1st: 3269 Clack’s Bazzy Inti Anka At Molokain (Cze Imp) – Liver dog, 7 years old. Wedge shaped masculine head, with dark eye, neat ears, and correct bite. A little too much stop for me. Good length of neck flowing freely into well laid-back shoulders. Forelegs straight & well set under his body. Deep chest with well sprung ribs, showing a nice oval in cross section. Good angulation front and back, with moderate turn of stifle, and well-muscled hindquarters. Seemed a little unsettled today, but had plenty of drive and held his topline. Lovely dark liver coat with tight curls.

1st: 3271 Clayton’s Violeta Borboleta Jacques Du Moulin Du Paulu (Imp Fra) – Black dog, 2 years old. Nicely balanced outline, and a degree of elegance. Lovely wedge shaped head, dark eye, neat well-set ears, and a kind expression. Correct bite and good dentition. Good length of neck, strong and free flowing into well placed shoulders. Straight forelegs and lovely neat feet. Good depth of chest and nicely ribbed. Good rear angulation. Excellent coat of tight crisp curls. A lovely topline which he held on the move.

2nd: 3274 Dooley’s Violeta Mariposa Horace Du Moulin Du Paulu – Black dog, 2 years old. Litter brother to 1st place, and possesses many of the same qualities. Slightly larger cast, with a lovely head, and another excellent coat. But not at his best today, a little shy, and unsure on the move. Learnt afterwards he had a different handler at the last minute which may explain his demeanour.

1st: 3272 Dick’s Firecurl Excalibur – Liver dog, 3 years old. A lovely balanced outline, showing maturity and elegance. Lovely wedge shaped head in proportion to body size, with a slight stop. Correctly set, oval shaped eyes, and well placed neat ears. Correct bite and excellent dentition. He has a lovely melting expression. Good reach of neck flowing into well placed shoulders. He has an excellent front, with good angulation and a lovely forechest. Straight forelegs and tight feet. Good depth of chest and spring of ribs. He is well muscled throughout, with strong hindquarters, and nice rear angulation. Lovely dark liver coat with tight curls. He had a strong level topline and good tail carriage which he maintained as he moved out with drive. RBD

1st: 3285 Stephens’ Brightmeadow Rumour Has It JW – Black dog, 2 years 10 months. I have watched this young man mature into a masculine but elegant, upstanding dog. He is of excellent type, balanced throughout, with good bone, and in no way overdone. Lovely wedge shaped head, with a slight stop. Lovely dark eyes, oval shaped and correctly set, and well placed neat ears. Correct bite and good dentition. He has a very kind expression. Strong, slightly arched neck with good reach flowing freely into well laid back shoulders. Good forechest and nice front angulation. Straight forelegs, well set under his body, with strong pasterns and tight feet. Good depth of chest and spring of ribs, showing a nice oval in cross section. He’s well ribbed, extending back to a strong loin, with correct slight tuck up. He is nicely muscled throughout, with strong hindquarters, good rear angulation, and a moderate bend of stifle. Excellent coat of tight crisp curls. He has a strong and level topline. He had the best movement in the class maintaining that topline, with lovely tail carriage as he moved out soundly with good extension and drive. BD & BOB

2nd: 3270 Clack, Batlle-Hunter & Eddery’s Krisbos Leonidas With Molokain (IKC) JW – Liver dog, 2 years 4 months. I really liked this young man, again balanced throughout, with that degree of elegance. Lovely wedge shaped head with slight stop, and a lovely expression. Lovely dark eyes to match his coat, well placed neat ears, correct bite and good dentition. Good reach of neck, flowing freely into well laid back shoulders. Nice forechest, straight forelegs, and nice tight feet. Good depth of chest and spring of ribs, with a strong loin. Well muscled hindquarters, nice angulation and moderate bend of stifle. Thick dark liver coat with tight curls. Strong topline which he maintained as he moved out with reach and drive.

1st: 3283 Spraggins’ Tusepo Miss Scarlett – Black bitch, 16 months old. Good quality young lady with a lovely balanced feminine head, and soft expression. Dark eye, neat well-set ears, correct bite and good dentition. Good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, and lovely front angulation. Good depth of chest and spring of ribs, and a nice tuck up. Lovely hindquarters with good angulation, and neat feet. Coat ok. Nice topline, maintained as she moved out well with good extension.

2nd: 3277 Gadd’s Tessmene Chantilly Lace – Black bitch, 17 months old. Another quality young lady. Wedge shaped head, with a lovely feminine expression. Dark eye, neat well-set ears, correct bite and good dentition. Good length of neck, and well placed shoulders. Good depth of chest and nicely ribbed. Good hindquarters and neat feet. In better coat than 1st place. Nice topline, moved out well.

3rd: 3280 Lawton’s, Mrs Andrea Myndtown Tuomoto Hira

1st: 3276 Evans’ Rowancurl Beachcomber - Black bitch, 4 years old. Beautiful head, and lovely dark eye with neat well-set ears and such a lovely feminine expression. Correct bite and good dentition. I have judged this bitch before and she has matured nicely. Good length of neck into well laid back shoulders and a nice forechest. Straight forelegs, with strong pasterns and neat tight feet. Nice angulation front and rear. Good spring of rib and strong loin, with a nice tuck up. Well-muscled throughout, good hindquarters, and moderate bend of stifle. Lovely coat with tight curls. Good topline, which she maintained as she moved out well with reach and drive.

2nd: 3280 Lawton’s Myndtown Tuomoto Hira – Liver bitch, 16 months old. A very pretty young lady. Wedge shaped head with a very feminine expression. Nice eye, neat ears, and correct bite. Nice angulation and top line. In good coat. She’s still very raw, she kept sitting down which made her look more immature than she really is… Just needs more show practice.

1st: 3275 Evans’ Kukkasen Keita By Caballus (Imp Fin) – Liver bitch, now 7 years old. I have always liked her, I have judged her before, and she just seems to keep getting better. She is feminine and elegant, with a lovely head and expression. Correct eye colour for her coat, neat ears, correct bite and good dentition. Good length of neck flowing freely into well laid-back shoulders, well ribbed with strong loin, and slight tuck up. She is well muscled throughout, strong hindquarters and nice rear angulation. Moderate bend of stifle, hocks well let down and well bent. Neat tight feet. Good tail set flowing from a strong & level topline. Excellent coat with tight curls. Lovely movement maintaining that topline and excellent tail carriage as she moved out soundly with good extension and drive. BB & BV

2nd: 3284 Stephens’ Sh Ch Ravenho Up Town Girl For Brightmeadow JW - Black bitch, 4 years old. Another quality bitch, excellent overall balance and breed type. Lovely wedge shaped head, dark eyes, well placed ears, correct bite and good dentition, and a lovely feminine expression. Good length of neck flowing freely into well laid-back shoulders, well ribbed with strong loin, and moderate tuck up. Nicely muscled throughout, good rear angulation, moderate bend of stifle, and hocks well let down. Lovely coat with tight curls. Level topline and good tail carriage which she maintained as she moved out with good extension and drive. RBB
