour Girl At Loveliwithy. She has a really sweet, feminine expression with lovely clear, good ribbing and high-set, well-carried tail. Shown in good coat and moves out well in typical fashion. Class 1186 MPB (3 Entries) Abs: 1 Two very promising litter sisters, hard to separate them. 1st: 2488 JONES, Miss L Llwyni Blooming Lovely. At the moment, she just has the edge in spring of rib and body. Lovely feminine expression with neat ears and dark eyes. Moved well with a light action. 2nd: 2509 WHITEHEAD, Ms Sarah Llwyni Coming Up Roses Of Sakurai. Same remarks apply here as she too is extremely pretty. Good legs and cat-like feet with black nails. Displays a light, buoyant action on the move. Class 1187 PB (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2497 SMITH, Mrs J E & SMITH, Miss J Snowshoes Light Of Lumi JW. Best Bitch Puppy. An assured showgirl who really made the most of all her assets. Slightly rounded skull with neat, high set ears. Lovely dark, intelligent eyes. Excellent forehand. Beautifully balanced with a good body. True and typical on the move. Should finish at the top. I apologise again to her sporting owner for the mix-up in the challenge. Class 1188 JB (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: 2506 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Charney's Lady Katakana Via Mayumi. Lovely type and balance. Moves well with an easy, confident, light action. Attractive head and expression. Well bodied with a high set, well carried tail. Nice cat-like feet. 2nd: 2477 CHURCH, Mrs Tanya Sanyinko Natsu Ame. Not quite the confident assurance of the winner. Pretty head with a feminine expression and good pigmentation. Good breadth and depth of chest. Decent spring of rib. Good coat. Class 1189 YB (2 Entries) Abs: 0 2 good quality bitches. 1st: 2479 FRASER, Miss L G Tawvale Gatusei. Has a really sweet, appealing expression, neat ears and good pigmentation. Braod, deep chest and good spring of rib. Good quality coat. Moved well with a light, fluid action and particularly good hind action. 2nd: 2487 JONES, Miss L Ch Llwyni Fancy That JW. I’m not surprised to see she has her title and a JW. A great showgirl who is really well made under the lovely coat. Nicely arched neck, excellent forehand. Moved well and shown in good muscle tone. Class 1190 PGB (5 Entries) Abs: 3 1st: 2500 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Mayumi's Lil Miss Dynamite. Pretty head and expression. Broad, deep chest and well ribbed with some strength over the loin. Pleasing balance and she impressed on the move with her typical gait. 2nd: 2485 GRAHAM, Miss Lucy Kessaku Mercedes. Well set ears, good eyes and a pleasing, feminine expression with good pigmentation. Soundly made but not quite in full coat which pegged her back today. Moved well. Class 1191 LB (6 Entries) Abs: 3 1st: 2499 TURNER, Mrs & Mr D & P Mayumi's Sweet Harmony. A very typical, good moving bitch. Well pigmented with dark, intelligent eyes. Nicely arched neck. Good body, tailset and carriage. Shown in good coat and she does show to best advantage. 2nd: 2508 WHITEHEAD, Ms Sarah Glamglow's Blissful Kiss Of Sakurai. Perfectly schooled and really appealing for type with a lovely head and expression. Darkest of eyes and good pigmentation. Neat feet with black nails. Good body. In profile she has light, easy action. 3rd: 2484 FURSE, Mrs S & FURSE, Miss K Loveliwithy Barbie Girl JW Class 1192 OB (5 Entries) Abs: 0 A good class right the way down the line. 1st: 2486 JONES, Miss L Ch Llwyni's Magic Touch JW. CC. Feminine and very pretty with a snow white face and good pigmentation. A real showman, she was in tip top condition and form. Has breadth and depth of chest, good spring of rib and well carried tail. Very typical and impressive on the move both in profile and out and back. 2nd: 2481 FRASER, Miss L G Tawvale Lola. Typey and beautifully balanced. Well set ears, good skull and eyes. Well pigmented. Has depth and breadth of chest. Good spring of rib with some breadth over the loins. Like the winner, she was impressive on the move. Good coat texture. 3rd: 2471 BLISS, Mrs Stephanie Ch Charney Santa's Cupid Judge: Tom Mather
