Her head is small and refined, yet maintains the necessary substance for that perfect triangle required for the breed, to create that signature "Monkey-like" expression. She is exceptionally well-constructed for her age, with balanced angulation and a level topline, all packed into a lovely square outline. On the move, she shows with style, lifting her feet high in that typical jaunty breed fashion.

A very promising puppy with a bright future. Best of Breed, Best Puppy in Breed. It was nice to see her shortlisted in the final 8 for Best in Show and be awarded Best Puppy in Show.

1. A lovely dog of correct size, presenting a balanced silhouette and a lovely square outline. His head is refined and well set, forming that ideal triangle to produce the desirable mischievous "Monkey-like" expression. The topline was level both on the move and standing. Coat of correct texture, neat but shaggy in appearance without looking over-styled.

2. OBRINGER - BUFFELS MISS SLEEPY,

a lovely bitch of good type who displays the desired "Monkey-like" expression. She is well constructed with balanced angulation throughout, which was evident in her movement. Nice short, straight back and well-sprung ribs.

She possesses plenty of breed character and a typical spark, but she lost out to the first on movement today.

A dog of ideal size, correct shape giving a lovely square silhouette. The head is small and well-proportioned, with dark, round eyes and small, high-set ears that create a typical "Monkey" expression. Correct angulation and plenty of breed character.

2. MCGUINNESS & NELSON MCGUINNESS - DINAHTRON HONEY RYDER,

a very appealing bitch. She is square and carries a level topline both on the move and at rest.

A stylish mover who remains balanced throughout, with that lovely comical "Monkey" expression.

1st BARBI - CILLEINE LAST WICKET FOR SPARLERO,

A rough coat quality puppy handled by a talented youngster, who truly got the best out of his dog. Promising puppy, with excellent substance and a deep, cobby body, well-sprung ribs, and a short, strong loin that gives the correct silhouette. Hindquarters are well-muscled for age, with a good turn of stifle providing plenty of drive on the move.

2nd - WOOD - DELIGHTBULL UNSTOPPABLE,

another quality puppy who was clearly enjoying her day out, showing a playful spirit as she moved around the ring. Her sturdy, cobby body and well-angulated quarters were easy to see. Short coupled, with a good depth of chest.

1st WOOD - DELIGHTBULL VIVA LA VIDA,

a puppy of immense character, who truly lives up to the breed’s reputation for being full of self-importance. Though very lively on the move, her underlying quality was undeniable, showing a sturdy, cobby frame, a short back, and a good head with a deep stop and excellent angulation.

1st WOOD - DELIGHTBULL LADY IN RED (JW),

a high-quality bitch with excellent maturity and square proportions. Short, coupled with a deep, well-sprung ribcage and a strong loin. I was particularly impressed by her broad hindquarters and good turn of stifle, which provided powerful drive on the move. Her front assembly is equally sound, with a good layback of the shoulder. She carries a coat of correct harsh texture and was presented in top condition, a pleasure to award her. BEST OF BREED
