Typical, well-balanced hound with a pleasing head and correct expression, complemented by a good neck flowing into well-laid shoulders. Slightly up on the leg for my preference but presents a balanced, workmanlike outline. Pleasing head with correct expression, good neck flowing into well-laid shoulders. 2ND 600 - Mochras Mahqueen (Miss K Horn) RBOB, BPIB & HPGp4

I loved this bitch. A very typical young girl who appealed greatly for breed type. Feminine head with correct expression, good proportions being slightly longer than tall, and a well-balanced, compact frame with promising substance. Thought she would be my winner but she was not settled on her lead in this class, preventing any assessment of her movement; however, later in the puppy group, she was more composed and able to show her true, sound action. A quality youngster with much to offer and a bright future ahead, I am sure.

1ST 589 - Sitana Johnny Blaze at Karianca (Mrs C & Mr C J Bovey) (Afghan)

Loved this boy, very much “my cup of tea”. Masculine head with good strength to his underjaw and chiselling evident. Long neck that sits into a well laid shoulder with matching return, he had a deep chest with moderate spring and a strong loin. Well-muscled long, strong thighs with good width and standing on low hocks with large feet. Excels on move, he has an easy long, light and effortless gait showing spring and with good carriage and parallel down and back, will follow with interest.

2ND 686 - Saintharp Can’t Stop Me Now (Ms K Little) (Whippet)

Pleasing head with good strength of underjaw and correct proportions, giving a typical expression. Balanced angulation front and rear, with well-laid shoulders and a corresponding rear, I would not wish her any taller. Excellent depth of chest with good spring of rib, carried well back, and a firm topline. Moved soundly in profile.

A curvy, feminine bitch with a very pretty head and good eye, giving a typical, pleasing expression. Lovely length of neck flowing into well-laid shoulders, contributing to an elegant outline. Would prefer a little more depth of chest and forechest development to complete the front. Balanced in angulation fore and aft. On the move, holds her shape well, showing good reach in front and drive from the rear.
